I put in my email address at gmail. Once in a while it will come up, but mostly is filed with pages of ad material.Sometimes when it does come up, it does not come up with the 'from who' really large and the description hard to read as are the message content.
I entered the pin number on my router in order to connect to the internet on my laptop. Soon after, I could not connect to the internet with my Netflix account or on my iTouch.
Using Windows Vista on private wireless network, since yesterday, my wife can get Gmail website but nothing else and get a error message saying "The connection was rest". I did virus check and Spybot.I have another computer on the same wireless setup but I have no problem at all with it.
The way my gmail is set up i cant get to my recovery mail i just need to change my google password back again to the old one not using a phone just a cpu. removed excessive exclamation marks which killed off the word wrap.
I was told that I need to make sure that ssl port 443 is open, I confirmed that it is at port 443 - Connection Check , I'm still unable to access my gmail account, I was wondering if I need to enable anything on my modem to allow that sort of connection to go through, I'm using D-Link DSL-2640B
All my gmail accounts open normally to the first page, but the mouse cursor just highlights whatever I hit. It will not open to the relevant messages or any other action. The sign out function works, so I can go to my other accounts, but the same problem persists. It had been working fine for several years. All the accounts are fully functional when I use my ipod or go to another desktop.
I run a tiny home domain with 1 Windows 2008 R2 server and 2 clients (one for me and one for the hubby). Our server is DC, DNS, and DHCP server (and some other roles). Our clients are both Windows 8 but we use the standalone Chrome installation, version 25.0.1364.152 m.The problem is that on my Windows 8 client, every once in a while (not the same time period each time, but roughly every 6-15 days) I get the error in the title on one site when using Chrome only, which is Gmail. I can access and resolve Google and every other site, and my DNS server itself can resolve Gmail, but not until I flush the DNS of my local client will Gmail work again. Also strangely, I have left it on the morning when it happened before, and when I came home from work it had sorted itself out. The other client, hubby's Win 8 PC, also sometimes gets this issue, but not nearly as often as I do. Flushing the local DNS cache resolves it for him as well.
I used my ISP's DNS servers for forwarding initially, but changed to Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 when this kept happening, and it didn't seem to make a difference. I've enabled scavenging and aging and all sorts and those are faithfully renewing themselves as expected, but as the problem only lies on the clients and never the server, I'm quite lost as to what to try next.I've had a look on the Chrome forums (gulp) and nothing seems to be as specific as this fault
Outlook 2007 worked fine with my old router and when our laptops are connected on other networks. But both home laptops take about a minute to go through the "receiving mail" process with GMAIL pop3 accounts when connecting through the new E4200. Everything is factory default, and I reinstalled Outlook. This problem does not occur with the roadrunner email accounts also set up in Outlook
Someone tricked me by sending false email and gained control of my email address. I tried to log on and change my password but I cannot. How can I regain control. I am not experienced with computers. I would also like to learn more about computer basics to start.
for two days it will not let me sign into my hotmail account...also two days ago got popup for adobe X?? it would not go away, so I accidently said yes, when it wanted to load onto my computer, I did get it off my computer, but, it keeps popping up and now I cannot get into my personal hotmail account.
My question relates to Facebook and the Internet in general. There are some very inappropriate pictures of me that are posted on a fake facebook user account. Whoever posted these pictures has stolen the identity of a guy that I went to school with. The Police are involved. I tried contacting Facebook multiple times, but I had no such luck. Is there any way that I can find out the ISP of this fake account, find out if these pictures were uploaded to the www. and request for them to be removed? What other actions can I take to get these pictures taken down. It has now become very serious, and these pictures are from 6 years ago when I was a little immature teenager.
I recently purchased a RV042 device but when I tried to set my DDNS account I realized that the only two providers are dyndns.org and 3322.net. We already have an account in no-ip.com and several services using the [URL] host.
I just setup an account at [URL],and I want to set it up in my router. I have a D-link DIR 655 with firmware 1.21 and when I set it up under dynamic dns it wont connect. It'll say "connecting" then disconnect right afterwards. I have my host name and log in information correct.
Is there any chance the Wireless Repeater mode work with WPA2-AES ?If not, which model of AP should I buy to connect it with my wap54g as Wireless Repeater?
Have followed directions for changing password and retrieving password but get 'do not recognize username maryjaneohlson@gmail.com'n I am receiving email but can not send.
I have a HOTMAIL email account and I have not been able to log on to my account for several weeks. The screen stays blank and nothing comes up. How do I log on?
To start off, I work for a small business where we do not have an IT department
One of our users changed his domain to a workgroup (made us rethink who has admin access on all our PC's) thinking that it would somehow fix the problem he was having with not being able to print anything to a network printer. Well, this promptly called for a restart and upon restarting would not allow him to log back into the user account.
This all makes sense to me as to why it will not let him log-in using credentials that he is no longer a part of due to security restrictions. But my question is how do i recover the account? In other words, how do I go about rejoining that user account to the domain that everyone is located on.
If all new user accounts are defaulted to join the domain, how come its not just as easy to move a user from a workgroup back to that domain?
Also, the machine is running Windows XP. It's critical that I get the old user account set back up because it was used for Outlook e-mail as well as several important documents/spreadsheets. I know that none of these files are lost as I can still navigate to them through the Local Disk. But really I would like to get the old user account working instead of having to copy/paste all the old content to a new user account in order to hopefully retain all old settings and configurations. tl;dr A user on our domain moved his user account to a workgroup and now is unable to login or access his user account. How do I move the user account back to the domain?
My YouTube iPod account was working yesterday and today it isn't! My wifi is excellent & I putted in the right password & username! It works fine in the full version and the mobile so what's happening to my YouTube app?
