Windows XP SP3 / Desktop Won't Connect To Internet

I've got an older HP desktop that's running on Windows XP SP3 in my living room and it's all of a sudden not connecting to the internet. I know the problem isn't with the router or internet connection themselves, as my laptop works perfectly fine. I've tried resetting the TCP/IP, resetting the modem, and resetting the WINSOCK entries. Also, here is the IP configuration screen:
