View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a pretty confusing setup. That consists of my main modem router on the living room, then I have that connected to a powerline that is connected to another room, the powerline from there connects to another router that is turned in to an access point, that connects to mutliple computers, a mac and a pc with ethernet. My mac and my iPhone are also connected with Wi-Fi. My main router and my access point are Wireless. So my problem is that, when I open my Mac, my internet will work just fine. But then if i open my pc while my Mac is on, the internet connection is shut down on my mac and works only on my pc, the wireless also shuts down the internet connectivity, it still broadcasts but without internet

View 1 Replies View Relatedwe are on a p2p network with 4) windows xp, and 2) windows 7x64. I have a problem with one pc opening files in a shared folder. Only one pc will open the files in the folder as read only and the others will open with full control. I have checked if someone has the files open and no one did. I have checked the share attributes and they are set to full control to all users. The files are in word and xl and did not try anything other type of files. Is there a setting that makes the files read only for one user? This system is the owner and boss (win xp) and need a fix fast.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI recently installed an RV042 v1.1 vpn router (older hardware revision but using the latest available firmware 1.3.12.19-tm) and set up VPN access with the QuickVPN client. QuickVPN requires that the HTTPS setting be enabled under the Firewall options, so I did. I then scanned our static IP with grc.com's ShieldsUP! to check for open or non-stealthed ports and discovered that ports 80 and 443 show as wide open, while port 113 is closed but not stealthed. If I disable the HTTPS setting under Firewall, then ports 80 and 443 become stealthed. Is there any way to use QuickVPN and keep these ports stealthed?

Since i added another Member to the Stack, i'm facing the following problem: When i login with my tacacs user account, i will not be asked for the password. The same thing is for the tacacs account of my colleague, after entering the username he is logged in. It seems for me, that the passwords are cached only for this Switch.
I am having a problem with AD password changes and wireless profiles in AnyConnect. Once a user changes their password from their PC and then tries to connect to our WPA2 802.1x wireless it fails to authenticate and I cannot find a way to update the password that works. So we currently delete the wireless profile and create a new one. Is there a way that NAM could pull user/password from login or any other fix. We are also using ACS 4.1. AnyConnect version 3 to 3.0.5080.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI'm very new to WCS and the bloke that configured the bludger has left the company. I'm trying to get into it but I don't have the correct username/password combination.
My query is: How does one do a password reset on a WCS server? Or failing that, is there a way I can ascertain the current unknown password?
I have access to the actual server itself, but not the WCS application. Searching around Cisco.com shows that apparently there is a utility that can be used to reset usernames and passwords however I can't seem to find it. The WCS version is: 4.2.62.11
