I have a laptop that runs Windows Vista, and every time I want to connect to the Internet, I had it where I would enter the password each time, and I would always uncheck the boxes to save the connection. Today, my sister gets on my laptop and leaves the boxes checked, so now when I connect to my WiFi, I don't have to enter in a password anymore. Personally, I don't like this, and want to revert back to having to enter in the password each time. Is there a way that I can do that in Windows Vista, without having to reset the password itself or fooling with the router?

My mother accidentally turned off wireless or changed the password to the 2WIRE778 that we have and I can't get wifi on my iPod. So I have a small motorola router and it's wireless so if I hook it up to the original 2WIRE that has blocked wifi do you think I can get wifi off the second router with no password troubles or would I have to buy a special router that has no password? I don't know a lot about computers. And my Meyer has a password on our computer so I can't log on. so if I just hook up the 2nd router and possibly get WiFi do I need to do anything such as setup on the computer or can I plug it in and just go?

I was trying to put a password on my wifi and I followed all the steps from this website(using 192.168.2.1) but the password I chose is not working and I am forced to connect to the internet directly. How can I get back to using my wifi?I went to 192.168.2.1, went to Security, chose WAP/WAP2 and AES then I chose a password and a guest password and clicked on Apply changes. Neither the guest nor personal password are working and I can't get into my wifi network. What do I do?
