I am having trouble with my Wifi Driver. I have tried to install the driver many times but when I restart it shows that Wifi adapter is disabled. When I go to Device Manager to enable, In Network adapter, it shows the driver with the yellow triangle and exclamation mark and is already enabled. I dont know if I am missing anything while installing the driver. Last week I called the Dell support center for the same and they told that they can fix it if they get a remote access. But I can only access the internet via Wifi which is not working.
I have a XPS15 (L502x) for 4 months and my wi-fi is not working anymore.Intel Wi-fi application says that the wireless device is not found.I tried to install drivers, softwares from Intel (Intel PROSet...) but still nothing.
My computer started shutting off and not turning on. I had installed new parts a while ago and so I switched the new parts with the old ones (power supply and Graphics card) and it worked again. But i couldnt connect to the internet and i did a diagnoses and it said adapter not found or correctly installed or something like that. I couldnt find the adapter either. I was going to download the network adapter driver from the dell website on to a thumb drive and install in onto my desktop but i do not know which one to download.
my wifi adapter is not found for dell inspiron n5010...
i ran the system information and i got as...
Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7600]Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.C:Users agaraj>systeminfoLoading Network Card Information ...ERROR: Provider load failureC:Users agaraj>
I've been having this problem for a few weeks, at first I thought it was the internet itself, but the other computers in the house are fine. A few times a day it just suddenly stops working and in the bottom right hand corner of the screen in the internet options section it says currently connected to : unidentified network. when I click connect again it says wireless adapter not found, "Wireless Network Connection"doesn't have a vailid IP configuration. Sometimes it can stay off for a lot longer and it's generally random times of the day that it happens. I'm using an XPS L502X
I have studio 1737, With my Intel WiFi 5100 AGN. I also instaslled latest drivers but when i want to scan for any wireless network it says adapter not found.
i am using Dell Inspiron N5110 for 9 months.Everything is working fine. But there is only one problem in my Dell Inspiron N5110 laptop ,that whenever I start my laptop instead of taking automatic Wifi connection it is taking manually.Every time I have to goto connect option. But Whenever I connect It says that adapter not found ,When I click troubleshooting then it says Turn off your router and again turn on.Every time i have to do this then connection starts. Why this happening in my laptop.
I use a hardwired Ethernet adapter to connect to the internet from home. I cannot connect to the internet on the N5110 but can connect on my desktop PC. I look at the hardware device manager and cannot find an Ethernet adapter. This leads me to believe something happened to the card. It should show up in the hardware profile. I don't want to use a wireless connection. I want to use my hardwired Ethernet adapter.
How can get the system to recognize the device? I don't need to send it in for repair. There is some work I do that can only be done on this computer.
I just downgraded from vista to XP on my Compaq pc that a friend gave to me. The hard drives were loaded with junk so i decided to do a fresh install with my Windows XP cd. Everything looks like its working great except it seems as if ive lost all drivers necessary to connect to the internet. Pretty much the computer can't even tell that theres a network adapter installed.
My desktop cannot go online suddenly and I reformat my desktop with Windows 7. There's nothing under the network adapter section. My house has wifi router and other laptops can connect to the wifi but my desktop (connect to the modem using cable), cannot. When I tried to run the troubleshoot, it says, it cannot find the network adapter and I have no idea which adapter I'm using.
The Wireless lan device is not displaying at all on the device manager. I have looked on the HP website and it says this model has WLan device. I have tried installing the driver for the device yet not luck in the OS actually recognising the device at all.OS: VISTA (32-bits)Model: HP Pavilion TS2050EA. Any info about this error and any solutions i could try. I have thought about updating the bios but going to do that as a last resrot Things i have tried- driver installation- wireless button displays Blue (on)- windows add device tool
Recently, nearly every time I start up my computer, I can't connect to the internet. I have internet, as says my modem, what I don't have is an internet adapter. I've checked the device manager, and network and sharing center, and it just doesn't exist. I restart a few times and by chance it finds the adapter and I can connect. I have no idea what's going on, as Googling has not worked much at all.[CODE]
I know the network works because my work computer connects wirelessly. When I load the Intel My Wifi Utility it says Network adapter not found. What happened? I didn't do anything different or special...it just stopped working one day.I am running Win 7 64 bit. Toshiba Satellite Laptop.
I am using two desktops. One is an old Windows XP running SP3, and the other is a new Windows 7. Neither PC is wireless. I set up the modem through the Windows 7 computer, and it is connected to the wireless modem through the Ethernet cable. (I hope that I am saying all of this correctly.) It's running just fine.Because the other PC is not wireless, I purchased a NETGEAR wireless USB adapter, go through installation and setup, starts and finds my SSID, add WEP key, etc, etc. In the bottom corner of the software it says the signal is good. In the toolbar it says the adapter is connected to the modem.Next to it, though, the network connections icon shows:
Wireless Network Connection Speed: 24Mbps Signal Strength: Good Status: Limited or no connectivity
And so, of course, I have no connection to the Internet. Using the modem through Ethernet on the XP computer (switching the situation around, in other words) is not an option; the only phone line for connecting the modem to the wall is too far away.(It was stated more than once that I should use WPA instead of WEP; I haven't made it that far yet... I'm just trying to get this other computer connected.)
I got a Acer Laptop from my buddy that had windows 7 and when he had it his harddrive had crashed so he put in a older harddrive in it and installed windows Vista. Doing that caused the ethernet and network adapter to not work at all (says it need drivers) and I can't access the internet at all on it. I don't know if I can grab the drivers somewhere else or if I have to just count my losses.
bought a mini usb wifi adapter for my new computer i built from monoprice. the website says all u need to do is download the drivers from realtek and install and the unit will run. ive tried to install the driver multiple times, and when i go into the devices window, it says there is no device installed for the adapter. also after attempting to install, a bubble pops up on the task bar saying that driver did not install correctly after setup completes and reboots.
I have a DELL Latitude 630 running Windows Vista. I checked into a hotel and just cannot find the wifi network on this laptop..IT is a named network and yet all i see is an unnamed network on my list of networks found. My blackberry device can easily locate the network..but the laptop simply refuses. I have tried restarting, playing around with the advanced propoerties of the wifi adapter but all in vain. I can use the office wifi ont he same laptop without any issue..but not in my hotel.
My Dell XPS83000 does not find the network card when the PC is started in a "cold" condition. I have to restart the PC 3 - 6 times before the card is found. When the PC is "warm" the card is found without any problem.
I have a dell inspiron N1500 series lappie ..And the problem is i can't enable the bluetooth device in it ...whenevr i click on the bluetooth icon and turn it on ..it says bluetooth hardware not found ...I did not install the driver again coz ..the lappie comes preinstalled with all the softwares ....and i bought the lappie just 3 months back
I've bought a new Dell N5050, first it was on Ubuntu, then I formatted my disk and now working on Windows 7. Due to that, I've lost many drivers specially for wireless and network. I've downloaded many from here, but I'm still unable to find these 2. In other words, I can't connect to the wireless connection unless I use the Ethernet cable.
here is an image, it's french.
by the way, I've downloaded a lot of drivers, I wonder why I still got these two missing. ( did I download wrong ones?)
Last month i bought my new dell xps 15 L502X. I am completely satisfied with the laptop. But a few days back i encountered a problem in my Bluetooth. When i tried to switch on the Bluetooth a notification appeared stating that no Bluetooth hardware was found. Later when i tried to pair with wireless mouse , the mouse was not detected.
I HAVE A 3 YEAR OLD DELL STUDIm O 1747 (YEP IT WAYS A TON), AND AFTER I start up the ole computer and Icon comes on a bit later in the desktop tray that says "mobile broad band not found. I am quite sure it came with the Original Operating system (windows 7). and I have been considering reinstalling the operating system provided by Dell which I still have for Windows 7....Which is a hasslel the last resort...I tried doing a recovery on the system but I will be damed if I can remember the password even though the computer boots up and I get my display window every time..
I recently restored my Dell Inspirion 1545 with the restore disc from Dell. Since restoring I have no internet connection. When you click device manager it says no netword hardware found.
Received my new 1510 mini wireless card card today for install in Inspiron 1525 running Vista 32bit.Laptop sees new device but cannot located driver. Run the disk that Dell sent, get message 'No compatible hardware found program will end'
Device manager shows yellow explanation mark under network tab..Have downloaded 6 or 7 different version of the driver but no joy.
My Dell XPS (Windows XP) is not connecting to my network..can't get anything to show up on the networks in range list. My other laptop is fine. But I just upgraded to Firefox 4 on the Dell, and then the connectivity went askew.
