I tried everything to try and figure out how to somehow install those drivers, been to hp website, installed an updates BIOS all this and nothing...I installed the HP wireless assistant, and now the enable, disable touch for my laptop works, but it never enables, the touch works now, but i dont have an option inside the wireless assistant to enable it, only says disable and it isnt clickable
I found anod secruity network filter driver for D-Link router to install on my pc , I don't use d-link router so it shouldn't be there, and also someone around my area is using my wireless internet connection, this how they must of got in. Now should this be deleted .
I've got a Philips MT1800, Intel Core 2 Duo package. My network adapters are recognised (1394 Net Adapter, Intel Pro/1000 PM Network Connection), but in unknown Devices the 'Network Controller' drivers are not found (there was a Ralink RT2500 slot before, I'm assuming this is the missing driver??). EVEREST Home Edition recognises a Ralink RT2500 802.11g Wireless Network Adapter (PCI), and my PC finds new hardware on reboot, but it cannot find drivers at all. I've tried a few methods, such as Driver Detective etc. but don't have the original restore CD any more, so don't want to tamper with any other "out of date" drivers. I am not in a situation where I can order a restore CD, so I'm hesitant to System Restore in case something else becomes unresolvable.
I reformatted my PC in order to remove a corrupt AVP. I reinstalled the OS without a problem, but after I could not connect to the internet because it said I was missing my network drivers.where I can get these drivers? I have Win 7 64bit. I'm not sure what other information you'd need so just ask. Here is the previous thread where I dealed with the AV problem.
I had a Windows 7 automatic update last night. Went through the process and when it was done, everything was working fine. I did a proper shut down and went to bed. Woke up this morning, turned on my laptop and now I have NO network drivers. Tried a system restore prior to the "critical updates" and that didn't work either. So what the.
so I went into device manager and deleted the 2 network adapters, rebooted and let Windows reinstall. Windows created a new Local Area Connection (LAC4, 2 and 3 are gone). It reads limited or no connectivity and is using Linksys LNE 100TX Fast Ethernet Adapter, just like the previous LAC2. The previous LAC3, which used the WAN Network Driver never got reinstalled. I don't get it.Since a Linksys adapter on a wired connection seemed bizarre I tried to find what the correct network driver should beI Googled "Compaq Presario 5400US" "ethernet driver" OR "network driver" and was taken to an HP drivers page, which This page has nothing listed for chipset or network adapters
I changed my operating system from vista to vista ultimate because the OS could not start. Now everything is working fine but I can not use my wireless connection. I recieve a code 10 error message stating that my network adapter can be found but the driver can not be installed.
My hard-drive crashed, and I bought it refurbished, so I never got a Windows disc. I got a hard-drive from a friend, and I am trying to use it with my laptop, but it is missing the Ethernet Controller, Network Controller, and the PCI Controller drivers. I have searched all around, and I can not talk to Acer, for my warranty is past. They just want to repair it.
I got a Acer Laptop from my buddy that had windows 7 and when he had it his harddrive had crashed so he put in a older harddrive in it and installed windows Vista. Doing that caused the ethernet and network adapter to not work at all (says it need drivers) and I can't access the internet at all on it. I don't know if I can grab the drivers somewhere else or if I have to just count my losses.
I accidental deleted or restored my computer to an earlier point, but I think along the way the Network Internet access Ethernet Controller Driver, Network Controller Driver, Video Controller Driver was un-installed. When I tryed to troubleshoot he Network Internet Conection my computer didnt have a solution. Windows kept suggesting to get help online, but with no way toconnect to the internet because I have issues on hat part I cant fix it.I am usig a diierent computer to install the network drivers needed for my computer to work on a network connection by using a USB to download and then transfer updated drivers fr my network. What other options may you suggest to me to transfer and update my other laptop?
I have Dell Inspiron 5160 which recently had a HDD crashed. I installed a new HDD and installed OS Windows XP Home edition - I installed video drivers and chipset - Now I had no idea which drivers to installed so I installed the default listed Network drivers in the CD provided to me BUT I dont know somehow they are not visible -- ALL the network and other devices in the Device Manager have yellow Question mark along with ! and are saying Device drivers for this drivers not found - I have installed all sort of drivers from support.dell.com but still does not work.
I have an inspiron N 5010 laptop. It didn't have any software with it, just a DOS operating system. So I downloaded all its drivers here on website. Some of its Network drivers did not work properly though.
Now I purchased a wireless modem and everybody can find its network on their utilities, but me!
So I guess it's a software problem. How I can download a proper working software for my laptop, because I checked my system information and there is no adapter in its network part.
I have the Inspiron N4010 and I recently had my LCD screen replaced everything seems to be working awesome...except all my drivers seem to not be working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for the device. I know I could just re-download the drivers except my internet network won't connect to wifi or router so I can not get on the internet to download the drivers!
Im having this problem at work where im trying to map my folders within our server, i used to be able to do so but as if out of nowhere i couldn't do so anymore, our network support said everything is fine with our server and the problem is probably something with my laptop.
Im using a laptop with windows 7 Home Premium 64bits
My network adapters are:
Intel Centrino Ultimate - N6300 AGN
Intel 82577LC Gigabit Network Connection
Im able to ping my server just fine, left only one of these microsoft 6to4 adapters, tried turning off my AVG and Firewall, sharing devices and printers is enabled, Netbios is enabled.
Oh, and my antivirus is AVG free.

I cannot install the drivers for my TrendNet TEW-423PI network interface card. I am running Windows 7 64-bit with an Intel i7 2700k and an Asus motherboard. I have tried installing with the card already in the computer - no luck. Card out of the computer install and then shut off and put in - no luck. The instructions that come with the card say that after you install the program that instantly runs from the CD provided you should shut off the computer and install the card and when you turn the computer back on the drivers will install automatically. It has failed to do so and although I pulled all possible drivers from TrendNet's site it still stubbornly refuses to even recognize that there are drivers for it to install.
