Basically my friend has a game server with a particular IP. But lately I don't seem to be able to even 'see' that server. Pinging the IP gets a timeout. I did a tracert on the IP and from the first hop onwards it gives me 3 stars followed by a 'Request Timed Out' until the 30'th hop.

I first noticed it in games, and decided to ping my router in CMD. I see the occasional "request timed out", and not sure how to fix it.My other computers connected to the network are working fine, and I've tried USB Wireless adapters in my laptop which work fine, which implies the problem lies with the inbuilt adapter itself.I've tried reformatting, and updating drivers, but to no avail.I thought maybe the adapter might just be faulty, but then I decided to test it on Linux. I pinged the router in the terminal and... it seemed to work fine. I thought maybe some background process in Windows might be doing something to cause the problem, so I started in safe mode (with networking)... still the problem remained.

i am having a very wierd problem with my current internet connection , Its wired and while accessing websites seems just fine .. Accessing ANY program on the PC that requires internet does not work .. Examples of those can be steam/origin/any messenger/skype/teamviewer/teamspeak and the list goes on.. They all act like i dont even have an internet connection. I tried pinging in CMD by using Ping Google and i always get a request timed out .. I have also tried tracert Google and after the three * * * Its always a request timed out as well.. I have no idea whats causing and its pretty annoying as i mainly use the internet for skype and steam, Also on a side not this is not a problem with my laptop as i tried connecting to some random unprotected network that was near me and it worked fine

I also know my wireless works fine because i have other things attached to it. When I try to connect it says limited or no connectivity, but the signal strength is excellent. I have tried to repair the problem but it then tells me it cannot renew my ip address. I've also tried the ipconfig /release then renew, and thats when it says about my DHCP.

I have a E2000 router/access point. I am able to connect 3 laptops, 1 smartphone and 1 printer wirelessly to the access point. All computers and smartphone can access the Internet. The problem is that none of the devices can connect with each other and thus cannot print. I can ping the router, no problem. View 1 Replies View RelatedI am able to connect to firefox internet but when I try to log in to my Yahoo Messenger or iTunes store it tells me that my internet connection timed out. I try to connect to Internet Explorer and it will not connect to the web there. I have went into the tools box in Internet Explorer and clicked on internet option and than connection and I was going to try to change the proxy server LAN and when I would go into it to change that I would be able to find the address to put in but can not figure out what the port section is. I am using a wireless connection and it shows that i have connection even when I try the troubleshooting section that checks the connection and it tells me that there is no problem with it. I also tried restarting my wireless router and than restarting my computer which did not work.
Than I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to internet and still nothing. I see many errors in the ACS 5.1(or 5.3) :5411 EAP session timed out..Becasue I checked the "remember my username and password everytime login" in the wireless network properties, and I can succeed to login finally. but in the ACS will see many errors like ”5411 EAP session timed out“

I have 2 ACS 5.2 (VMWARE) in my network configured as primary and secondary. When my AAA clients are configured for Primary ACS authentication works fine.But the clients configured with secondary fails authenticating.My replication status of the secondary box is showing UPDATED.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI had been working on our client servers through Cisco VPN using internet datacard. But from past 3 weeks after logging into Cisco VPN using my username/password, when I try to connect to any of the servers, it is giving connection timed out error.
Whereas, my team members across other locations are able to connect to the servers using my VPN username/password.
I thought there might be some issue with my laptop or internet datacard. I got my laptop formatted, even tried out with fresh new laptops & new internet datacards, but the issue remains same.
I have tried using vpn_5.0.06.0160-k9 & vpnclient-5.0.05.0290-k9 to connect but issue did not get resolved.
I have a problem trying to forward ports needed for steam: my connection to internet looks like this Cisco epc3212 cable modem -> netgear wnr3500v2 ->my pc, all via ethernet cable I set up static ip for my pc and forwarded ports in router but after checking results on web port scanners it only changed from timed out to closed. I have no firewalls, neither on my pc or router, i called my isp and they told me they don't block any ports. I have windows 7. After trying dmz all my ports remain closed except for 3389 which is remote access for windows. I.ve been working on this for past few hours and i'm loosing my mind .

I tried the hard reset, several times, holding it in for 10 seconds after 3 seconds did not work. I held it in for 3 seconds, waited 1 minute, and just got a flashing red light. I did the same thing after holding reset in for 10 seconds. I have unplugged and replugged in the network cable on both ends several times and turned the power off and on on the router and camera several times. The camera only blinks with a red flashing light. Is it a brick now? Is there any other magic tricks to try?

So basically its not registering the IP address given and the wep key isn't wrong but its not approving it . Not sure what to do. I tried unplugging the router and I also did the same for the modem no luck. Signals 100% and my lap top and wii connect fine.

Until now i used a D-Link router with a DDNS account on dyndns.com. I used the ddns account for accesing the surveillance camera when i wasen't at home. The ports for the cameras are 80 and 83.I have a static ip and when i tiped the IP on broswer i was able to acces the camera with port 80 and when i tiped ip:83 i was able to acces the camera with port 83.Today i got a RV180W router made de configuration (ddns, port forwarding) but now when i type the ip address i can't see the camera, instead the router interface is loading and when i tipe ip:83 i get the message "The connection has timed out".I've tryed diferent things but i can acces the camera only by internal ip (192.168.1.x) but using the DDns address i can't acces the camera.

First attempt: Nexus-1 was successfully deployed on ESXi-1, but Nexus-2 which should be deployed on ESXi-2 returned an error: "Deploy OVF template":"Operation timed out." Second attempt: Deploying of Nexus-1 returned the same error Third attempt: The same as the first attempt.
It looks like that there is a time limit which is used for deploying OVA file and since file needs to be uploaded to ESXi it takes too long, so the installation fails. Is it possible to extend this time?
i have setup of following AIR-CT5508-K9 controller and around 20 AP spread all over the place, two SSID one guest and one for my employees.
the one for guest has web authentication, using Iphone every 2 to 3 minutes it time out and i have to reenter the credentails for web authentication.
