Cisco :: 1140AG Client Not Able To Connect Even After Ssid

I have Issues with Wifi radius Autentication.we uses cisco 1140AG access point, which is used in Standalone mode issue we face is,only Several Laptops not able to connect to wifi , But in all laptops SSID "wether" is broadcasting. signal strength is full. But it was not able to connect,If AP settings are wrong then all clients should not connect, since few clients connected it ruled out AP config errors,We uses ( WPA - Enterprise + tkip ) settings , clients mostly windows 7.Windows 7 settings also cannot be wrong, since it is globally pushed via GPO for same Wifi settings.i totally cant understand this scenario.when i checked the radius logs, i am not able to see any logs for the client since it is not associating, SSID is fully broadcasting in Laptop with full coverage. but just not connecting..

I have a client with a WLC 2504 that wants to route "guest" users through a gateway appliance "radiusgateway.com" and all others through the network. It appears to me this would require the use of two fa ports on the WLC. One directly connected to the radiusgateway (which is connected to a switchport) and the other fa interface connected directly to a switchport bypassing the proxy server.
My issue is, "how do you segment the ssid traffic via the WLC". The interfaces cia the gui aren't that intelligent, there's an enable and logging drop down. Via the command line, I didn't see any methods of routing traffic.

i've been looking for a way to isolate clients on a Cisco Aironet 1121 on a certain SSID, and i cant find anything, tried pretty much everything i coudl remember, but since im no expert on Cisco wireless.

2. Web-Auth
Inside Wireless, I configured this AP Mode as "Local", but all of the client device such as iPhone, Laptop can't find these SSID.

i have a question about tunneling a software EasyVPN client to a client ASA Network. It looks like this:
EasyVPN Server 192.168.202.0/24 Network extension mode to Client EasyVPN ASA 192.168.1.0/24 This works fine in both directions. But now i want to connect the client ASA network via EasyVPN software client from outside. The user are already able to connect to the ASA Server on its static outside IP obtaining an IP from a 192.168.21.0/24 pool. This works fine. But how am i able to connect to the 192.168.1.0/24 network from this client?

I'm trying to setup 2 VLAN's 1 for Native Traffic on my Corp network and another VLAN for Guest Wireless traffic. I have attached the Config from my Cisco AP1231 and my Cisco 3750. I have the AP plugged into port 24 on my switch. I seem to have the VLAN's working fine. I can get the AP1231 to broadcast both SSID's and the very first time i can connect everything seems to work fine. after i power down my switch and AP i cannot connect to either SSID. I get the message Not Connected.

I have a Cisco 5500 Series Wireless LAN Controller Model No. AIR-CT5508-K9
I have HREAP groups in Boulder, CO, Boston, MA, and Amsterdam, NL.
The LWAPPS act perfectly in the states (all AIR-LAP1142N-A-K9). The unit AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9 in Amsterdam will not allow any clients to attach unless the SSID broadcasting. I don't want to broadcast SSID. I have used iPhones and Intel 5100 series wlan cards. I don't get it. I have been working with Cisco for weeks. We have even replaced the LWAPP.
I am getting this from the ASA in Amsterdam:

I don't understand because the mtu on the outside interface is 1500 I guess "effective" is the key word which I missing here.

N900, WNDR4500, works fine as long as broadcasting SSID on 2.4, but if broadcasting SSID is turned off neither of wireless computers (windows 7 & 8) will reconnect.

I have my all my computers, printers setup with a wireless network with dsl modem connected to linksys wireless router. I just signed up with comcast with another wireless router. I do not want to reconfigure all the laptops and printers with the new comcast wireless SSID. Is there a way I can connect the linksys router with existing SSID with the comcast router and using the internet speed of comcast. (note. will disconnect service with dsl)

I have a WAP4410n which has been configured with a single SSID since implementation several weeks ago with no issues. I am now trying to add a second SSID and not having any success. Originally the second SSID was not being assigned a MAC address and thus not being broadcasted. After upgrading firmware to 2.0.4.2 I now see a MAC address associated with second SSID and it is being seen by clients, but they still cannot connect. I reset the AP to default settings and reconfigured from scratch but still no luck. I have two of these APs, the other one is still at FW rev 2.0.1.0 and has same issue (it does have MAC address associated with second SSID so I didn't bother upgrading firmware yet).
I have tried a few different authetication options, including disabling authentication, to no avail. Question - I do not see an IP address associated with the second SSID - is that the problem and if so, how do I fix that?

I would like to connect the AP541N to the RV220W and use the same SSID assigned to both throughout the office, for seemless client movement. I would like to keep the AP541N connected via the internet cable, as it will be on a switch which is on the same segment. The access point has many different configuration methods available, but the router appears to only have WDS as an option to connect the two devices. I would rather not use the WDS feature on the AP, as I want to utilize as much bandwidth available as possible, and I assume using that method I would need to remove the ethernet cable from the switch.
Is it as simple as configuring both devices with identical VLAN settings? I am preconfiguring the devices before installing them, as to minimize downtime, so would like to make sure the configuration is correct.

I have configure my AP with to SSID (11 & 12), but I cannot connect to 12. It authenticates, and while trying to acquire IP address from 12, it fails and connects me to 11 (if I have already saved the SSID connection).

The router is a N Wireless Router. When I try to connect to my router through my phone the SSID appears as belkin.2lc and it won't connect but says authorizing then disconnected. The weird thing is that my laptop and all my roommates laptops and my Xbox can all see the routers real SSID and connect.just fine. I've tried restarting the router and my phone. I've also checked my router settings and made sure their is no MAC address enabled.

I had a DI-524 for years and I had no problem. My girlfriend wanted more range /speed for her netbook, and bought a DIR-655.
Had no problem with the netbook (acer One) and the Wii. But the Iphone 1st gen (cracked, but working good up to now) won't see any Wifi.
What to say. I have to read the F* manual, I know. But Geez. "The high end" said the guy at the store.
I should have search the web a bit more before buying because this subject (iphone connect problem) is a popular topic. [URL] won't change a thing. The Iphone don't see the wifi network.

i'm using win7 and linux mint in my laptop. when i'm on linux i 'm able to connect in a specific ssid with my b43 driver. when i switch back to windows(broadcom a/b/g) i can not connect to this ssid-there is a yellow mark with limited connection. what do you think? is this a driver problem with win7. or win 7 driver has ''less power'' than linux's?

I am having a LOT of trouble with an HP 6500A Plus wireless printer.It has been working wirelessly with my X2000 using WPA2 Personal encryption. (The WPA2 key has NOT been changed since it was working)It has recently stopped working and I cannot see why.All other devices (Wii, two iPads, 1 iPhone) all continue to work faultlesly.I have tried numerous times to reset the WPA2 security key on the HP Printer but each time it fails to connect to the X2000.It does recognize the SSID. But will not connect.I tried to turn on the LOG in the X2000 to see what information I could gather, but nothing get put into the Security Log. Maybe I am setting it up wrong, using "wireless" then "Log", then "enabled", then "view log", select "Security Log". attempt to connect from the HP Printer... twice, then refresh the log on the X2000, and NOTHING.

In the company we have two SSIDs for corporate and guest networks respectively when I try to connect to any of the SSIDs it doesn't happen until 5 retries. The only log I get that seems to be related to it is the following:

Here it shows a switch between SSIDs but if you just turned on an apple device and try to associate for the first time to any of the SSIDs the scenario is the same, several tries to connect.I am running a 4402 wlc with 6.0.202.0 software version.

Has anyone come accross a problem whereby an SSID becomes unavailable when selecting a Radio Policy of '802.11g Only'? The SSID is configured identically accross multiple controllers, but only works on the WISM's. The same WLAN profile on a 5508 is unavailable unless I select a Radio Policy of 'All'.
All controllers (WISM's and 5508's are running 6.0.188.0)The WLAN profile is using MAC Filtering[WPA2][Auth(802.1X)] as the security policy.

I've had my E3000 for almost a year now and it's been great - until recently. Latencies have become patchy for some users and most surprisingly, the 5GHz network has stopped using two channels. I did a 30/30/30 reset on it a few minutes ago and re-configured the whole thing. It's set to use 40MHz Only and WPA2 Personal, but speeds at the physical layer are still just 144 Mbps and in the web interface's Status page it clearly says "20 MHz".
Why might this be? It was fine for so long, only to refuse to use two channels now. I've checked what the other wireless networks in my area are like, and none of them are even 5GHz-capable as far as I can tell, so the relevant spectrum shouldn't be overcrowded. It's rather nice to have the two channels for NAS transfers and streaming and such.
After manually specifying a base channel (48 at the moment), it actually kicks into 40MHz. The problem is now that my clients, both using a WUSB600N, are getting "Unable to connect to (SSID)" pretty much instantly after clicking the network in Windows.

I have one cisco wlc 2112 with ios 7.0.230.0 with license to support 12 access points. My access points are nine (9) lap1231ag and one (1) lap1310.I just have one wlan (ssid). My scenario of deployment is in layer 3. I have one interface management and ap manager in the WLC. All my Access Points have differents ip address that WLC. I need to configure a unique ssid to associate my six (6) dynamics interfaces (each dymanic interface with different vlan subnet).Each wlan profile (ssid) should have the same security in phase 2 (wpa2/psk). My cisco access points don't support hreap. My wlc support only (4) interface into an interface group, and i need six (6) dynamics interfaces.

My 'main' Wifi SSID will just disappear and you can't connect to it. the guest account will still show up. computers/devices that are already connected will stay connected and will work fine, but anybody reconnecting will not be able to. Only solution I've found so far is to unplug and replug in my router

I am having trouble connecting my wireless devices to the e4200v2. My e4200v2 is connected to my action tec ver.F for fios. It's a LAN to LAN connection where the action tec is primary. I followed the directions changing the Secondary router address to 192.168.1.2 and the action tec stayed at 192.168.1.1. I also reset the action tec prior to any attachments (because I had an old belkin n+ connected). i also disabled DHCP in the secondary router. Both 5 & 2.4 Ghz have different passwords although I did try having them have the same password- no luck. I can't connect for whatever reason. Both network modes are mixed. On the action tec- the wireless is disabled. SSID are different. Can't connect for whatever reason. I am at a loss. I don't know if this is relevant- I use windows vista.

So I have this E1500 Router that worked fine for the past 5 months, then out of the blue, the wireless feature ceased to function... laptops were not being able to connect to the wireless, the router was also not broadcasting the SSID.So, here's what I have done so far:
1. Check the router software settings, all was good there.
2. Did a "hardware reset" pushing the red button. (now this solved the problem, BUT only for a day, when power is turned off for the night, the next day it's non-functional again. The cycle can be repeated daily, but its a pain to reset and set it up everyday)
3. Updated the Firmware, and this somehow solved the problem for 3 Days... and now it's back to non-functional, again out of the Blue.
Is the Router just busted and it's not remembering the settings?

Is it possible to assign a single ssid to multiple interface groups by assigning the ssid to multiple AP groups?
I have buildings geographically dispersed that are configured with multiple vlans in interface groups so that I can maintain an addressing scheme of dhcp assigned addresses per building. Each building is also further grouped as AP groups. I'd like to know if by assigning the same wlan ssid to each of the AP groups, will I maintain addressing integrity for each building? I'm thinking it will work.
Do the buildings have to be outside AP range of each other to avoid problems?

There is a problem with my WLC, it is not allowing an specific client to connect. It gives an 802.1x failure log but I am not using it, anyways the WLC puts this client in the excluded clients list and I didn't add it manually, in fact is a new laptop.
I attached a couple of screens from my WLC.

I get the following error when trying to connect a vpn client through an ASA5505 with an already configured ipsec AES/256 site to site connection:
regular translation creation failed for protocol 50 src:inside:192.168.1.167 dst:outside:xx.xxx.x.64
The site to site addressing is not relevant, I'm not trying to pass traffic over the site-to-site, but rather create a new vpn from inside client to outside external vpn box that's not under my control. The client is able to create a connection, but no traffic is passed, when I try to ping / rdp, the above message is returned to me. If I add the rule static(inside, outside) interface 192.168.1.167 netmask 255.255.255.255 then it works, everything works, but ONLY from this computer.
Been Google for hours, but with no result as of yet.
