I recently had to re download a bunch of drivers on my Dell Latitude D500 (Windows XP). The only thing that doesn't work now is the wireless. In the network connections there is no option for connecting to wireless and even when I press FN + F2 nothing happens.
I have dell inspiron n4110, my warranty got expired recently. Suddenly I am getting blue screen and automatically re install again and windows is not coming up again, I tried all the options like restore etc. but finally I have seen a post in this forum and filled up the form to get Reinstallation CDs from Dell. I did the re install from dell supplied CDs its windows 7 even my earlier os also the same. After reinstall my wifi is not working and I tried to connect the Internet with a LAN cable and down load the required drivers for wifi, surprisingly even it's not recognizing and not connecting to Internet, I tried with my friend laptop with the LAN cable, his laptop is detecting LAN and working fine. what needs to be done to get it connected to Internet from LAN or wifi.
My Dell xps 27 all-in-one with windows 8 64bit and intel core i5 processor will not connect to my smart tv with the ptv3000 I see that it is awaiting firmware but this has been ongoing for almost 3 months now. When there will be an available update or is there something I can do now? I would like to finally see what this thing is capable of and if no ideas here I've already tried netgear and intel and they both refer me back to dell.
the last week we bought 6 laptops XPS 1502x, Only 2 of this laptops are working perfectly, but the other 4 have problems connecting With WIFI, The laptops sends to me a message " no wifi adapter connected", when i turn on the antenna, only the bluetooth turn on.
In other computer the Wifi only works when i turn on the computer " 5 minutes ".
I only wants to know if this problem is Software or hardware.

I have XPS 15 laptop. It has worked great for over a year and a half. Suddenly last Friday the wireless stopped working. All other devices are working fine using the same wireless including a dell Inspiron laptop. I installed Intel WiFi driver version 15.2.0.19, A02, flushed the dns, but cannot get it to work.
I just received my XPS 16 and I was informed that it had a built in Bluetooth. I purchased a bluetooth mouse and tried to use it, but I am unable to get the computer to turn on the Bluetooth device. Had Dell support look at it, but the guy passed me off to someone else. So I still do not have this working. Is there an updated driver required to get this Bluetooth working.
My Intel (R) 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller 1C2D and 1C26 not working as well. Both have same problem. They get uninstalled by their own and as an when i install them they are los

I had to system restore my laptop today and now my laptop wont connect to my wireless router. Is there a specific driver i need to install on the dell disc that come with it ? if not what all do i do ? i can only connect through wired connection
I just formatted my laptop and installed windows 8 64 bit. The wifi was coming switched off. On checking from settings I was unable to switch it on. I installed the wifi drive from the resource cd but that too didnt work. Then I installed the wifi driver from [URL] Note: removed per privacy policy~RK>. Still the wifi is not switching on.
On removing the existing wifi driver from the laptop, windows somehow reinstalls in automatically.
My service tag is <Admin Note: removed per privacy policy~RK>

My network card went bad. So I replaced the card with a Dynex Gigabit card and it seemed to work. Used the computer that day but the next day the computer wouldn't power up. So I checked the computer, the cabel, the plug, etc.. I pulled the new network card and the computer powered up just fine but no internet. Well, I thought, must be gremlins and re-installed the network card. Again, the computer wouldn't power up. So I spoke to Dynex technical support and the guy I spoke to suggested that the card might be a bad card. So I got a second Dynex card; replaced that and same thing; computer wouldn't power up. If I fiddle with the card (pull and re-set) the computer starts but the computer won't start again after I turn it off. So I said, matbe it's a "cheap" card and went to another computer store and got a D-Link Gigabit Desktop PCI Adapter, installed (along with new software after having removed the old Dynex software) and; same thing.
SO, I am at my wits end. What is causing my Dell XPS 420 to behave like this. I don't want to resort to Dell because their technical support costs are outrageous.
Am Using Dell N5010 Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit? I installed all my drivers including the bluetooth drivers .after the bluetooth installation it was not successful .Now i cannot add any bluetooth devices to my lap?
I can't turn on the Wifi switch (Fn + F2) and then I realized its possible it doesn't have a driver so I downloaded the Broadcom 570x Gigabit Integrated Controller so far and its still not working. Here is the what is on my device manager.

I have a brand-new Dell Latitude E5420 laptop with Windows 7 (64-bit) on it and it turns out that its wireless is not working. I turned on the physical switch and the little blue antenna lit up for a few seconds and then went off. When I look in the device manager it only shows these:I tried downloading the right drivers from DELL's site (their automated system claims that I need A02 for my WLAN 1530 Half Minicard) - but they wouldn't install, giving me the error log reproduced below[CODE]
I have a dell inspiron 1545 after upgrading it from windows xp to windows 7 ultimate the bluetooth is not working now. the bluetooth even does not appear on the control panel on harware and sound. I checked the driver from device germanaand it is installed I even uninstalled the bluetooth driver and downloaded it from dell website but still not working.
i recently restored my computer (Inspiron B120) and im usto restoring computers but not this one. when i restored it i whiped everything out. I used all the CD's given to me when i bought it but for some reason i can seem to get it to connect to the internet. i know its not my router or the cords because im using the exact cords for my desktop. But every time it try to set up my network it says a LAN/DSL connection connects automatically.
I have Inspiron 1440 Just installed windows 8 Pro after installing Bluetooth is not working only wifi is working.Windows 8 . Drivers are not available in Dell website.
I have Dell Vostro 1550 Laptop.Os- window 7 ,32 bit.Earlier I had window 7,64 bit on my laptop ,when I install 32 bit window on it after a clean format, Everything work perfectly except the bluetooth.I tried several bluetooth drivers but none of them fix my problem.I received an error while installing the bluetooth driver that the" system has been modified can't install the driver".when I tried another driver then it says please activate bluetooth first ,when I did so by pressing the function keys then a message appears on the screen saying "starting bluetooth" after few minutes the msg disappears and nothing happens,it doesn't start the bluetooth.
I have a Dell 1545 Laptop that quit working without a cable connection to the computer. My computer has a model wireless card 1397. I cannot access the Utility Card. I get message indicating that a "internal configuration is inconsistent...and to restart. I have tried most of the suggestions I found on the Internet, but no joy. Restarting makes no change---I still get the same message. Utilizing network interview program, it indicates that the card is 'non-operational.' When I check through control panel...system...device manager I am told that the card is working (no yellow mark is seen). I seem to think that it is likely a software issue, perhaps with some "update" gone crazy.
I'm having a really difficult time getting to find the right drivers for a poweredge 1950. I know it has 2 broadcom on-board NIC's and they work fine in Windows 7 so I feel I should be able to find drives for Vista bus 64. I tried downloading the drivers from the dell site and they turned out to be drives for server 2003 and 2k8, and wouldn't work with Vista.
how to identify the chipset of the onboard NIC's so I can do a better search for the drivers? I tried running Belarc advisor which usually gives pretty detailed info but it didn't even mention the broadcom's.
3 days after warranty internal wirless adapter stopped working. I am now using external Belkin adapter. Have completed complete scan at Dell and results are everything is fine no problems. Am I able to download another driver. I am unable to locate my driver in the download option list. OS is win 7 64 bit.
