I was trying for hours to connect the USB Hard Drive of 3TB (My Book WD 3TB) in the USB port A and B of the router then the router won't reconize. I Have another the same model but different capacity and work excellent (My Book WD 2TB). What I can I do in order to use my hard drive in my network?

It either times out trying to sign on to PSN or EA sports, or connects only to lose the connection shortly thereafter. My router is the AC1000 and I'm wondering if there is a specific setting that is required in the setup that I'm not aware of. My connections to all other devices are solid.

So I thought let me go purchase a router (router # 2) and set it up downstairs and see if that will improve the signal of my Belkin. I can connect it to my Nexus tablet, to my desk-top and my lap-top, so I know there is nothing wrong with the router itself. Every time I try to connect the phone, it locates the network, scans, authenticates, but then says "Disabled" and the message: "Secured with WPA/WPA2 PSK" with "locked network" symbol. What does this mean? This is on the label that came with the router: "Security Type WPA/WPA2" but I don't know what to do in order to remove the lock. The phone is a Vodafone Smart Chat and I bought it specifically to be able to connect to Wi-Fi networks.

I have unplugged the router and modem several times and that does not work. When I check the various wireless systems available (on the TV screen) I see mine there but it will not connect. I went in to the 192.168.2.1 address, to look at the current wireless settings. I saw an option to use it as an access point. Not sure what I was thinking when I checked it off, but now I can't connect wirelessly, and I cant get onto the settings page again, via 192.168.2.1. My IP address has changed, and is now 50.135.82.220. I've unhooked everything and hooked it back up. I pushed the reset button on the back. I don't know what to do. How do I get it back to the way it was before I got my hands on it?
