Cisco WAN :: Switch 4948 Reboot After Applying Route-map?

I'm trying to apply the following policy route in my switch 4948, but it suddenly crash. Is anything wrong in my commands? The switch is rebooting with an error:
System returned to ROM by abort at PC 0x0
My commands are:
access-lists 7 permit 10.140.22.0 0.0.0.255
access-list 177 permit ip 10.140.22.0 0.0.0.255 100.220.24.0 0.0.0.255

Customer has three 881 routers. FE0 connects to their WAN, FE4 connects to their LANs. Two VLANs are configured on FE4. Class-maps and Policy-map created to detect voice traffic:
class-map match-any VoIP-RTP-Trust match ip dscp ef class-map match-any VoIP-Control-Trust
I am trying to enable IP SLA on a Cisco 4948 switch (running 'cat4500-ipbasek9-mz.122-46.SG.bin') to test CiscoWorks IPM using this swtich as a source device. But I can't run the command "ip sla monitor" on this switch. It just has "ip sla responder". Is it possible to configura IP SLA on this source switch? Or can I do it only on routers?
how to configure QoS on Cisco 4948. I have three VLans in my network. First is video traffic second is the voice traffic and third is the data traffic . I need to set the priority in QoS in the following way
i.e. Video traffic - 1st pref Voice traffic - 2nd pref Data traffic - 3rd pref
I just picked up some second hand 4948 switches and wanted to install the embeded managment software. I can't find it anywhere in the downloads section?
is there a better FREE solution for managing these? I tried config profesional, but it only shows the routing config. There seems to be so many options.
I cannot boot IOS, when i reload this switch it go to ROMMON. I try to uploand IOS but it still has problem. i think i may wrong some point during i did uploand.

I have a named aggregate policer configured on a 4948 switch running IOS 12.2(53)SG2 but can't seem to be able to monitor it using SNMP as I can't locate the OIDs (using OIDView) - I'm okay with CB and PB QoS.
In my setup , i have one core switch 4506, 3750 access switches and 4948 server switch.i have created the mngmt VLAN in every switch.the problem is i can ping the every device mngmt ip from any internal network,but my server switch mngmt ip i am not able to ping.trunk link is configure between the core and server,access switches.What is the problem with 4948 switch?
I have got a new 48port Cisco catalyst 4948 switch, which I configured as a VTP client and connected to Cisco 3750 which is a VTP Server (this switch is on production network). I connected port g1/0/48 from 3750 to port g1/48 on 4948 through a straight cable and made both ports as trunk port (I also tried through cross cable). The problem is these two switches are not detecting. For testing I connected a PC directly to one of the port on 4948 (making that a switch port) still the LED on switch didn’t glow up. Is there any special command needs to be run on 4948 switches to activate its physical ports?
I need to connect a 6500 switch with a 4948 switch using 10G optics. On 6500, line card used is WS-X6704-10GE and I am aware that WS-X6704-10GE is a xenpak and 4948 ports are X2. What is the way to make the connection between xenpak and X2 work?
I performed an upgraded on a 4948 switch and for some reason the switch kept booting with the old IOS. I was not sure if I needed to change the boot sequence but I performed this upgrade on some of our other 4948's and no issues.I eventually deleted the older IOS version and left the latest version on and reloaded switch and now switch only boots in rommon.I managed to configure the ip info and tftp server ip etc and using the following command as suggested in the rommon help, but it keeps coming back saying 'file not found', when I have checked the file does exist in the tftp server and in the tftpboot folder.

Cisco SG200-26 (not PoE model). After a power failure, at restart the switch seems unable to reboot. The power led starts blinking in green, after some seconds the connected ports start blinking as well, but the the switch reboots automatically after few more seconds.I tried to disconnect lan cables, power cord, and reset to factory by pressing and holding down the proper button for 30s and more, but no success.In the small amount of time the switch's ports seem to be powered up, clients don't receive packets, don't ping each other or the switch manage address.

I was trying to configure an SF 300-24 for use in my home and obviously did something dumb. It was working fine. The f/w was updated and I had configured 2 VLANs. VLAN2 was ports 1-6+GE1 for IPTV streaming and VLAN3 was ports 7-24+GE2 and GE3 for the rest of my LAN. I was plugged into GE4 and was configuring the switch with a laptop. GE4 was the only port still on the default VLAN1. I chaged the default VLAN to VLAN3, which forced a reboot and the switch never came back up. I can't access to GUI using it's static IP or it's default IP on any port and the console never reaches the point where I can log in. The System light is flashing green but the boot sequence never progresses past what's in the screen shot. I tried to do a hard reset using the recessed button on the front panel but it does not seem to have any effect, no matter how long I hold it down.
Everything is in the title...When I plug a GBIC adapter on a port, my switch reload automatically..! Is it normal, because I did it during production and It disconnects some users.
I have a Cisco WS-C2960S-48TD-L with 12.2(55)SE2.This is a standalone switch, not in stack, and with no order it reboots itself looking for a new master election. On logging i have nothing, but connected with console cable i see the following after 2 minutes of not showing anything:

After searching online i have no seeing nothing about disable the feature of the stack so i configure the priority for the "switch 1" to 15 and configure it the switches 2, 3 and 4 to no provision, although this switches don´t exist:

With this new configuration the switch has rebooted again.Why on a standalone switch the stack is rebooting my system?Is it any feature to disable the stack?
After reboot WLC , the switch port was err-disable , the cause is link flap after we reboot 3 times , the switch port link flap err-disable every time? We don't know why the WLC rebboot will cause it , it just normal action on device the WLC version is 7.4.100.0 link switch with access port , no port channel , no portfast.

I want my core switch auto failover to other route if the primary route is link down it will go to the secondary route

if my core switch detect next-hop 1.1.1.1 it will re-route and go to the 2.2.2.2 for the next-hop my core switch using static route and cant support ip sla
I have a 7606 Router with single Route Switch Processor 720 at the chassis works as active RP ( Route Processor ). Can I add another RP to the chassis as standby in case of failure of the first RP ?
I have a 3750 switch and I am trying to configure PBR (route-maps) in it.But when I try to apply the policy to a vlan interface the policy does not show in the interface.So I can not use PBR to choose my default gateway!Question: Does PBR work in a 3750 switch? Can PBR be configured in a vlan interface? There is any problem with the IOS that I do not know?
My issue: I have installed a firewall within my network. Currently all my clients default gateway defaults to GW:192.168.1.1. I would like all my internet traffic to route to the firewall ip 192.168.1.30. My Primary switch ip is 192.168.1.10, which is a 3560G running 12.2(25)SEE2 IPBASE-M.
My main problem is, I do not have access to the gateway, so I am trying to route internet traffic from within my switch to the firewall. I have already tried Route-Map, but seems this version of the OS does not support. I have already tried Policy-Map, but same as above. I have also tried IP ROUT command, but it did not work either.
And remember, I would like to perform the routing from the switch, because I do not have access to the default gateway which is a router to perform forward internet traffic to the firewall.
I have cisco switch 3550 IOS Version 12.1(19)EA1c.
I can configure route-map commands on that. but i can not apply that into any vlan interface. while i try to apply the following command ( ip policy route-map PBR) on VLAN int i get an error msg saying that the command is not recognized.
i'm already has one internet connection is connecting directly to the Core Switch 6509,Vlan 500 (1921.168.1.0) and the Switch is route any internet request with default route:

The Problem: We have a new internet connection with new Vlan 600 (172.16.1.0) another ISP/ with another DSL router, so i need your kindly support and suggest how to connect both of them to exit from the Core Switch 6509. is it ok if i make another default route to the Next hop to the new DSL router as:

I have some specific traffic that I am attempting to pull off of VLAN 310 at the router, apply a route-map that sends this specific traffic back down to the switch on VLAN 55 (and the private address) and once it hits the switch apply a route-map on that VLAN 55 interface directing the same traffic over to the 72.x.x.9 address which goes through a FAP box back up to the router on another interface.
I have attached the config information, I know this isnt the best practice way to do this however right now this is how I have to do this.When runing a trace from the net traffic stops at .2 and when running a trace from my test /30 it stops at .2 as well. I am not sure what to do at this point
We have a cisco 3750-48 port switch.We have a few SVI's configured and some static routes configured.I had created a new interface vlan and gave it an IP. I can ping the gateway.
Now I want to add a static route to go out that interface.when I add: ip route 10.x.x.x 255.255.255.0 10.52.10.1
it eccepts it (no errors) But, it does not show in the routing table nor in the config? How to add the static route to go out that vlan interface.

In regards to QoS profiles on the WLC. I have applied a profile to a newly created WLAN and set the Per User Bandwidth to 512k and it seems to be kicking in on the ingress only, this is supposed to work ingress AND egress or is it just designed to work one way? I have a 4402-25 with Cisco 3500 AP's and am running the 7.0.98 code. If it is designed to work one way only is there a different way to apply it ingress and egress simultaneously off the WLC?
