Dell :: Killer Wireless N1202 Bluetooth Not Working?

It’s just that I had it with Bluetooth in it in my Alienware Mx14-R2 and for some reasons now the Bluetooth doesn’t seem to work.Not I can find the driver in the device manager also., Before I use to use it but now it’s creating problem and it’s just the Bluetooth that doesn’t seem to work.

I did notify Alienware team about it and they did the online conference GO Assist and they did re-install the whole software but there seems to be problem still.I thought it’s better to ask the experts who made the device. I was also told if it doesn’t work that I could just do the factory settings that came with the alienware.
