May 29, 2012I have clearwire and I am able to connect to my old desktop but now I am unable to connect on my HP laptop. It gives a message that my wireless isn't connected but it is installed. Now they want my security key but when I put it in it comes back saying it is incorrect. I can't connect my Ruku2 for the same reason. Both show that I have wifi so it is really confusing.

I was going to contact their customer support, but for some reason their services kept telling me that "That serial number is not in our database".I have 3 laptops and a desktop PC. Two of my laptops are connected through wireless and my Desktop PC through a cable. Now this small isnt finding the wireless network my other computer are connected to. It has found all other wireless networks, tons of them (neighbors, city wifi, etc), but just cant find my home wifi.I have reinstalled windows XP and reinstalled the wireless drivers. Also checked that they're the newest out there.
