I use ACS appliance 1120 for cisco devices administration. The identity store is external. I use Active directory. Actually, Authentication, authorization and accounting work well but users can not change theirs Active directory password when they have expired. Do you now how to configure ACS to permit password changing?

I even tried creating a new user and changing a password from an existing user using Apache TOMCAT WAR,I have checked CLOCK of ACS appliance and setted up NTP on our internal NTP servers

Is there a way to configure a webpage where end users would go to change their passwords? I would not like to use the network devices themselves with the "change password at next logon" option.
I believe ACS 4.2 has such solution. Does 5.2 have it too?
I am migrating from ACS 4.2 to 5.2. In 4.2 you could assign one user to auth via Internal Database and another user to auth via Radius Token Server. I cannot find how to do this with 5.2. There is a note in the doc that states 'Identity-related attributes are not available as conditions in a service selection policy'. Does this mean that you can only choose one auth method for all users? If it is possible to have multiple methods, how am I able to accomplish this?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI need to change the timezone of two ISE 1.1.2 servers. One primary and one secondary. Both are set to "EST" timezone and i would like to change them to AMERICA/Montreal because they are now one hour late since day light saving change.
According to the release notes, it is not recommended to change the timezone on ISE after the installation. I'm thinking of doing a backup of the ISE application (in the maintenance GUI or CLI) and then changing the timezone on both servers. After the change the ISE servers will gain one hour. So after i will do a restore of the backup i did just before the timezone change. The timestamp of the backups will be older then the current time of the servers.
Will this work? Is it the best way to change the timezone?
There are a lot articles on the web about changing a wireless connection's password or security key. Pretty simple. But my computer does not remember the change and when trying to reconnect it still has old password and fails.

So I go into maintence, and there's an option to change the password.
it lists:
old password
newpassword
confirm
So I leave the old password blank and type in my new password in the following 2 spaces. I click apply and a window pops up asking me to enter username and password. I just enter admin and leave the password blank. I hit ok, and everything seems to update ok. So i log out, and try to log back in.

I have a CANYON Wireless N Router CNP-WF514N1A. It was working properly, but I changed its deafult password to my own . (192.168.0.1 -> wireless security -> new pass -> okay -> reboot computer ). After I restarted the computer, the router stopped working. The lights on it are fine, and if I plug the net cable into the computer I have internet too. The problem is, if I plug the cable into the router, I don't have internet. And I can't open 192.168.0.1 either.
