PC Connects To Internet Through Router But IPad And Android Device Not

How do I fix the problem". Domain not set.invalid may not be the problem. had a power surge at my house and it took down my internet. I had to reset my router back to factory settings and I finally got the router to work with my PC. But I cannot access the internet from my iPad 2 or my Android phone. Both devices see the network and can hook up to the network but the internet is not working on either device.
Scenario: An alternative router was temporarily swapped into my network. After reconnecting the old equipment only network device is able to connect to the internet. My computer, the only device with access to the internet, seems to automatically resolve a Comcast IP, but all other devices obtain an address in the 192 range. Setting the IP address statically to the 192 range kills connectivity. The router continuously tries to obtain the IP information from the modem, but never does.
TiVo and Pioneer offer remote control software for iOS and Android equipment. I've been using both for a while, and it's great stuff. When hardwired to the router. Behind the DAP-1522, not so much.The DAP works like a champ in every respect except in this application. Everything attached to it can hit the internet- the TiVo, the Samsung smart TV, my laptop via 1000baseT, and to anything else networked in the house. Presently the iPad can control the Tivo, but not the Pioneer. But Airplay on the iPad connects to the Pioneer with no problem. And then the iPad remote can control the Pioneer again.Another example is that the iPad can't find the TiVo, but my Android phone can. Usually.
Being new to the RV180 (and VPN routers for that matter) I have been struggling to get a VPN going, supporting both my Android and iPad devices. However, I understand a IPSEC connection would be a more secure sollution. Unfortunatly I cannot find a clear instruction anywhere to do this.I found the settings/descriptions in the RV180 quite different from the (few) settings in the mobile platforms. So far no success in getting it setup.
My Dir-615 E1 5.01 works fine, daughters Iphone, laptop connect fine. My Droid Max android phone connects with no problem but does not load web pages or sites. Phone does work great at other wifi spots just not at home with this DLink. My last android phone acted the same way, cannot use wifi at home! Not a password issue cause it does connect and has strong signal.
I just got the motorola droid 3, my first android device. I'm trying to figure out how to get my device to connect to my network as it won't obtain the IP address.I have a Motorola Surfboard SBV5120 Modem and a Microsoft MN-700 router. I just switched from the Palm Pre Plus which connected perfectly to this network, the network is unsecured and has 2 pc's and a 360 running on it. I was able to connect to my friend's wireless network fine at his house.
I am unable to connect and Android device (HTC Desire, Samsung Nexus S etc) wirelessly to the DAP-1522. I've search through the forums and can't find anyone else having issues with Android so I think it must be one of my settings. It works fine if I switch to WEP however I don't want to use the weaker hackable protocol. Any way to have the DAP-1522 in WPA working with an android device?
Setup my DCS-930L for DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name Server) so I can access the DCS-930L via the Internet (couldn't access the camera half the the time while on vacation using mydlink) and can now access the camera using my laptop, Android Thrive, and Motorola Droid 3 via the URL I've created but can only see the video when using the laptop.
I have the DCS-930L set to Java but when I log into the camera with the Thrive or Droid 3 (both Android devices) I don't get video. I can make changes to the camera settings and everything else you can do when logged into the camera but just can't see the video. If I change the 'View Mode' in the video setup to 'Image', I will get a picture on all three devices (Thrive, Droid 3, and laptop).What do I need on the Droid 3 & Thrive so I can see the video when I log into the DCS-930L with an Android device?

I've plugged in a USB flash drive and enabled shared storage on my TL-WR1043ND router. With "Access shared storage with password" unticked, I can access the share using both my Windows 7 Laptop and Motorola Defy+ (with ES File explorer) and successfully play any Music off of the network share using the Android App, ES File explorer.
If I enable "Access shared storage with password" and attempt to log in using any of the user accounts I've set up on the device, I will be able to access the shares using the credentials on my Windows 7 Machine, but not with my Motorola Defy+, instead I will simply receive "Login failure". I'm Picking it has something to do with the network share type?
I have broadband with a d link dir 601 router hooked to it.it's about 2 years old. My sons computer is straight hooked to the internet while I use the wireless in another room.I have no problems with it until about a month ago, my daughter comes over with her laptop and uses the signal, then all of a sudden it takes pages etc on my laptop forever to load. Currently, I have a Cisco 4948 in office that connects to a remote site via BGP. From what I am seeing, when connecting a new device to this switchport (we connect devices to this switch for a multicast VLAN that is set up), the BGP link fails after roughly 20-30 seconds. The switchport is not tagged with a VLAN, or any other config. Just a plain old port. This outage continues until the port is added to the mutlicast VLAN.
My older Inspiron XP laptop will not connect to internet but connects to router. Local business tech said it was probably the hard drive & wanted to install new hard drive ($260). I feel perhaps I need to update driver for wireless modem, etc. But since I cannot connect to internet, I have no way of updating (I'm using my newer Windows 7 laptop currently which does connect thru the router). Can I download a driver onto a flash drive & install that way? I have a windows 7 computer that was connected wirelessly to my router and internet worked fine. One day i woke up and the internet would not work. The computer is still connected to the router but no internet access.There are other computers on the network that connect fine.I have also tried connecting my computer directly to the modem and still no internet.Running windows diagnositc tells me there is no default gateway available. Ive cycled the modem and router probably a million times and even taking the pc to another house to try on a different router and still no go.
We have a Belkin N300 router connected to the internet through a cable modem(Comcast). Up until yesterday it worked fine for all the devices connected. But now whenever my brother's laptop connects(wireless) to the network it makes the router lose connection to the internet so all the devices connected lose connection, too obviously. Everything shows connected to the router, but the router releases it's DHCP whenever he connects. As soon as he turns off his wifi or manually chooses to disconnect... the internet fires right back up within a minute or so. We have no idea what is causing this. We did notice that his laptop was trying to connect with IPV6 while everything else was using IPV4
my laptop only connects to the internet when the router is off, then switched on. If the router is on when I turn my laptop on it won't connect, but it always connects when I do it the other way around. Other devices (like phones) connect to the internet via the same router flawlessly, it's just the laptop that, for some reason, needs to be on first.

But I can see the network, I can ping every computer on the network, just can't get to the internet.Reinstalled all the drivers, tried renew, netsh commands, flushdns, disabled & reenabled. 2 other computers connect to the internet and each other with no problem. Can connect to other WI Fi's too, but still no internet access.
After a couple of hours using the internet, the connection stopped. The wireless router still had an 'Excellent' signal, but it also said I had no internet access. I'm unable to access the internet when I plug my modem (Westell 6100) into my router (Netgear WPN824). It works perfectly fine when I connect my modem directly to my computer though. It was working perfectly last night and for the last few years up until now.

Have two other computers that connect with ease to the Netgear wireless router, but the new computer will not access the internet. I have been searching for answers and have tried about everything I can find nuder similar posts, but I still have not internet access. At varying times, I have had "internet access", but no actual ability to load websites. Right now, I do not even have access. I bought I router today, Linksys E2500 and set it up, for some reason its connected with full strength but the internet does not work on my computer, or any other device connected to the network I established on the router.the interenet still is not working. The modem is fine, as when I disable the wireless connection, the internet works. Yes, I have Sp3 installed.
I have a Belkin Play n600 router which I want to use to get wireless internet. A macbook pro works fine with this router however my Toshiba Satellite p300 connects to the router but receives no internet. Using an ethernet cable, I get the same result of no internet.I tried removing the security and still same result?
Just set upa new e1200 on my brand new primary PC - connects flawlessly. One other PC in the house and an iphone also connect on the network to the internet with no issues. The problem: My laptop connects to the secure network without prompting for a password,but then does not connect to the internet at all. This same laptop easily connects to the internet via the network as a guest, just as it should. Tried using Easkey, but same result: laptop connects OK to the secure network without a password prompt, but then does not connect to the net.
on brand new 3521 laptop with Win7 Pro the WLAN connects to selected wireless router but fails to establish internet connection.
WLan Driver 1703 was duly installed after the Chipset driver were installed , as recommended.Other mobile devices happily connect to same router. Ubuntu on this laptop was also happy to connect to internet on WLAN, only Win7 fails.
Turned off Win7 firewall , but no change. Shows unidentified connection in Network and Sharing Center. Router SSID etc were correctly entered. Deleted WLAN profile and reentered , no change.
Tried to connect to another wireless router with same result. I can only run this laptop on wired connection to the router. I am at a loss as to what other steps I could take to fix this WLan / internet connection.
