I need to aquire drivers to allow me to use this on a 64-bit windows. I'm windows Windows 2008 R-2 (windows 7 64bit core) I know there are drivers for windows 7 itself as I can make this work in 32-bit windows 7. but not finding 64 bit drivers.
I have an lan / modem card without drivers and cant find them on support drivers website .i have dp/n 06158u revA00 the card manufacturer is Action Tec and other markings on the card is DS/N TW-06158U-44432-1AF-1803
I discovered a BOCA modem device (model M1440E) in the bottom of a garage sale box. it's only 14.4 Kbps but I paid my 75 cents for it, now I want to use it! It came with a parallel-to-serial connector, and I bought the 3 foot serial cable at the same sale for 10 cents. Does anyone know where I could find drivers for it? Also, would it work better with or require a parallel cable?
I just purchased a USB 3.5G modem - model: K190 made by KTech. It doesn't work (except the extra SD memory card capability) as it doesn't have any drivers or software on it, contrary to what the store clerk said, maybe there's a defect because I already tried it on two different laptops. Certainly, it didn't come with any CD or manual nor can I give it back. The company doesn't have any website and there are no drivers to be found on the internet.. I spent hours looking for the modem's drivers..
I have a Dell Dimension3000 with XP SP3.. I recently tried to uninstall some of my USB ports to resolve a problem I was having with my iPod... but in the process it seems tohave knocked out my internet connection. In Device Manager under Network Adapters, it shows two devices --
1. Intel(R) PRO/100 VE Network connection
2. USB 10/100 LANThe Intel device seems to be working, but the USB LAN has a warning exclamation through it.. and it says the drivers are not installed. How do I get these drivers? All links I find are for the Intel product.. if I downloaded this, would it correct the missing drivers on the USB LAN device?
I just did a fresh install of Windows 7 (x64) on Dell laptop- Dell Inspiron N5110 . I did not rebuild it from the factory restore disc as that failed to work. The installation is complete. I am trying To get my Wi-Fi to work by pressing FN+F2 however it is not working, the Bluetooth icon appears instead which doesn’t work either.I have tried to look for the wifi adapter in the device manager, but it does not exist in the list.I understand that I have to install the drivers. Will that do the trick? I also don’t know what the name of the wifi adapter is, so don’t know which driver to install.
I'm having an issue with the Bluetooth drivers on the E6520, basically I had all the drivers installed and device manager was reporting no issues, all of a sudden (a day later to be exact) I have three unknown bluetooth devices in Device manager and I can't install drivers for them. [code]
I have tried the following methods to install the drivers all have failed.Update through device manager and use Windows Update.Update via Device Manager and manually specify the drivers location
Tried using Dell client system update utility manually downloaded the Buletooth package from Dell, only to have it fail (I can't veiw the entire error, but I think its to do with me using 64bit) Unistalled & Reinstalled the entire bluetooth module.I had a similar issue with my E5410, but can't recall how I worked it out.
Windows 8 just released not long ago, and I am eager to upgrade my laptop to this version. From what I am understanding that Bluetooth is an issue along with Dell own drivers and configuration caused the upgrade delay. Dell will resolve and make drivers available to Windows 8.
i have dell vostro 3400 running on windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.Few days back i reinstalled windows .since then i am unable to find the appropriate drivers for my wi fi.system does not detect any wi fi networks. i can acces the internet on wired LAN. I have a Dell Latitude D610 laptop with windows xp pro sp3. I need to do the windows reinstallation I know you loose most of the drivers when you use the reinstall cd one of them being the wireless driver. I was wondering the directory where that driver is installed so I can copy it to my usb memory card so that when I reinstall windows I can have my wireless and get online so I can download the rest of the drivers I need.
I am using dell inspiron 1564 ihave upgraded it to 8gb of ram and I am running windows 8 64 bit os and I want bluetooth drivers for it I can't find them in any site.
xps 410 running win 7 64bit cannot get usb bluetooth adapters to work. latest attempt is a micro innovations usb60bt that a Fry's salesman demonstrated in the store with an HP notebook. took it home and three drivers fail to install correctly:
bluetooth hands-free audio bluetooth remote control bluetooth L2cap interface.
None of these gave problems when the guy installed it (plugged it in) in fry's; it immediately was able to pair with my BB 8900. Since upgrading the XPS to win 7 have not been able to pair it to anything. Is the bleeping bios that is no longer supported out-dated?
I've tried my trusty old Belkin, a new IOGEAR class 1 and the latest, USB60BT by micro innovations class 1.
Just recently bought a dell xps 17 L702x, and decided to reinstall windows 7 as it came with all the nonsense factory software installed.
The problem is I can't find a wireless network driver, the drivers CD I received with the laptop is useless and the official drivers on the dell website do not work either, I do not know which network card I have, so I downloaded a software which would tell me all the hardware in the laptop but it ends up telling me I do not have a network card, but I definitely do have one because the wireless was working before the reinstallation of windows. So now I'm stuck with a laptop with no wireless, having to use an ethernet cable.
I've got an old 2800 server which I'm troubleshooting some nic issues. It has Intel pro 1000 mt nic in it. There are no new dell drivers available but there are some much newer drivers on the intel site. Since this is a live server I want to check to see if any issues upgrading nic drivers downloaded from intel on a dell server.
I've recently bought Dell Inspiron N5010 laptop, however there seems to be one small issue: can't get WLan drivers installed.I'm using Windows 7 (64x edition). On Device Manager, under "Other Devices" there is an unknown "Network Controller".
Tried installing drivers from Dell Drivers & Downloads section (yes, used my service tag), but there was a problem with following ones: R252544 for Dell Wireless WLAN 1520 Half MiniCard. Result: "No compatible hardware found. The software you are attempting to install is not supported on this system. The software will not be installed." Half Mini Card
- R247430 for Intel Intel (R) WiMAX Link 6250. Result: "This software package cannot be installed on your system."
- R252283 for Intel Intel(R) WiFi Link 6200 "No compatible hardware found. The software you are attempting to install is not supported on this system. The software will not be installed."
All these messages appear right after running setup. Other drivers were installed successfully and in the right order.
