Can't Validate The Winsock Base Providers - 2

I received a message stating: Info-error attempting to validate the winsock base providers:2 Error- Not all base service provider entries could be found in winsock catalog. A reset is needed. Info- Redirecting user to support call I did the reset in command prompt as I read you told other people with this problem to do. But I still keep getting these messages.This is my sister's Dell Latitude 620.I used AVG and I think pc is clean. When I try to connect to a website page states that Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

suddenly all of my browsers stoped working,with mozzila it happens nothing at all,even don't show this page cannot be displayed thing,google chrome show that kind of message,while internet explorer suggest testing conectivity and shows message that problem is winsock provider catalog.

Just got a machine from another company and I'm not allowed to re-image it but I need to get it on our network. I think its got some serious network configuration on it but don't know what.Windows 2000 SP 4 machineIP address/DNS are set to autoconfigure but the IP is stuck on an old address and the DNS is blank.Setting a fixed IP/DNS doesn't work.I can't ping anything successfully.DHCP Server is unreachableOther computers can successfully communicate with the router through the connected ethernet link.Computer has been restarted multiple times.netsh winsock reset results in winsock reset command not found.netsh int ip reset reset.log [code]

1)For 3650X I found some contradiction in the Q&A about feature set LAN Base vs IP Base:
LAN Base: Can I do static IP routing ?
LAN Base: SVI => is this for intervlan routing ?
2)For 2960, there are 2 flavors (LAN lite and LAN BASE) Q: Can I do static routing on one of these flavors ?

I have numerous phones and laptops that connect to the router just fine and fastThis ASUS laptop (windows 7) with Centrino N6150 is very slow to validate. At least it appears that's the issue. The icon in the tray starts with a ! in the connection, then in about 45 seconds goes to a blue chase circle, then in about 45 seconds connects.istory. I was getting disconnects from the WIFI router on a continual basis. I decided to put the router back to factory settings, did the pin reset etc, did a full setup and now we have this slow connect issue ALTHOUGH I never get a disconnect if I once get connected. Just seems to take forever to get it to connect.I've looked at conflicting IP's, no avail, seems fine. As mentioned, like the iphones connect almost instantly. The HP laptop connects fast (windows 7) but the asus now isn't happy.

I have been hacking at this problem for two days and can not figure it out.I built a new computer ASUS M3A78-T and installed windows 7 64bit everything was working fine. I did not validate the version of windows because I was waiting to replace the 500g hard drive with a 120 ssd. By the time I recieved the ssd windows validation time had expired, I tried to validate the version of windows and I could not because the network adapter was now gone! This is strange because when I first built it it as fine and I was all over the internet via broadband ethernet cable.Now the internet box has a red x and will not recognize the cable and no lights are flashing on the back as well. It seems I ned to reinstall the driver so I used another computer and downloaded the only LAN file from ASUS website and nothing.

I've configured in an UC520 a SSL VPN.I can access properly and I can see the labels, but I only can access urls which are http, not https:I can access the default ip of the uc520 (192.168.1.10) but When I try to get access to a secure url I get the msg: Failed to validate server certificate I'm trying to access a Cisco Digital Media Manager, whose url is URL Does the certificate of both hardware has to be the same?

I have some iPhone in my company and they connect to VPN through an ASA (version 8.0.4). The vpn connection use a certificate to validate that the device can connect. All my devices used the ASA IP address to connect, I decide to change that and use a name to connect ( DNS resolution made by the ISP), a generate a new certificate and made a new vpn connection profile. My PC, mac book pro can connect using the new connection, but my iPhone display the message : "Could not validate certificate". I've checked all the configuration and can't find where the difference between my two connection profile.

I am having a problem using my Windows IAS radius server to validate management users for my 2112 Wireless Lan Controller.I have defined the radius server and it works ok with the policy for validating wireless clients but not for WLC management users.The Remote access policy seems to be set up correctly as the event viewer on the server shows:-

i have windows 2008 R2 as CA server. and i also have 2911 router as remote vpn server. Everything works fine for desktops computers and leptops. Users automatically enroll certificates on Microsoft CA server and get connected to vpn. But problem is with ipads. When i try to connect from ipad error massage deslpays "Could not validate the server certificate" and i also get chis error massage from router "CRYPTO-4-IKMP_BAD_MESSAGE: IKE message from x.x.x.x failed its sanity check or is malformed"
With ipads built in vpn client i can see the installed certificate and use it but with anyconnect client no certificates are displayed.

Can I have 2 Internet providers?I've been with Orange broadband for a few months and it's been unusably slow, so we're cancelling the contract and changing to Sky. Orange are making us trouble-shoot before this can happen, so the preference would be to install Sky, leave the Orange router unplugged and ignore it until the contract ends. Is this realistic? I know both couldn't use the line at the same time, but could we just unplug our Orange router or would it create slow down or not work at all?

I have some network experience but not a lot so here is my problem.I have a zyxel q1000z from qwest that i want to bridge to my dir 655.I go through the settings to put their router/modem to bridge mode. This units default ip is the same as tslinkink, 192.168.0.1 so i change the d-link to 192.168.0.2. I then go into the D-link and enter my isp's pppoe settings and password. I reboot when i am done but can't connect to the internet.It shows connected but that's it. I want to use the d-link as the only router as the zyxel has very few settings and has slowed down my netflix.

I've had occasional issues with 5505 upgrades going south when the boot hangs on the image load due to a corrupt image. I need a way to validate the checksum of the new image after it is copied to flash. Remote upgrades become a real pain when you have to go onside just to delete an image, copy it into flash again, and boot.

I have got Linksys RV082 in my home network to use it as load balancer between 2 providers.Is it possible to make some customisation in scenarioses and logging system? We have two MPLS circuits managed by two different suppliers, one carries VOICE the other DATAWe are to decommision the VOICE MPLS and have increased the bandwith of the DATA MPLS to carry VoIP traffic too.
At both of our sites A & B ,devices connected to the LAN have a default gateway of the VOICE providers Cisco 2600 router , which then goes into the LAN switching. (see diagram)So what I am trying to achieve is toto simply replace these 2600 routers from the VOICE MPLS provider with our own so we dont have to change the default gateways at both sites.
Testing
Our Cisco 2600 routes are plugged into each LAN switching environment with two subinterfaces configured, one for voip and the other for dataThe problem is from the router and respective subinterfaces we can get to the other sites destination without any issue, but if for example a user is at site A with Ip address 10.16.11.12/16 they cant ping the VOIP subnet at site B 10.3.11.0/24. But If a ping is issue from the Site A test router then the 10.3.11.0/24 subnet is reachable but only on the 10.3.12.0/24 configured subinterface.So i guess what Im saying is 10.16.0.0/16 from the LAN needs to be able to get to 10.3.11.0/24Note at site A 10.16.0.0/16 & 10.3.12.0/24 can communicate no problem and at site B 10.207.0.0/16 & 10.3.11.0/24 can communicate no problem.We are using IP routing, should we be using route-maps?

Can I connect 2 or more wireless repeaters to the same wireless base station signal to extend wireless coverage? I.e. The base station is located in the centre of the building and the signal covers the middle but not the extreme end of the building. I would like to add a repeater on each opposite sides of the signal's reach so it covers the complete building. I can't use LAN cable and the building has different electricity supply to the 3 different part of the building so can't use the mains to carry the signal. Is this possible using wirless repeaters or do I have to use wireless bridge units to connect to the base station and then output with wireless access points attached to the bridge unit to extend the wirless signal?

I'm planning to use 2 3560X (access switch) on two different locations connected over two 2921 routers in small ring. 3560Xs are directly connected via fiber. Each 3560X is conected to its own 2921, and 2921s are connected together with GRE over IPSec. So they are creating ring.I'm planning to use small area 0 in this scenario. There are less then 200 routes in the network. Will 12.2(55) IP Base on 3560X support this scenario or I will need IP Services image? "OSPF for routed access" is still little vague to me, there are only tipical case study scenarios.

I currently purchased, Cisco 1941/K9 with 2 onboard GE, 2 EHWIC slots, 1 ISM slot, 256MB CF default, 512MB DRAM default, IP Base.
Questions
1. With IP Base License, will I be able to run Frame Relay? I really need reference on what works and what doesn't between these different technology package licenses ? Actually frame relay is running on it right now, hope it doesn't suddenly stop after 60 days...
2. As I understand in order to run MPLS, I will need to upgrade to Data License "SL-19-DATA-K9". Since, I already have a Cisco 1941 to upgrade it, I need to order a spare license / paper PAK?
3. Does the IP Base License support site to site IPSEC VPN or do I need to purchase a security license "SL-19-SEC-K9"
4. Can I have both security and data license activated on the same device ?
5. If I do activate security or data license will I be able to use the IP Base features at the same time?
6. If I purchase a new Cisco 1941 with Data or Security License do I need to purchase the IP Base License then upgrade the license?
7. Is the 1941 suited for voice application routing ?
