Im able to use my dell Bluetooth travel mouse with W8 pro but the mouse track wheel is not working and the side buttons too. im able to move the curser, use right click and left click. what should I do to make the side buttons and the mouse wheel to work in W8 Pro.

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy bluetooth 365 suddenly stopped working, (Inspiron 1564, windows 7 home premium). I have the latest driver (6.2.0.9603), and now, when i try to install it again it asks me to turn the BT on, although it is on (enabled in BIOS). When I check the device manager under bluetooth radios, it's called "Generic Bluetooth Adapter" and it's status is "This device cannot start (code 10)". The bluetooth icon doesn't appear in the task bar nor in control panel anymore.
The bluetooth services @ administrative tools are "started" and "automatic".
I had this problem twice before, fixed it using system restore and by installing "windows mobile device center". These solutions are not working now..
i have issue with my webcam and bluetooth i have installed a fresh copy of windows 7 on it after that i have installed all driver from cd in right order which came with laptop. i have installed dell webcam central it shows no supported webcam found. installing fresh copy of windows 7 installs webcam drivers itself.
and problem with bluetooth is when i active wireless from wireless switch a window pops up showing usb not recognized i think that is only the problem but why i have installed chipset drivers also.

My computer got a virus and I had to re-install everything. Now my Bluetooth is unable to detect any bluetooth devices. I have the latest driver for the Dell Wireless Bluetoothe 365 module. When installing it says that it is looking for bluetooth devices but none are discoverable even though I have a Microsoft Bluetooth notebook 5000 mouse and a smartphone with bluetooth that are in discovery mode.I know the devices are discoverable because they are discovered on my wife's computer which is also a studio 1440.

I just installed Windows 7 ultimate 32bit on my Inspiron 1520 and everything works brilliantly except the bluetooth!I downloaded the drivers from the dell website, for vista 32bit, when I try to install the driver it says "Press Fn+F2 or turn on the wireless switch".
The wireless switch is already on, and I press Fn+F2 and nothing happened. The driver worked fine on Vista Home Premium 32bit.
