Is there a way to set up Quick VPN on the RV120W without changing the internal subnet? I have just taken over responsibility for a network and I don't know all of the nooks and crannies yet, so I'd rather not change the internal sub net. I've tried setting up a user then changing the LAN settings afterward, but it automatically removed the VPN user when I did so.

I've just purchased a couple of SRP527W routers. I've been unable to even browse to the default 192.168.15.1 to start my configuration. My local network is 192.168.1.x. At risk of showing my stupidity, what am I doing wrong.

I'm looking to setup my own VPN mostly for fun but also mostly to mask my IP address and possibly try and stop Comcast from completely shutting down my internet when I torrent or download anything.Using a CustomFirmware would also be fun so having that ability is a plus as well.

We are trying to setup a Cisco SSL VPN. When outside of the network and after logging in the web page, you have the option to Remote Control your PC at the office. When clicking that, it takes you to the login screen with MACHINEuser... Is there any way to make DOMAINuser default or even just automatically login since you've just logged in the VPN anyway?

Signed up for AT&T's Uverse package. Hooked the DSL modem up as instructions manual showed, but the DSL light shows red. Internet and activity lights are blank. Power and ethernet lights show green. I have two phone ports. One is orange colored and shows a "D2" figure next to it. The other one is plain. Tried plugging/unplugging from both. No luck. Called AT&T, I have a technician coming over tomorrow between 4-9pm. Will I be charged? Customer service rep said I probably won't be.Also, my e-mail doesn't show the $24.95 promotional price for 6mbps. It shows that there's a recurring charge for $40.

I own a D-Link DIR-825, hardware revision B1, which I last night flashed to DD-WRT, DD-WRT v24-sp2 (08/07/10) std, (SVN revision 14896), as per the WIKI page for my router on DD-WRT site.
I followed various tutorials to configure the settings in DD-WRT and my Internet on ISP IP address is flawless. However, I am having trouble getting the VPN settings into router pages. I want my entire WLAN/LAN to be able to use VPN direct via the router.
see my applicable screenshots from DD-WRT. I have deleted my password on the second screenshot to protect my account. As you can see on the last screen, I am not getting any message under the "state" and "log" windows as should be received if the VPN connected successfully.
NOTE: I have posted this on DD-WRT, HideMyA**, and D-Link forums to maximize my exposure and try to get a solution quickly. My intent is NOT to "spam".

We currently have a company network set up with a PC acting as a shared resource containing shared folders for everyone to access (approx 30 users)The network is comprised of a business internet connection to a 5 port router which is then connected to a 5 port switch connecting to 4 computers and another switch which is connected to another 4 computers and again to another switch - this continues for approx 30 - 35 computers. We have 2 shipping databases connected to the first switch (2 of the for first computers mentioned) and about 15 of the 30 clients need to access these. Because there is this many people on the network we are running really slow and losing access to the databases/shared files on the network. We do not have the expertise or time/money to set up a true server/client network. We are moving to a bigger building and potentially hiring 10-20 more people. We are thinking about having a small (5port router) and branching it off to 2 24 port gigabit switches and the business folder and having one switch contain the 2 databases and all the users who need to access it and the other switch containing all the other users.

I am having a problem configuring NAT for a Linux device on our network. I am far from a Cisco expert but I have configured this many times in the past for Windows machines quite easily. I do this using the Cisco ASDM 5.2 for PIC GUI. All I needed to do for the Windows machines was:-setup the static NAT rule(inside ip translated to outside ip)-create a security policy(outside, incoming rule) to allow traffic to the outside ipand hey presto it works, ie: i can ping the outside ip and access the device remotely if I have allowed correct ports.I am not sure if this is the correct method but it was how i was shown and has worked many times in the past. But with this Linux device its no dice. The Linux device isnt a desktop but a mediator for industrial air conditioning controls. It runs a web server which we can view temperatures etc... through a browser. This works inside our network by browsing to the inside ip but I am trying to set it up to work outside of our network.

I am trying to setup a home network where I have multiple low bandwidth or rather lower bandwidth links coming in. They are suppose to be broadband but I do feel the need for a fatter pipe. Since this is in India and we have limited availability of bandwidth options like here in the US I thought if I could double or even get close to doubling my bandwidth using some sort of device for link aggregation or a network / pc setup which can achieve thisThe links I am getting are above 1mbps, possibly even 2mpbs and its relatively cheap, 100$/yr so I can add 3-4 to get desired results. A dedicated 10mbps connection costs nearly 12000$/yr so I have a lot of margin to create a substantial pipe without the cost if what I am thinking is possible.

Cannot setup NAT on edimax router
[URL]
It works well - I can connect from TESTPC and LAPTOP (bottom left corner) to SERVERS A/B/C (bottom right corner) without any problem. Everything seems to be routed perfectly, however from SERVERS A/B/C I cannot ping TESTPC and LAPTOP, and I can't even establish an RDP connection.
I was told to setup static routes or NAT, but I am at a loss on how to do it. I am using an EDIMAX BR-6424NL wireless router

I have 2 sites connected via site to site vpn. Site 1 is the main site with a set dhcp scope. The second site (with its own scope, different to site 1). They are currently 2 domains with a trust. I want to make it just one domain. I want all users at site 2 to logon to the domain through a local server rather than over the vpn. Can I set upthe local server at site 2 with its own DCHP scope, so it can allocate it locally? If so, does it need to be part of the whole domain scope?
