The message: this page can not be displayed this showing. Some web pages only load when I click F5.
I've got JDownloader running on my HTPC and access it via VNC.The problem with Click'n'Load (CNL) is, JD only listens on localhost:9666 for incoming traffic, and the browser applications only send traffic to localhost:9666, so I can't use CNL with the VNC connection.I have to redirect my PC's localhost:9666 to the HTPC's localhost:9666
I've read up on SSH tunnels, but failed to set one up to work. I also know this could be done with iptables, but don't know how. Do you know a solution to make a connection between both local 9666 Ports? Traffic would have to be redirected from the PC listening on localhost:9666 to the HTPC, making it available at localhost:9666 and vice versa.
They all just decide to not load pages fairly often. It happens on my netbook and PC, has been going on for like a year. Formatted each pc at least once since it started. It's really annoying. It's been awhile since I used firefox so I dont remember that error message but Chrome gives me the sad face with the x's in it's eyes and says oops I cannot load the page. On pages that auto refresh it happens ALOT. Once I click the refresh button once or twice it loads it fine. My HTC EVO doesnt have any trouble with the internet when I have it connected to my router. The operating system is Windows 7.
View 11 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to fix a weird web browsing problem with our Acer Aspire One netbook running XP SP3 I can't get IE or Safari to load web pages but I am connected to our D-Link wireless router and can ping our ISP. Today Windows even downloaded, installed the latest updates and asked to reboot. So I know there is an internet connection and it's working just fine.I have:installed and run AVG and then uninstalled it disabled windows firewall uninstalled everything that wasn't necessary checked the browsers aren't working offline checked for proxy settings in both safari and IE completely reset IE to all of its default settings done a clean boot according to the directions on the MS site url... View 5 Replies View RelatedLet me start with what the problem is. Some pages like google open very fast while some takes a lot of time and sometimes do not load at all.I tried pinging certain websites along with mygame website mabinogi.nexon.net and the request timed out. I tried a few solutions
1) Switched browser and it didn't seem to work (Even the client I use for the game Mabinogi disconnects every 5 to 10 mins)
2) Tried changing the DNS to OpenDNS and it still didn't work
3) Tried using network on safe mode with networking and still I got the same result. That is some pages take a lot of time while others load soon.
But I seem to have come across a problem that my lack of networking experience wont allow me to fix myself.For some reason for the past few days my net has been acting strange. For instance I can be logged into an MMO but when I try to open chrome or any other browser and do a quick Google search I get DNS errors or just "cannot connect to (website name). Yet i am still online perfectly fine Via MSN,SKYPE,Online games.It doesn't happen all the time just seems to be intermittent. View 14 Replies View RelatedI am having a problem with my computer and the internet. I can connect fine and pull up pages but after a while the pages will stop loading. Sometimes it is within a few minutes of using the internet or sometimes it will go a few hours. When I check my connection it shows that I am connected. I have tried troubleshooting, updating IE, trying firefox. Nothing works.
I have a HP G72 Notebook PC Windows 7 IE 9
Sometimes they load after restarting computer but if you close browser and try open it again they wont load most of the time.Steam has also stopped working and freezes at part where its trying to connect to account. Also "internet" symbol and bottom left corner says two different things at same time:

Problem has gotten worse by day. First one restart would fix problem but now steam won't work and if you get pages to load after closing browser you need to restart computer couple of times before pages are loading again.
I am trying to fix my mycomputer, which seems to ok except that it cannot connect to the internet. The connection is wired and works fine (my another computer, next to my computer works well). I have tried another wire connection at local cyber cafe, it worked fine there.
View 13 Replies View RelatedSince yesterday, nearly every time I load a web page it either doesn't stop loading or sometimes doesn't even load at all. At first I thought that the problem was just with Chrome, but I've since tried Firefox and Explorer and get the same issue. I've tried scanning for viruses, malware and even ran Boostspeed to see if it will solve the problem, but nothing has worked.
I don't know why this has happened all of a sudden, I've not made any significant changes or installed anything new so I'm stumped. I have the fastest fiber optic package my ISP has, so it isn't down to not having enough bandwidth.Can I try resetting my router with the pinhole at the back, or will that cause me to lose settings, which I won't be able to restore ,and not be able to connect to the internet at all? (I know the routers password)
Currently, we are monitoring a Cisco ASA which is running Software version 8.4(4).1. It is showing high cpu load (reaching 90%) at some hours, and our client (who is the owner) has asked us to troubleshoot this issue, since this is not a normal operating condition for the ASA.
We have checked over many forums and documents about "high cpu related to Dispatch Unit process", but we still don't know where to begin, and what steps we could recommend to our client. I have uploaded an archive, where I have extracted these outputs:

-show run threat
Just setting up and testing a Cisco 891-K9 router. Used CCP for basic setup, figure I'll tweak any settings needed later.For the firewall, I chose the default "medium" security setting in CCP, then added some holes (already setup in NAT) for outside access in.
Now on to the real question:I noticed that I am now unable to click through google search results. On any borwser. Clicking on any search result simply loops back around to the same google search page. If I disable Javascript on the browser, everything works as expected. So it appears that the firewall is preventing something in google's scripts from redirecting and "clicking through" to the final destination page.
I'm familiar with our old Pix firewall commands, but still a relative newcomer to the zone based firewall and commands for this new 891, (relevant Config pasted below) (Gi0 is the WAN interface)

I am having trouble with the internet on my HP laptop.. I am positive it is connected to the internet, yet pages won't load.. when I troubleshoot it says no problems detected

My computer had a filter on it that used a proxy server. The company (called Familink) went out of business. They provided an application for removing the filter, but it did not work, and the filter was never removed. I believe when the filter was installed, it modified the registry to prevent internet browsing unless the proxy was active. Now, since the company is out of business, there is no way to use the proxy, and I cannot browse the internet at all. I can still connect to secure (https://) sites just fine, but not any other channel. It is not a problem with the ISP, because I can browse the internet just fine on the same computer using linux. It just does not work with windows. When running a diagnostic test, I get error 0x2751, or "WSAEHOSTUNREACH"

Uninstalled and reinstalled both, even going back a couple of versions and still nothing. I know I'm connected as my iPhone works fine. With this in mind, I tried opening up safari to see what that would do and to my supprise, it works fine, bit slow but still, at least it works. So now I defiantly know that the Internet is working.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have done so much research and tried almost everything on these forums, but still the internet wont load on my laptop. It is a Acer mini with Windows 7 starter. The other day the internet just stopped loading pages. It shows that it is connect to my router, and when I try to go to a page, it just says loading. I tried to connect with the ethernet chord from the modem and it does the same thing. I think there is a connection, but just wont load pages because the avast will update the virus definitions. I've tried to update the drive, reset the ipconfig. One thing I noticed is that the ip6v says not connected but the ip4v says internet. If I can do anything to get more info I surely will post it back up here, I just need to get my connection back up

have problem with WRT54GH, almost every second page after reload gets an error message: Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset. Tried both on IE, Firefox, Chrome Tried to disable antivirus, no effect, the pages still load not all the time, firmware upgraded to the latest version. Before didi not have such problem with Zyxel W330EE.

I started configuring with cd but i couldn`t get past the step where it should verify if cables are plugged in , so I did it manually. Some pages won`t load , internet speed is slow ( Both wireless and lan speed ) . I am using a PPPOE connection , I even got my ISP to check my settings, and he said it was alright but it reduces my speed by a lot. Usually I download with 1 MB/s with the router on wi-fi I hardly get 50 kb/s and on lan max is 100 kb/s.

Is there a way to load a spare compact flash with a running-config, ASA IOS, & ASDM software via card reader? I need to load another flash card with all of the settings necessary for normal operation. This "spare" card will replace the flash that is currently in use. The reason for the replacement is capacity and because of changes made to the running-config. The "in-use" card is 256MB, the "spare" one is 512MB. Also, the new card will have a few changes made to the running-config, so it will, in essence, be a reload.
I have a card reader for the compact flash cards. If there is a way to load up this new card using the card reader, without monkeying with the firewall, I would prefer that. Like I said in the previous paragraph, this new flash card will replace the other one, once it's ready.

I recently received a new router from my broadband company TalkTalk calld Huawaei HG533 Broadband wireless N ADSL 2+ Router which i have physically connected to my home pc. The reason for this was because with my current router, Belkin, when ever i turned on my PC and clicked on IE i would get an error saying IE cannot display webpage and i would have to close IE/Chrome and re-open it and it would display my home page. When i did a google search for gaming sites it would not show it and would again say IE canot display web page. Only after i restarted my machine or router it would work which is terribly anoying.
After initial use of my new router it seemed fine, i was not getting any problems however the above problem seemed to have re-occure again. I've noticed that when i turn on my PC for the first time use and load up IE or Chrome i would get an error saying IE cannot display webpage and would have to either restart the router or PC for it to load my home page. Again, when i do a search for gaming sites it would display the web address and appropirate logo but not the website. It's terribly annoying because i have do this process every single time even though it's a new router. To trouble shoot i've tried to log in as admin and channgel to channel from 1 to 6 which did not work so i changed it back to 1. Can somebody suggest a possible reason why i'm getting these problems and why i have to always close IE or restart my pc/router for it to resolve?
when i right click nic (the double computer icon) properties in my windows server 2003 nothing is displayed. It shows as if it is going to log off but returns as usual without showing any properties.
View 2 Replies View RelatedCurrently we have deployed site to site vpn between 2 asa 5510 model. one is corporate site and one is remote site. now we plan to use radware load balancer in which 2 isp will terminate. now if at a remote site wecreate only 1 ipsec tunnel and mention sigle isp peering. if one isp fails at corporate how remote site will be access by site to site vpn through 2 isp vpn. what thing we need to do over asa as well as load balancer at both end.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI have a TAC on this, but thought I would throw it out here too. We recently upgraded a 5520 to 8.4 code so HTTPS traffic can filter through the CSC. Well, it takes several attempts to pull up any https pages. Cisco thought it may be hardware, so I swapped out the CSC, but before I go through the hassle of moving licnese, I brought a second ASA with CSC, which prior to this was their main ASA running 8.2 code and did not have issues, of course HTTPS did not filter through it either. the exact same thing happened on this ASA. So apparently it is not hardware related. One other thing I found, if I bypass https, it still happens, and the only solution is to shut down the CSC module. Now I think it may be the ASA policy that while not the cause, but is being difficult. I found that if you pull SIP inspections out, and reapply them in testing voice issues, you must reboot the ASA for them to work again. I am wondering if this is the case with the HTTPS traffic not releasing from the CSC even with the ACL having it removed. I need to try that next.

Whenever I open the cisco anyconnect and select the current selection or enter in a new connection I get that error. I have tried reinstalling, deleting out the cisco folder from my user account, and running cisco through the web that gives me the error "Web-based installation was unsuccessful. If you wish to install the CIsco Anyconnect VPN Client, you may download an installer package."
