I have decided to buy belkin n600 router. my question is can i connect Belkin wireless range extender n300 to belkin n 600 for beater coverage. is this possible ? if possible how many extender i can connect to the router and also can i connect extender with wire and wireless.

My N300 Wifi Range Extender does not let me connect to Internet. I can access other systems connected on the main WIfi network, but I cannot access Internet.I observe as well that all systems connected to the Extender appear, from the main Wifi network, having the same Mac address. I believe that my ISP (Telenet) does not accept that, and that this is the reason I cannot connect to Internet. Is there any way to change that behaviour ?

I can connect it to my Nexus tablet, to my desk-top and my lap-top, so I know there is nothing wrong with the router itself. Every time I try to connect the phone, it locates the network, scans, authenticates, but then says "Disabled" and the message: "Secured with WPA/WPA2 PSK" with "locked network" symbol. I went in to the 192.168.2.1 address, to look at the current wireless settings. I saw an option to use it as an access point. Not sure what I was thinking when I checked it off, but now I can't connect wirelessly, and I cant get onto the settings page again, via 192.168.2.1. My IP address has changed, and is now 50.135.82.220. I've unhooked everything and hooked it back up. I pushed the reset button on the back. I don't know what to do. How do I get it back to the way it was before I got my hands on it?

The problem is, I have to reboot the thing numerous times throughout the day to allow a client to connect to it via wireless. One client will be connected and then drop, or a client will be connected, and I cannot connect another device. I also had an issue with streaming over wireless for netflix on my devices and the only way I could get it to work was to turn off the firewall, what the hek.... This is crap. I knew I should not have bought a belkin router again. Had one years ago and it constantly gave me issues. Had my Linksys Wrt54G for years with no problems until it finally crapped out. Anyways, my firmware version is the latest version according o the website.

The blue stripe no longer shows on the top corner of the machine.I am able to connect to the internet using the ethernet ports on the router.
