Cisco Switching/Routing :: 2911 / Can't Ping Windows Servers In Different VLANs Through SG 200-50

last week I installed a new router (2911) in my network.We had to create two different VLANs for the new setup to work as wanted.I have a Windows 2008 R2 which is a Domain Controller for Active Directory on the ip address 192.168.0.195.That server (HP DL180 G6) has two NICs. One has the above IP address and the other one has 192.168.0.199.
On the other VLAN, I have a server, running the same OS, that I want to re-join, as it formerly was, the AD on the first server (192.168.0.195). This server has the new IP address 192.168.10.194.All these are connected to a Cisco switch SG 200-50 Gigabit Smart Switch. That one is connected to a Cisco 2911 router.
The problem is that, once the old 192.168.0.194 got to be 192.168.10.194, the 192.168.0.195 can't ping it anymore... At least not all the time... Sometime it works, sometimes not... Neither can't the 10.194 ping the 0.195 all the time. When one way works the other one doesn't... When one pings the other one successfully, the other one can't...

We need to give differentiated internet access to three VLANs. Each one of this VLANs is used for totally different purposes, so traffic between the VLANs is not allowed. Each VLAN has its own internet access provided for the data center using one fast ethernet connection.
We're thinking about using cisco 2911 for Internet access, VPN and firewall. I suppose that best option for VLANs is using Catalyst 2960S or a swithing module for the 2911, but these two options are too expensive for us. We're thinking about using swtiches from the SB series (maybe a SG-200).
We're totaly newbies to VLANs so we have many doubts. This are our questions:
1) The 2911 has three on board ethernet interfaces; we have three VLANs and three internet connections, so we need to use HWICs to get three more ethernet ports. That's right?
2) We need three HWICs or there is some kind of HWIC with more that one ethernet interface?
3) The routing solution is to assign static routes in the 2911 for each interface connected to a VLAN through a 2911's interface connected to internet?
4) Simply connecting three different router interfaces with three different switch ports, each one of them assigned to one of the three different VLAN, are we going to get internet access for all devices in those VLANs? or do we need to configure something else like trunking, VSIs...?
5) Can we achieve our goals using the SG-200 switch?
6) We have the chance to use older routers, is this possible? We're specially interested in knowing if a 1841 or a 2801 router could be used for this setup.
7) This is not a production environment so we can use refurbished equipment.

Need to Have both ISP to access internet/servers configure a Cisco 2911 router, It has two ISP one as primary 216.140.140.0, and secondary for backup as 216.150.150.0. I need to be able to access both the ISP's using the same interface Gi0/1. Since we have servers that have to have specific IP both when accessed and when accessing the internet so I used static Nat for the servers and Dynamic for all others. I did the following configuration but it does not work as i want it, if i unplug the Primary ISP from the unmanaged switch the secondary cant access the Internet or network.The secondary only works when the primary and secondary are both connected and have an equal cost Administrative distance, hence it is not available when the primary is down . Even though I can use a sub-interface instead of a secondary Ip address (which worked when I used it) I need to use the same interface using a unmanaged switch to which the outside interface of the router is connected and the two ISP's. Below is my configuration.

I have a network with the following structure
internet ---- cisco2911 ----cisco3750 --- internal lan
I have two email servers on different vlan
192.168.0.1 ----- 1.1.1.2 (public ip)
10.1.1.65 ---- 1.1.1.3 (public ip)
Before these servers were directly connected to the internet with two nics (Nightmare, I know). The Public IP on internet facing NIC and private ip on LAN facing nic. I'm in the process of changing this.I'm able to access internet from my vlans and also able to send emails but cannot receive emails on these servers.

I cannot ping and end node on my system from my Cisco 2911. I've tried to configure my computer to ping the device and I am able to. It seems the difference between using my computer and the 2911 is that with my computer I am able to set the default gateway as the end node's ip.

I can't seem to find any info on how to configure 2 DHCP server pools on a C3750, to use with 2 user vlans. The purpose is that users in vlan 1 should get an IP address from DHCP server1, and users in vlan 2 should get an IP address from DHCP server2. Both DHCP servers are configured in a stack of C3750 switches, which acts a a L2 switch.

I have configured HSRP with InterVlan routing. All communication is flowing properly between the vlan's on Router A but when I test failover to Router B I cant ping ANYWHERE. I cannot ping any of the VLANS.
Also, From the primary router I cannot ping any of the interfaces on the secondary router.
I have 2 Cisco 1921 Routers configured for HSRP. Both the G0/1 ports plug into a Cisco 2960S 48 port POE switch (STACKED) (port 1 and port 2 which are trunked and allowing all vlans to pass through. And both of the G0/0 ports are plugged into a Cisco ASA5510.
I have attached a diagram of the setup and the interface configs of the routers.

I have problem with IPV6 connectivity, i have two Cisco 3550 switch and they are connected over a trunk link. The ios is c3550- ipservicesk9-mz. 122- 44.SE6 , I have configured vlans on both switches and i numbered one vlan to vlan 91 ,they can ping each other when i configure ipv4 on both vlans so trunk link is functional, but when i m using IPV6 they can't ping each other!! they can only ping their own ip address not each other. I am at a client that I upgrade from running a single 4507 to two Nexus 5548UP switches with two Nexus 2224 fex's connected. The other access layer switches are 2960S switches. I implemented hsrp on the nexus 5k's for redudancy. The issue they are having is that some networks cannot communicate with each other. All user vlans can communicate with the server vlan, but it is not running hsrp on the vlan interface (there is a reason for that, but it not relavent for this issue). The phone vlan, which is running hsrp, can communicate with all networks.
When I am connected to either 5k, they can communicate with all devices on all networks. However, I am on vlan 10, which is a user vlan. I can communicate fine with the server vlan (vlan 101 - not running hsrp) and the phone vlan (vlan 60 - running hsrp). I cannot communicate with vlan 30 or 40, which are both running hsrp. This makes absolutely no sense at all to me. I checked out trunk ports to be sure that vlans are allowed across the networks as well. There are no firewalls between the vlans or ACL's.

we have the following setup for our network :
UserNetwork - ASA5550 - WAN Router 2911 - ISP Netowrk - Branch Routers 877s / 1941s
Since last week we started noticing this problem that the branch users started to complain of slow application response.. After verifying it with the ISP and middle network we noticed that if i ping from my machine (ie usernetwork) to the WAN Router interface (facing the ASA) , i get time outs.. which is strange cause this is directly connected to it via ethernet cable.

I have a new 3560G to set up a small network for a remote site. I configured the vlan and an SVI as the gateway. The switch is also the DHCP server for the LAN. I configured Gi0/2 as L3 port, connecting to the nearest neighbor. My network runs EIGRP so i advertised the routes into the EIGRP process. The switch forms EIGRP neighbors and learns all routes in the enterprise network. The problems I'm having now are: 1. The switch learns all routes in my enterprise LAN and can ping devices in the enterprise LAN, but I can’t ping any interface on the switch from the enterprise LAN. 2.

I set this up and I can ping all the gateways but never the hosts. I was hoping I could make these links between 6500's a mix of L2 and L3. Check it out. They are connected in a linear fashion R1--->R2--->R3. I can ping from R1 to R3's SVI4 gateway but I can never ping a host on that SVI4. I was hoping that I could use the port-channels between 6500's as routed links or as trunk links depending on the type of traffic....thought it would ease the migration. I suppose I could always get rid of the port-channels and just make separate L2 and L3 links between the 6500's.

I am using Cisco 2911 & IOS version is 15.1. My problem is that after some days (e.g. 15-20 days), the routing table suddenly stops updating & then I have to enter the default route again to make it up. I am using Track 1 to track default route here. After primary link goes down, the Track is also going down but after coming the primary link up, the track is not coming up. So, I have to add the default route again to make it up.

upgrading our small office network. We currently have about 75 employees with probably 125 devices on the network. I'd like to create about 10 vlans for the different departments and then configure intervlan routing as needed. Currently we have all unmanaged switches and it's just a huge broadcast storm on the network. We are upgrading our Cisco 800 router to an ASA5505 sec. Plus license. I need some recommendations on switches. Of course, this needs to be done as cheap as possible.... Is there a way to use the ASA to configure all the vlans and intervlan routing and access lists and use a cheaper switch to provide the access layer to hosts?

I have the following config using a Cisco 1921. I am trying to get devices on the the native VLAN to get internet access via the gateway x.x.x.73.Any thing being routed from the other Vlans 15/20/30 can get access, but nothing from an internal IP address. Is there something I am missing.
The Xs replace the same 3 octets for each interface.I am trying to route from VLANs 15/20/30 to see VLAN 5. I have tried a few things, in terms of adding extra ip routes, but can't get anything to work. Each of those Vlans have another router on the other side of them, which I have also tried adding ip routes too, but nothing. One of the routers (Vlan15 is a Draytek 2830). [code]

I have purchased these two switches from ebay as a test lab, I plan to connect them up via a gigastack modulecable and enable ip routing on the c3550 and vlans to talk to each other.

I am setting up a vm environment for a customer in my lab off site. I have two stacked 3750-x switches, a san, and threes UCS c220 M3S servers for hosts. I am trying to separate the lan traffic, san iscsi traffic, and san management traffic using vlans. The problem is i'm unable to communicate cross vlan with my current config, which I have attached to this post. The only noteworthy things in my conifg is that the ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.83.6 is referring to a switch stack they have on site, that I will connect this stack to using the first two trunk ports on each switch, that I do not have here in the lab. I don't want to cause any confusion in why I have things set a certain way.

we are in the planning phase for a network upgrade. We have two C2960 Switches connected via one (L2) Etherchannel (4x1 Gbit/s) which works very well. In the next phase we would like to upgrade our router to an 2911 series which has 3 gb interfaces. and indeed we would like to create an etherchannel as well. our plan is to use 2 of the 2911 to connect to the first 2960 switch and the one left to the other 2960. i think we will achieve some redundancy with this config.

I have 2 2911 routers that will be connected via fiber with an ethernet Gig handoff to each router. Each router will then be connected to local networks on a second ethernet interface on the router. I have always connected routers via serial connections so this is new to me. Outside of the usual ethernet interface addressing configuration, is there anything else that would need to be configured on the 2 routers?

I have a a firewall policy on a Cisco 2911 - the zone policy from OutZone>InZone basically drops everything apart from inspected traffic on the opposite direction and a few essential traffic generated externally (such as Outlook web access and E-mail exchanging). However, I seem to be getting a lot of firewall drops coming from the immediate gateway of the ADSL WAN address to the internal IP range on port 3. I get about 10 hits every 5 seconds.
