I'd like to know if it's possible to change the system message for each ephone independently with CME ?I mean, changing an ephone's system message without changing others' ones.

I'm using "WS-C4948(12.2(54)SG)+PWR-C49-300AC/2". The following message are logged in the system log, but it was to check the status with the show command and status LED, but there was no abnormality. I thought the power supply has failed, but I seem different.

Just upgraded our WCS server to the 7.x code over the weekend. Turned up the first 3500 series AP's today. The AP's have been up for about an hour. I am seeing the Air Quality graphs on WCS. On the Worst 802.11a/n and 802.11b/g/n Interferers windows, I am see a WCS System Error Page message but only in those windows. I have gone over the documentation and dont see that I need to enable anything else on WCS.

View 2 Replies View RelatedFor some reason I am unable to retain the system message logging and config archive references after a reboot of the router. I need to be able track config changes and retain the ability for the customer to recover the original config should they destroy the config through any misguided fiddling on their part. There is no remote management and these router need to be recoverable. I know this used to configured by default on earlier routers as I've checked on teh ones we have, but checking through the configuration has not worked and i have everything configured the same but system messages are still lost on reboot. Im using Cisco 3845 running IPbase 12.4(3) and the config i have is shown below.

View 6 Replies View RelatedMy SF300-24 switch has been working 100% as a backup switch for a client of mine. At my clients premises it was running 3 Vlan's and doing inter VLAN routing. When my client received their original switch back, I obviously brought my SF300-24 back to the workshop, reset it back to Factory defaults and tried to do a fresh installation on it. I can not get it to change from Layer 2 to Layer 3! I installed the latest firmware but still no go.
Everything works a 100% via the console, but when I go to the System Mode menu and try and edit it, it justs sits at layer 2 and will not chage to layer 3!
Is it possible to detect a system time change on a workstation on a network? There is suspicions that there is someone trying to use their system time as an excuse to go to lunch early at work, "but my computer says its 1 O'Clock" When everyone else's computer displays 12:48.......

View 2 Replies View RelatedI have installed LMS 4.0, installed the 2008 R2 patch as well. Everything worked with SSL until I did an import from our 3.2 Solaris version. After that, now when I access the application I get a message:
"Forbidden You don't have permission to access / Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request"
I have recreated the certs, reset the casuser, verified the correct prvilieges were set for casuser.

In the tunnel-group password-manegement is enabled and notify is set to the default of 14 days.does the ACS interrupt the notification? I can't see any message in ACS Log or in "debug aaa common 255" or "debug radius" on ASA.

I was wondering what could cause this, because every time this message shows up in the log I lose internet connection for about 1 minute then it comes back up. Let me know if I need to get any config info.

Message are only working on DA that terminate but not on those who Continue. I have also tried the Checkandmsg fonction but it behave the same way.
