I would like to ask some thing for configuration on AP (AIR-LAP1141N-A-K9) but now i chnage IOS to stand along mean and i want to configure QOS on this AP? Any command how to configure QOS?

In one customer other company has put a lot of APs to get coberture in one office enviroment. Each 10 meter (more or less) they've put an AP.
The AP is the model 1141N.Do you think may be any problem?We have to go to certify the installation despite not having made the study of wireless network coverage.
My co-workers and I have been trying to diagnose a problem that recently started occuring on our AP1141N and AP1142N units. I have found a handful of posts that talk about this issue, but none with a solid solution. It seems that as often as every 24 hours, the radio interfaces change state to down, for seemingly no reason. Once this occurs, the only way to bring the radio interface back up is to reboot the AP. As far as we know, this wasn't happening until recently, when we enabled the "N" speeds. Things were working correctly for a year or two while the APs were configured just for b/g operation. The following is the only seeminlg-relevant thing that shows up in the logs:
*Nov 12 00:53:02.508: %LINK-5-CHANGED: Interface Dot11Radio0, changed state to reset
*Nov 12 00:53:03.507: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Dot11Radio0, changed state to down
Some additional info:
- All of the APs are connected to PoE Cisco c2960 switches
- We have tried both hard-coded radio channels, and non hard-coded
- We have tried various ways setting power inline negotiation
- We are not using a WLC
- System Software Version: 12.4(21a)JA1
- Bootloader Version: 12.4(18a)JA3
I have attached output of sh run, sh log and sh controlers dot11Radio0. (Another oddiy - the line %DOT11-2-RESET_RADIO hasn't shown up in the other logs I have viewed after this issue occurs...)

View 8 Replies View RelatedI have a couple of 114n APs in my network and the CAPWAP uptime and AP uptime are almost the same. But there is one which always resets after some time. I have moved across to another switch port but the issue persists. I have other 1141 and 1131's on this switch and no problems. The keep alives between the AP and Controller is regular. I can't get more info from the traps as the reason code is always;
" AP associated to Controller is UP. Reason: Radio interface reset due to Init"
"AP associated to Controller is down. Reason: Radio interface reset"
"AP associated to Controller is UP. Reason: Radio interface reset"
####Only 2ice was the reason code "Operator changed 11g mode". I have seen some posts about similar problems but there hasn't been any concrete solution provided.
note that RLDP is disabled, Primary discovery timer is 120sec, and the version is 7.098
I currently have DCHP server set up on my new 1141N. Everything works great, but I wanted to know if it were possible to make the DHCP server only hand out ip addresses on the wireless connection? Currently the AP is giving out ip addresses from the pool to wired and wireless pc's.

everything is good except : global (outside) 1 interface nat (inside) 0 access-list inside_nat0_outbound nat (inside) 1 172.16.1.0 255.255.255.0 Because, this example is for an 8.2 ios (or above), and i have a 8.3.
Another question : What the bestway to use this example, but with a single "nat" for all outbound traffic (I want all outgoing traffic (on the main FW) to be seen from a single domain encryption)
I have inserted a SIP-800 card into my CRS-8. I inserted the SPA into the SIP. I cannot find how I configure the SIP or the SPA. I have spent the day reading the manual but no where do I see the commands to activate or get the SIP up and running.

- there is a group of HUB tx modems, each one is shared for approx remote 10 sites with a total bandwidth tx 2048k
- each remote site is to be guaranteed min 512k but can burst into the 2048
- remote sites must be somehow grouped to a member of each modem to set the bandwidth constraints
- a single DMVPN/multipoint GRE is configured on HUB. all remote sites connect to this (redundancy comes later )
The challenge is how to configure the QoS on the HUB side to meet this policy, Currently, I use ip nhrp group MODEM1 on each remote site, and ip nhrp map group MODEM1 service-policy output MODEM1 on the HUB. This is working ok. This works nicely, however I am left with the constraint that within each modem group I must define a class for each site and set the guaranteed bandwidth. As the policy is applied pre-encapsulation, I must create a class with an acl matching the remote sites IP ranges. An administration nightmare and prone to failure! I want to avoid this if possible.
I have Switch 6509E wich is the core of the network, and we have 4 llink form 4 ISPs, all the link will work at the same time?how can I confiugure the BGP , as I know if I configure bgp it will work with one ISP as an active link,if that link goes down it will automatically begin to work with other ISP. And the firewall allowing that traffic through and client software is working fine. However I need this FTP to be running on port 990 and anytime I change the NAT and the firewall, the external FTP clients connect but then drop when recieving the directory listing.

I want to create a VPN server on a linux Box for our company. I need to connect via VPN on private local company network and then i get the public ip address from here (company public ip address). This is because some of our system is only accessible from static company public ip, and the problem is the remote access (from home for example) to this systems.
