I have a Dell 1750 inspiron T4300W7 laptop which worked fine until one night whilst connected to internet via a 3 dongle it just cut off. I have used the dongle many times on this laptop without issue and the dongle still works on my other laptop fine. The Dell laptop now wont connect via any internet method ie wireless or dial up connection, it just says No network access. I run a diagnose and a message said ip address not configured.

I am trying to connect my Bose Soundlink via Bluetooth to my Dell Laptop. The USB Bluetooth device is connected successfully and the Bose Speaker shows on the system but with errors. When I try to install drivers for this I am unsuccessful and also using the manufacturers SW I cannot load through the SW
Is there a Dell Driver that I can load that will aid the connection?
why this is erroring as I do not have any issues connecting my phone to either the Speaker or the Laptop?

having recently installed the correct bluetooth module inside our dell insprin1750, all the drivers loaded fine and it said all installed ok, I can see all items in the control panel/hardware list as all ok... not highlighted or anything so assume its all ok. When I click on the bluetooth icon down on the bottom is pops up and says bluetooth is working but not visable to other devices click here to change... which I do, then the problem.... nothing happens after that !
I am unable to add any devices to bluetooth list despite it saying its working ok in hardware properties etc.
My last resort is to restore pc to factory state via re-install of windows 7 but I do not really want to go down this route if at all possible.... I have tried restore to no avail.

This afternoon, I plugged in a Belkin bluetooth adapter F8TO16 and paired it with a pair of 7dayshop headphones. Instead of leaving well alone with an old driver, I decided to update the Belkin driver - which went well. However, the Dell 365 Module then reported an error and trouble shooting informed me that it now had a driver error. Windows searched for and found a driver, but could not install it.. I've since downloaded and installed new Dell drivers for it but I still get the same result - can't install driver. (The module was working fine before I up-dated the Belkin driver.)
I figure I now have to un-install the Module and then install an up-dated version. Is this the right way to go and if it is, how do I go about it? I'm using Win7 64 bit on an Inspiron 1750.

My wifi was working just fine this morning, then my 1 yr old pushed some keys when I turned away for a minute, now my wireless won't turn on. I have tried the F2 + Function key several times, I've rebooted and tried to search possible solutions. My other laptop is connected to my router just fine, so I am sure it is just a computer issue. I have an Inspirion 1750. Also, is there any indicator of wireless on this computer? I have to go into network to see if it is on, it seems there should be an easier way (my other computers have a wifi light).

I had to reinstall Windows but upon reinstallation, I noticed that wireless does not connect. I tried pressing Fn +F2. Nothing. No LED light for wireless.
First I started the WLAN AutoConfig service under services.msc. After starting/enabling this service - nothing.
I searched the forum and found a post for Quickset. I followed the instructions given and restarted. When I press Fn+F2 the screen flashes the wifi symbol and my wifi LED comes on. However, when I go to connect to a wireless network - none can be found (I have connected to this network before and know that it works). I searched support and navigated to Manage Wireless Networks. I click on the Add button and get the following message:Windows cannot detect any wireless network interfaces.

I'm at my wits end on trying to get my n4010 inspiron to connect wirelessly. It was working about two weeks ago but now will not work
1. I've upgraded by bios to version A13
2. I've checked in the bios advanced tap to ensure the wireless was enabled, it is
3. Device manger says the drivers are up to date and the device is working properly, driver version 5.60.48.35
4. System info says the wireless adapter is disabled
5. wireless key F2 has no impact on the status

Ive had this computer for 2 years now. Last night the wireless randomly shut off, so i just figured it was the internet. But when i tried to connect to a different internet, i noticed that it said my wireless was off. So i figured that i just bumped the wireless button. I went to go turn it on again, but it will not turn on. I've tried hitting the button many times including using the Fn key. I can hardwire using Ethernet cable and it works, but my wireless does not. I have Windows 8 and have had it since it came out, so i know its not that. My drivers are all up to date and i have tried system restore.

I have an Asus Dual-Band Wireless-N (RT-N56U) that has worked wonderfully with my other 5 computers. Both the 2.4 ghz and the 5 ghz appear and connect as they should with my other computers. However, after purchasing my Dell Inspiron 17R Special Edition this year (Windows 8 comes preinstalled), I can see only the 2.4 ghz in the available wireless network lists. No matter what I do, I cannot see the 5 ghz wireless band connection with the Dell. I have several other computer in the same room that see it just fine, but the Dell does not. What do I need to do to get my Dell to see this 5 ghz connection?

but having trouble connecting wirelessly to the internet from my Inspiron 1420. I can see my routernetwork and the signal strength is good, but when I try to connect it says that it cannot connect. When I press connect diagnose problem it quickly opens a small window stating that windows could not connect to "Kat-wifi" (my network. I have tried rebooting the computer as well as rebooting the router by uplugging and waiting the 30 sec to 1 min and then retrying but to no avail. When I connect the computer to an ethernet cable I AM able to connect to the interent. I even atempted to manually run a test with the wireless and it passed everything except the PING test. it stated NO RESPONSE DHCP SERVER. I tried then to go to the screen of Wireless Network Conenction Properties and checked the IP Version 4 (TCP/IPv4 and both the obtain IP address and Obtain DNS server automatically are already on.

Recently got my Inspiron 5010N, only issue Im having is using the built in wireless hardware. I can browse and find networks, I just cant connect to any. My home network is now open and unencrypted (running G), but it still wont connect. However, I installed a USB wireless adapter, and I can connect without issue. So I dont think its a firewall, etc. I think its something with the built in adapter...
After checking out the device manager, it looks like the laptops using a "DW1501 WLAN Half-Mini Card". I went to the downloads page through dell.com to update my drivers, but Im still having issues.Im running Windows 7 64 bit.
