So recently I moved my modem (DLS Gateway) from one room to another. In doing this I unplugged the Ethernet from one computer and plug it into a new one. There isn't a problem with the new computer being wired, but the one that used to be wired won't find my wireless at all. It won't even find other networks it just keeps saying that it's not plugged in to the Ethernet. My question is how do I get the computer so that it can find wireless networks.
My computer keeps losing wireless connection. When I try to reconnect it says it can't detect any wireless networks. My router is brand new. My daughter's computer connects fine so it must be my computer.

I have a Linksys wireless G Router (WRT54G5 model) and I've recently had some problems with it. First problem, I cant find my wireless network from my desktop, but it shows up on my laptop but it wont let me access it from there. The power, wlan, port 1, and internet led lights are all on and green. How can I get my wireless network to show up on my desktop and how can I access it from my laptop? I can't find the third computer on my network. All the computers connect to the internet but only the two XP computers show up via my network places. I try to setup an office network on all of the computers to see if it works. I can still only get the XP computers to connect. My main goal is to be able to create a private network to share files between the 3 computers. This is for a small office in a corporate building so it has to be private.The third computer is running on Vista which I don't know how to use at all as I only have win7/xp at my house.

I'm trying to add a printer back to my laptop. I've had to do this several times because our internet drops a lot.This time for some reason I can't add the wireless printer back to my laptop. When I add the printer it finds it but then it can't establish the tcp/ip connection.My workstation at the house can print to the wireless printer with no problem.
