Apr 12, 2013I am trying to setup 4 cameras to view with remote live view. I set up my server with IP addresses of 192.168.1.80 .... 85. The screen has only the option for 1 video channel. I have seen on-line screen shots that have options for channel 1 through 8. I want to assign each camera to a different channel so I will be able to use remote live view to show all 4 cameras at the same time. I can only show one at a time. Do I need a different version than 3.3 or some obscure windows 7 setting?

Jun 30, 2011I have 2 NICs in my Windows 7 PC at work.NIC #1 connects to our private network and is also how I connect to the internet. NIC #2 connects to our customer's network and does not allow internet connectivity for me.When I first boot up my Windows 7 machine I get the following info in route print:Despite the fact that I have a persistent route with metric 1 to send my internet traffic to the 172 subnet, the internet requests go to the 10 subnet. I am guessing that is because the non-persistent route to the 10 subnet has a metric of 20 vs. the 21 for the 172 subnet. I delete the route 0.0.0.0 mask 0.0.0.0 10.242.1.254 and I am able to connect to the internet again.HOWEVER, after something like 4-6 hours, (without rebooting) the bad route automatically reappears in my route table! I become aware of it because I suddenly have connectivity problems. There are no entries in the Windows Logs that seem to be related (i.e., no DHCP renewal requests.) so I do not know how or why it reappears.

Jul 15, 2012I have just updated a VLAN interface on my router. I have two 6500's with GLBP configured. The particular interface had a primary and secondary IP address. I shutdown the interface on one router and deleted the secondary address then assigned the orignal secondary address to be the be the only address associated with the interface and enabled the interface and it came right back up...all looks good. I proceeded to do the same thing to the other router and once again all looked good. Now, I am able to PING the devices in the subnet from router, but am unable to ping them from any place else.
