I took my tv off of the cable, and am watching the Analog channels. Is there a way I can freely watch like USA HD, and such? Also, I have comcast I was going to watch stuff over the internet is there a way around minus switching to business class from comcast to not count toward bandwith?
View 4 Replieshe tries to share a file with me from his computer to mine the file will share, once done, if he goes online to watch any video, (on youtube, a news website or even a video he has saved on his computer) he will lose internet connection. He then has to restart his computer to get his internet back.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have the E1000 Linksys Router and I am using a network cable to connect to my Sony Blu-ray BDP-S370. When I watch HULU through the player it kills the entire internet connection for all PCs. I have to unplug the router in order to restart it. Everything will also work just fine until the next crash.Here's the thing, I'll watch a bit of the show and see the commercials and the router will only crash when it comes back to the show. If I watched 100 commercials they would not crash, but as soon as it returns to the show CRASH. Restart and we watch again.

View 5 Replies View RelatedFor 10 days, I have had massive upload volumes (2 - 7 GB) per day on my home network, not sure why. I am not downloading streaming video or any videos. We have several computers on our network, and I am not sure which one is diong all of this uploading. So, I installed AnalogX Netstat version 2.15 to monitor the stats on my computer, and it shows all totals for incoming and outgoing are "0kb", which I know isn't true.Why isn't it measuring my transmission? I am running Windows 7.
It shows local machine IP x.x.x.x, device All TCP/IP devices, and "remote" worked - I was able to ping url..successfully. But no stats are being measured at all. Not even CPU usage.
I have a 1941 Cisco router with WIC-!AM-V2 card that is uning pots( regural phone ) line for data traffic.the problem I am having is the line is establishing connection but it intermittently dropos.The router is configured to dial to Centraal office and I have more that 100 other locations with the same setup that are working fine. The only differene on htis one is it is going thru a PBX line.

But on one of them which runs Windows 7 and MCAfee Antivirus I cannot watch any videos from Youtube. On the other one which runs Windows XP all videos are running great. I've check the firmware version and it is the last one. I've try to disable the firewall in McAfee and it still does not work.

I've followed Watchguard's instructions for configuring a Branch Office VPN connection, and I'm unable to connect. I have configured the Watchguard gateway to accept remote-to-local connections and put in the Watchguard's public IP address as the local connection, and the WRVS4400n's public IP as remote.The Linksys has the local VPN group configured as 192.168.0.0./24 and the remote gateway as the Watchguard's public IP Address.When I connect it remains "down" and I"m receiving errors saying it could not authenticate. I have the passphrase the same on both sides with 3DES and SHA1 configured.Does the WRVS4400n support this type of VPN configuration or am I wasting effort?

View 2 Replies View RelatedI am testing a Cisco 1552 and cannot seem to set it to use the 40 MHz channels. In the controller GUI is is set to use 40 MHz channels under DCA for 802.11a but when I go into the CLI and show the config of the AP it shows the channel width to be 20 MHz. If I try to change the channel width through the CLI I get "radio is not disable or ap not set to customize" or something like that. The radio is disabled globally and locally. Is there a way to set the AP or radio to a "customize" mode?
What prompted this was I was testing the throughput on it and can only get a 130 mbps data rate connection to it. The data sheet says it will support 300 mbps with the 40 mhz channel so I was trying to test it atteh higher rate.The HW is a Cisco 4402 with 7.0.230 software on it, 1552E.
