View 1 RepliesI have this Huawei E1552 (HSDPA USB Stick) and I can't figure out how to do two things: 1. I'd like to make it share it's internet connection wirelessly to other devices. I've managed to connect my PC and PS3 with ethernet cable to get connection and I believe some have managed to do it wirelessly, but I can't figure out how to get my Nintendo 3DS to find that connection. I've tried putting wireless connection in the sharing part of the connection, but it didn't seem to work.

View 2 Replies View Relatedi have my Nintendo DS. I've been trying a lot of times connecting to CWF. I Successfully connect. But when i try to play some games, (For example Mario Kart DS) when i'm starting a race, it just says someone disconnected. Is this a Router Firewall problem? Also i saw on Nintendo Site that i have to open: Also how to change from WPA to WPE? How do i open them in router? I did in firewall, but seems to don't work.
View 1 Replies View RelatedIf the two are compatable, how exactly do I go about setting them up, without compromising my security settings? Whenever I search for a wireless signal on my DS, I come across the router but it's locked and when I attempt to sign on to wifi in my games, I recieve error code 20100.

View 3 Replies View RelatedE3000 uses WPA secutiry...Nintendo DS ONLY works with WEP security.
Can I change my E3000 to WEP? on a Nintendo support site per this issue, it says:
Routers using the Cisco Connect software default to WPA security, which is not compatible with online multiplayer with Nintendo DS Game Cards. To change your wireless security mode to WEP, you will need to use your router's web utility instead of Cisco Connect.
A) is that true
B) if so....HOW?
Bottom line, I NEED to be able to do this. If it's not possible, than I made a very bad purchase decision & will never do so again
I recently was able to obtain my son's Nintendo 3DS from him and now I can't figure out how to get on the internet browser with it!When I open up the internet on his 3DS and when I try to access anything it says communication error even though I have a full signal. It also says that the "error code is: 012-1018 Connection to proxy server failed. Please check that your proxy server settings are correct." I have went in and tried to change the proxy server settings and if I do I lose the internet connection despite the fact that the correct information is set in place. I even tried to reset the router (as my son did before) but I can't access it, even though he was able to!! I have done research on the Nintendo web site and everything that it says to do I have done and it shows that I have a full signal but after that no luck.

View 2 Replies View RelatedI can't find the third computer on my network. All the computers connect to the internet but only the two XP computers show up via my network places. I try to setup an office network on all of the computers to see if it works. I can still only get the XP computers to connect. My main goal is to be able to create a private network to share files between the 3 computers. This is for a small office in a corporate building so it has to be private. The third computer is running on Vista which I don't know how to use at all as I only have win7/xp at my house.

View 6 Replies View RelatedSo recently I moved my modem (DLS Gateway) from one room to another. In doing this I unplugged the Ethernet from one computer and plug it into a new one. There isn't a problem with the new computer being wired, but the one that used to be wired won't find my wireless at all. It won't even find other networks it just keeps saying that it's not plugged in to the Ethernet. My question is how do I get the computer so that it can find wireless networks.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy laptop is a Toshiba Satellite, and two days ago it was connecting to the wireless internet just fine. Then it spontaneously disconnected. I went to re-connect and it told me there were no wireless networks in the area at all. I know there are at least 15 in our area my laptop picks up. It was not dropped or shaken in any way, so it is not a hardware problem, I don't think. Hardlining it failed; it said it was connected to "unknown network" and could not connect to the internet.
