Connect To The Internet Using Nokia 5530 XpressMusic Cellphone Connection?

I just bought Dell laptop and I'm trying to setup internet connection through my cellphone. My cellphone is Nokia 5530 XpressMusic. I followed someone's recommendation to get Nokia Ovi Suite: I downloaded it, added my device, successfully browsed files on the phone, browsed the internet, but after I reboot computer Nokia Ovi Suit says to connect my device, and browsing files/internet doesn't work anymore. Am I doing something wrong, or maybe there's some easier way to connect?

I already mention on another topic that I have problems with my Nokia 500 wireless connection with the router. From time to time (in some cases after few seconds since the connection was made) it's loosing the connectivity with the router. Normally it's loosing the connectivity when the connection it's not used by any phone application.Is this normal? I want to mention that the power saving function of the phone it's disabled so the problem can be from the router.I already tried TPIK only but no success.
The router has the following setings:
- Enable Auto Channel Selection - checked
-Transmission Rate : automatic
- WMM Enable: checked for QoS
- Cipher Type : auto
- PSK / EAP : PSK
Advanced wireless:
- Beacon interval : 100
- RTS Threshold : 2346
- Fragmentation : 2346
- DTIM interval : 1
- Preamble Type : Short
- CTS Mode : Auto
- Wireless Mode : n/g/b
- Band Width : Auto

Any experience in using Nokia IPSO with ACS5.x and non-locol accounts ( on the Nokia )
I`ve created a shell profile with the following config :
Attrib: service Value: nokia-ipso
Attrib: Nokia-IPSO-User-Role Value: "role_name_on_IPSO"
Attrib: Nokia-IPSO-SuperUser-Access Value: 1
The user is passing authentication but is denied access on IPSO as "user not configured for Voyager". I`m not 100% the config above is accurate as any previous instructions were based on 4.x & Interface config.

I just got a new Latitude E4200 with a Dell Wireless 5530 3G/UMTS/WWAN card. I installed Win7 and now I cannot locate a 3G/WWAN software (the drivers are working fine, but I just cannot find the software that allows me to connect with the Vodafone 3G/WWAN network). I am using the "Dell Mobile Broadband Card Utility" software on my D830 (5520 card; also on Win7), but I cannot find that software or its successor for the 5530 card.

I am using Tenda WiFi Router Model no W316R. I am using N5110 15R. I am trying to connect my Nokia E71 via Bluetooth, they both get paired but when drivers ty to install in my p.c only imaging and Bluetooth modem driver install successfully but other 4 or 5 drivers not found every time. it says peripheral driver not found even through windows update center also.
I have tried to connect my Nokia with Dell N5010 15R and it install all drivers successfully.

Yesterday I uninstalled spyware doctor because it wasn't allowing me to play some games I had bought, as soon as I did this my internet was broken, I have been unable to load any websites, it shows that i have internet connection but it doesn't allow me to connect.I then replaced spyware doctor with Microsoft security essentials and it still won't connect to the internet, however my games work now.

I am using a broadband connection on a PC running Windows 7. The plan which my ISP is providing me comes with a speed of 4Mbps upto first 20 GB and then 512Kbps after that, every month. My problem is that I am getting only 65-70 Kbps download speed. (tested over various sites and torrents). My router (Nokia Siemens) settings show that my Downstream speed has been assigned as 7999 Kbps but still I am not getting the speed anywhere near that and I have not consumed the 20GB limit as yet.

My phone is a Nokia-N900, and I find the most useful way to interact with it from my PC is by ssh. Luckily it is possible to switch out the usb-networking module in the devices kernel to make it appear to windows as a generic RNDIS gadget. Plugging it into a windows PC I can now ssh into it, I can open an sftp session, everything works perfectly...
Except I can't access the web. I can't view other network resources. I look in the network connections section in the control panel and see my two connections, but I don't see any way to set which one to use for what. Seeing as I only use usb0 for ssh and eth0 for everything else, it seems I need a way to set it up so that usb0 only gets port 22 or something similar.
Is there any way to achieve this, or another method by which I could leave my phone connected to my Pc while using it for other network tasks?

If I take out LAN cable or disable LAN, I get the internet connection. I want to keep both LAN connection and bluetooth PAN internet connection.I must keep LAN IP address without changing.
