View 5 RepliesA 'com.liferay.portal.NoSuchUserException.no such user with primary key 10002491'' error was encounterd when I tried to access ACS 5.2 dashboard using my account (10002491). Using ACSAdmin account I can view the dashboard. My account and ACSAdmin has the same profile and privilege in ACS.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI'm at the point of setting up admin access for engineers needing to have insight into the operations and status of our ACS 5.3 systems. any way to create a Dashboard that can be applied to all admin user accounts? (perhaps a custom role?)I've been able to customize the dashboard for my own account to show what is most relevant, but am unable to figure out how to apply this layout and setup to all other users.
Basically, I have a number of folks that need to see this data, but that I can't exactly count on to setup their own dashboards to show the important details. If there were some way to build a tab/dashboard/portlet, etc (whatver it may be) and have it apply to all users, that would save me TONS of work so that I don't have to login to each person's account and set things up for them.For example, I want to have all users see a tab/dashboard that shows the applet "Live Authentications", but with the protocol already configured to display TACACS vs the default which is RADIUS.
After an upgrade from ACS 5.1 to 5.3 the view-logprocessor are not running any more. I also installed the newest patch 5.3.0.40.1. The installations are success but the view-logprocessor steal are not working.

Since this morning, I cannot access anymore the view where I can see all Radius authentication for today. I obtain the following message:The server workspace storage for on demand transient reports is full, please try again later or contact administrator to increase on demand transient report storage capacity?
Moreover, if I generate other report, I have the message:18002: iPortal generate report failed.I could find some information which makes references to a Cisco bug CSCtb98071, as below:
Launching a shared report in the ACS 5.1 Monitoring and Report Viewer displays an iportal error for a particular scenario.
#Symptom: You will see the following iportal error message when you launch a shared report:
#iPortal generate report failed.

#Conditions: This error occurs when you add a report to a group in the interactive viewer and save it as a shared report.
#Workaround: Avoid using the option Add Group from the interactive viewer for hyperlinked column entries when you save the report as shared
However, I am not adding any report to any group, so I don't understand why this error appears and how to solve it.
I have a DCS-942L. Everything was working fine on my setup until I upgraded the firmware the other day. In the mydlink.com website when I logged in that day, it stated a firmware upgraded was needed. So I clicked on upgrade, let it run its thing and then tried to view the playback and now the thumbnails are just black and when I click on one, it looks like it is loading but then shows the quicktime icon with a question mark over it. I upgraded my Quicktime component and that didn't fix it either. So I went into advanced settings, downloaded the new firmware upgrade from there by saving the zip file and uploading it via the advanced settings website, and still nothing. I have another camera, same setup, that I have not upgraded firmware on yet and that playback is working fine.

Is it possible to upgrade the CSACS-1121-UP-K9 to be a non upgrade part? We were going to upgrade from a Windows 4.x to the above Appliance (version 5.x) but there is now a reason to keep the old Windows version running therefore we cannot give the new Appliance the old ACS's licenses?!So we should have (with hindsight) bought a fresh version of the ACS 5.x rather than an upgrade.

We utilize this with RADIUS to authenticate our wireless users and TACACS for managing our network equipment.The RADIUS reports are useful for other teams (outside my own) to be able to troubleshoot password and account lockouts (everyone forgets to change the password on their phone).I would like to allow this team and other access to view the RADIUS authentications report.

We use same repository as always. Backup to the same repository works from CLI.
I am having trouble viewing all the Administration logs in ACS View. I have my Local Log Target set to a Maximum log retention period of 90 days. In ACS View I can display authentications that go back 90 days + However when I try and display the "ACS_Configuration_Audit" in View and perform a Custom query that goes back 90 days it will only display about 35 days of Admin logs.I know the logs are there because when I go into CLI and do a search like "show logging | i "ObjectType=Administrator Account" the Administration logs go back over a year.why ACS View cannot display all the Admin logs?The ACS is running v5.1.0.44 Patch 6 (Also experiencing this in a v5.2 ACS as well)

View 1 Replies View RelatedI am trying to setup 4 cameras to view with remote live view. I set up my server with IP addresses of 192.168.1.80 .... 85. The screen has only the option for 1 video channel. I have seen on-line screen shots that have options for channel 1 through 8. I want to assign each camera to a different channel so I will be able to use remote live view to show all 4 cameras at the same time. I can only show one at a time. Do I need a different version than 3.3 or some obscure windows 7 setting?

View 1 Replies View RelatedToday I upgraded my Cisco ASA 5505 ASDM from version 6.34 to 6.41 cause of some problems on old version with NetFlow. But now when I switch to dashboard i can not see "Top Usage" tab. That was quite usefull for me. It simply disappeared.
Can i somehow configure which tabs are displayed on dashboard ? I really need that one and I do not want to downgrade :/

We've recently shut down an interface on one of our ASA 5510s as we no longer use that service provider. The dashboard, however, still insists on showing traffic usage on this interface. How do I change the dashboard to display a more meaningful interface?

View 12 Replies View RelatedI'm currently running ACS 5.3 Patch 7 in a VM on VMware ESXi. I download the application upgrade bundle, and placed it in my SFTP repository, and ran "application upgrade filename repository name". It throws an error that the manifest file is not found in the bundle.
I tried putting the ACS.gz file in an FTP repository, and even in an ISO file to attach to the VM. In all cases I receive this same error.I did verify the md5sum on the file to make sure it wasn't corrupted..

I have a question about upgrade NAC Module, I follow standalone procedure to do the upgrade but I wonder about the upgrade file should I use because on the Cisco site I didn't find the upgrade file from 4.8.0 to 4.8.2.
what I found is nme-nac-upgrade-4.8_2-from-4.6.x.tar.gz ??!!!
