Cisco Wireless :: 5760 AP Unsuccessful Join Attempt

I know these IOS controllers are new.  I ran in to an ap join issue so I figured I'd post the fix
 
Reason for last unsuccessful join attempt               : Failed to add database entry   on IOS

check the AP licenses.
 
WLC-5760#sh license right-to-use  Slot
 
#  License name   Type     Count   Period left
----------------------------------------------------------
1      apcount      adder         50    Lifetime
 
If you don't have a licenses you'll need to add them
