I have a new iPad and a new WAG160N. I've wasted many hours trying to get them to recognize each other, with no success.I can connect to the Internet OK but I can't get a connection to the Pad, as it won't accept my password. I can't find a solution here that I can follow for this model.Why won't my password (no unusual symbols, just 10 letters and numbers) be accepted?

We're in the process of implementing an ISE 1.1 server for Guest Wireless Access / BYOD at our company and ran into an issue with authenticating from iPhones / iPads when the account is set with 'change password on next logon' (it's a local account created on the ISE server - not AD). It fails and displays 'unable to join network' on the iPhone. The ISE log shows a '5411: No response received in 120 seconds'. We're able to authenticate from Windows devices and are prompted to change the password during the authentication process. If we unchecked the 'change password' box we can authenticate from iPhones & iPads without any issue but we need to have a way for users to set their own password.

Ipad 2 Doesn't Reconnect To Wifi

iPad connects fine to WiFi leave it idle for 20mins and then when you wake it up, it doesnt reconnect. It is not just this 1 pad, i have about 20 users in the office with same problems.So far i have tried the following:

1. Update router firmware
2. Network initially had split up so each floor router was a DHCP server now only 1 DHCP server.
3. Test with different security WPA/WPA2 and No security.
4. Connect to different wireless router.
5. Try Apple's Airport but doesnt work in corporate enviornment(couldnt even get it working at home)
6. Try adjusting screen brightness (not in a million years is this a fix!!).
7. Static Addressing not an option as too many devices and it is not a fix.

I thought that you just turned on the IPad2 and it would automatically connect to my Dell Studio 5010 DW1501 WiFi Half Card to my new IPad2. No way, I have spent the best of 5 days trying everything including re-installing Windows 7 Pro including the latest DW1501 drivers, but to no avail. I just can not connect. I hear that there is a patch to make Windows 7 compatable with IPad?

I clicked on setup and a window opened with the message "Unsupported operating system".At this point I don't plan to use the Wi-Fi for the computer, but I do need to connect the ethernet cable to the router, then to my computer.I will be using Wi-Fi for my iPad. I use a Linksys WRT54GR router. I recently bought an iPad, and I generally use it in a room that is on the other side of the house and through many walls. When it works, it works nice. But recently, my signal has been weak, and is often dropped. Pages load slowly, or not at all after getting a could not connect to server or whatever message. However, this isnt a huge problem for my laptops when used in this room. I dont believe it is the iPad that is faulty because my iTouch also experiences difficulty sometimes. I need a way to increase the signal strength for a longer distance. I looked at a repeater, but im not quite sure what it is and how to set one up, or where to buy one.
