Linksys Cable / Dsl :: Wag120n - Device Don't Connect To Wifi Network

I have Linksys WAG120N ans ADSL+ Network from Netia (Poland) Internet is working from cable (Ethernet) but in WiFi I have big issue. url...My device who works fine:
-iPhone 4
-iPhone 3G
My device who don't connect to the WiFi network:xbox360 (new edition black with build in WiFin adapter)Asus Eee PC 1000H (Windows 7) witch WiFi.Xbox360 an Eee PC works only when i disable the Wireless Security ;/ i tried plenty option Wireless Configuration manual or Wi-Fi Protected Setup. I tried all Security Mode i works only when i disable.

Is it possible to assign the public IP on the WAN port to a single device on the LAN side without setting the router to bridged mode? This feature is available on Thomson modem routers but i can't seem to find this setting on the WAG120N.

I have a existing WiFi ADSL router and I have a WAG120N lying spare in my closet. I recently shifted to my room a floor above. I wanted to amplify signals as the current router is not able to beam signals that far. Hence I wanted to set this up as a WiFi repeater to have a complete coverage. I tried N number of ways but could not succeed.

Like the title says, the wifi on my wag120n stopped working. It happened suddenly, nothing was changed in the settings. It stopped showing when i'm searching for wireless connections (SSID is still enabled).

Just got a WAG120N modem/router , everything is set up and works fine.But I am very disappointed with its wifi range.After using an iPhone and a PSP , I found that, its range is 1,80 meters only, in empty room.Is it faulty ? I cant believe its range is too short although I know that its not "enhanced speed & range" as typed on box.I tried all combination of channels/protocols with no success and it's already flashed on latest version. I really cant connect to my wifi devices.

I have a WAG120N, its nearly dead,I tried resetting it many times, it still wouldn't work. The WiFi LED blinks continuously and uniformly. There is no WiFi, no access to router, the only thing that is working is the switch.

I recently got a Linksys WAG120n wireless modem but I have a problem with its Wireless.whenever I want to connect to the wireless of the modem I have to reboot the modem. or I cannot connect to it or if I connect I do not have internet access the cable LAN interface of the modem is working is working properly.I used Mixed (b/g/n) as network mode and wpa2/psk as authentication mode with using preshared key.and the channel is 11. no matter if I enable MAC filtering for wireless or not it is just the same.my laptop is a HP G42 with a Ralink 3090 wireless card and I have installed the latest manufacturer driver of the wireless Card.but it is not working .even sometimes laptop cannot find the linksys modem until I reboot the modem.as I have found there is no newer firmwire on cisco site for this modem to upgrade.

I have hp-dv6 with ralink rt5390 and my router is cisco linksys WAG120N and I'm trying to connect to my wireless connection but after I put the password it gives me windows was unable to connect! however at my work they have router but not linksys and I can connect to it and surfing the internet , but I have no problem with my cisco linksys because I use many laptops to connect to it without problems so is there any Compatibility issue with ralink rt5390 and cisco linksys router?? by the way I have the latest driver 3.1.13.1 of ralink.

when choosing "Mixed" or "N-only" as Network Mode on the Basic Wireless Settings configuration page, the mode resets to "B/G-Mixed" or "G-only" respectively when saving. In other words, it is not possible to use the N network mode.

I am using the WAG-120 N as an AP and switch for 3 laptops and 2 desktops. Our department is assigned only one Static IP from our server, so only one pc can connect to the server and the internet. I use the first lan port of the Wag-120N as a WAN port and i assign the Static IP address there, along with the subnet, default gateway and DNS addresses. The connected clients are assigned then an ip address from the router's DHCP (192.168.1.10x), but cannot connect to the internet. How can i configure the router to allow the clients to connect?

I have 802.11n wireless network at home. Unfortunately my TV box requires internet to work and it doesn't have wifi card installed (only ethernet port). It's very unconfortable to connect tv box with the router through cable.
So is it possible to use WAG120N as a wireless client for my existing wifi network and connect tv box through cable with WAG120N? In that case WAG120N would be some kind of wireless network adapter for my TV box.

i just bought a sony lcd tv and this model can be controlled by a smartphone via an app called mediaremote. The app should scan the local network and find the tv and than, after pairing, you can use the smartphone as remote controller over Wi-Fi.
My problem is that the router block the network scan and the app can't find the tv; is there somethig i can chack in the configuration or that else to permit the local network scan?
I tried to connect tv and smartphone to the neighbour wifi and the app woks perfect so i'm sure that is a my network problem.

It has been 4 months my Router " Wag 120n ". The Router Gives Me A yellow Sign on the network Icon Sying " No network Access " and the wireless Led is blinking with 1 sec interval So
- I cant open Router's Home Page
- there is No ping to 192.168.1.1 " General Failure or Host unreachable " response
- The Only way to get connected again is to replug the router from electricity , it works normally for 5 min and the Yellow Sign shows up again
the Solutions I Tried to fix that up :-
1) Hard reset the 30/30/15 reset
2) Firmware re-flashing
3) Trying an old firmware 1.0.0.12 instead of 1.0.0.16
but nothing of those worked the Only thing that worked for like 20 min the firmware upgrade but after that the problem came up again the problem happens to all Computers on the network wired or on wireless happens on all kind of operations systems win7, xp, vista, (Android for mobiles).

I've got an apple Airport Express and have managed to set it into my network. Airplay works on both Itunes and my phone. However after 10-15minutes the Airplay drops out and the network map shows that the airport express is 'offline'. however the airport express LED remains showing it still have connection to the network. The only way to get it back is to reset the AE. The apple forum has lots of people stating the same problem with WAG120n routers.

Just bought this WAG120N and using the CD Setup it gets as far as Install Gateway then displays its not connected properly. Checked everything it says to check.Im swapping from an ordinary adsl modem but i unplugged all of that and the WAG120N shows steady Power , 1 ethernet number lit and flashing ok, Wireless is lit and DSL is also also lit. Rebooted a few times too.

problems when I wanted to connect my laptop to my WAG120Nrouter for the first time.First the wireless adapter on my windows xp gives me the error "unable to verify your identity"second when i passed the security verification by bypassing the security options on the connection properties of the adapter, windows tries to acquiring network address and continues it for hours. Seems Windows cannot get any ip address from the router.The router works fine with wired Ethernet devices and my iPhone when i connect it wirelessly.

normally i have no trouble opening serten ports for gaming purposes but now i just cant seem to get them open
if i do hyperlobby: (begin: 20999 ) (end: 21001 ) protocol: ( both) on my current ip address and select the active square
it should open port 21000 right?but if i check in game, it wont open, and if i check on internet for port checks it also says timed out, for some reason it wont open this port, also other game ports wont open anymore,not sure what router i got but i think this is the model : WAG120N

My WAG120N does not allow airprint from ipad/ipod to HP photosmart wireless printer. When i replace the linksys router with an old netgear one all works well and the ipad can find the printer and print. Enable the Linksys router and the printer is no longer found on the ipad. other forums suggest this relates to handling of the Bonjour protocol ... any resolution for this so i dont have to go back to legacy speed on my home wifi?

I am using WAG120N, and it keeps disconnected from internet randomly, normally between 5-10 minutes. The thing is, when it is disconnected, the adsl lamp is still on, so I think that it is not the network problem. When internet lamp turns off , I try to turn off the device (or unplug the phone cable), then turn it on again (or re-plug the cable), and it will work for certain minutes, then gets disconnected again. I already upgraded the firmware to v 1.00.12.
