Dec 22, 2012Im trying to set up wirless internet on 2nd computer it is asking for security key I cant find the 8 dig # on the box. Can I get the info on my other compurer?

Wep Key Is Only Accepting 9 Digits?
Jan 21, 2012i was having probs with the daughters dell laptop wireless setup, was intermittent, downloaded latest drivers, went to set up the connection, im running 128 bit wep and the damn software will only take the first 9 digits? i have 8 other wireless devices running of this so i dont want to have to change settings on all of them?

Jan 23, 2011I had to reformat my laptop due to a virus. I loaded OS and drivers and everything is ok except my wireless. It says "limited or no connection". I checked the network key and it only has 8 digits when my key has 10. I change it back to 10 digits, save it, then open it again to check but -again, it only has 8 digits. Not sure if this is the reason or if my driver is the reason. Dell connection manager doesn't even see my wifi network but windows does and tries to connect to my wireless - except that it's limited or no connection. Btw, I tried re-installing driver but my laptap hangs each time I either install a new one or try to uninstall the existing one.

Sep 21, 2011I have a router from Motorola that is not a wireless router. Wired to it is a DIR 300 box (adapter?) and this transmits the Wilan. My PC is connected via cable and my laptop via Wilan . I have looked in the Motorola router ( using my PC) for the security key and cannot find one . I have also looked in the DIR300 and the security key is a row of dots, ie not showing.

Jan 23, 2013I have a 2811 with CME 8.5; I recently added a SIP trunk and can make & receive calls just fine. I noticed today that when connecting to an external IVR system, I can't send additional tones (press 1 for Sales, for example). I have two DIDs, same provider, both doing the same thing. The config for one of my SIP trunk dial peer and translations are shown here - I think this is what's appropriate to review but can add anything else that's necessary. I've also omitted some dial peers for X11 and international dialing for brevity.
