I was trying to get into the router the other day and it gave me invalid password consistently. I have hardware version B1 and firmware version 2.00NA. This had been working fine but this along with remote desktop no longer work.
View 5 RepliesI have successfully installed a DCS-930L camera. However, when I add a second DCS-942L camera everything stops when I enter my existing account and password stating that they are incorrect (which they are not). The answer I get is: "Invalid e-mail and password combination".

The admin username and password does not work any more. All Read only and Guest Account did not work as well.Is any one had this issue before? Is there a restriction for access to WCL per 3 hours or one day? By the way, I did not change any password.

can debug this from ACS if not how can view the authentication records from core switch?
I have WRT54G2 that I've set up my wireless network on. My Kindle, just the basic one, sees and recognizes the network. It has good signal from it. When I attempt to sign in though the Kindle says my password is invalid or it says it just can not connect. I have gone over and checked what I hope are all the settings but to no avail.

The tera term pro displayed nothing at all! In thin case, what should I do to setup the router? View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a ASA 5520 which is intended to use as a VPN for clients using PDA, I think the PDA is a very old product that the VPN only support CHAP/ MS- CHAP, but seems it cannot connect the VPN, it will prompt "invalid username and password" (but in fact the username and password is valid when using PAP), below is the log i captured from the ASDM when the PDA is connecting the VPN. when i tried to connect it in windows PC, I also have the same issue if the VPN setting is using MS-CHAP, if I choose PAP, it can connect with no problem. But the PDA has no option of PAP. [code]

Of course, it doesn't tell me which entry is invalid and I have a number of them. After further checking.. View 11 Replies View RelatedI had no problem running both 2.4 and 5.0 Bandwidth. With WiFi password and without. It does it's job. The 2.4Ghz Range Plus works. I have set up the router on the 2nd floor at the highest it can go. And everyone get's full bars all over the house. I even get 4-5 bars outside in my car on my phone.
The only issue I have with this thing is a damn new netbook I got for Christmas with a Mac Address starting with 0C-EE-E6-XX-XX-XX. The Router finds the Mac Address invalid. In which I can come to understand cause seeing a Mac Address starting like that is completely new to me. Every Mac Address I have, started with 00 except the netbook. So now, I spent days trying to find firmware updates, patches, anything! I even attempted to spoof the Mac Address on the netbook but Microsoft has a bug on Windows 7. (I have the Starter Edition that came with the netbook)
Windows 7 Mac Spoofing works with WIRED Connection. But it does not work with WIRELESS Connection. I used 3rd Party Tools: SMAC and etc... I attempted Registry Edits, I changed even the value key to the "Orginal Mac Address" and it just wont change [New Strings/Network Address Edits included]. I have been banging my head about this for a week now. The Internets has many answers but they did not work. So Spoofing the Mac Address is out of the question. Until Microsoft fixes this bug.
Anyway: Did D-Link release any sort of beta update/driver/firmware or anything to resolve this at all? Is there a modded firmware to force the Router to take this stupid paradox of a Mac Address?

Issue: When I attempt to save the changes I made to the DHCP reservation list I get an error window that reads:
http:\201.201.201.201 (my internal router IP address - changed from 192.168.0.1)
Host name Invalid I have a DHCP Range setup as 201.201.201.100 to 201.201.201.199
I'm attempting to reserve an IP address of 201.201.201.199 for one of the computers on my network.
I can see the computer on the dir825 router and am connecting to it through a linksys wrtgs working as a repeater bridge running dd-wrt. The computer in question is successfully getting it's IP address from the dhcp server on the dlink router.
The dir825 is running 2.05na firmware. Why am I unable to reserve an IP address?
Does 6rd working on the DIR-601?
For example if I enter the Comcast 6rd parameters:
6rd IPv6 prefix 2001:55c:: /32 6rd border relay IP address 69.252.80.66
I then click on "Save Settings". Now I get a pop up message that says "Invalid IP address" I'm running firmware 1.02NA
"The license is invalid." (Error code:2268435460) it happens with all versions tested on several PCs (Win2003 Server, WinXP). Already tried to reboot, edit the registry, etc but no luck. Using 3 dcs 2121?

(Since the 655 has "N" speed, we can transfer large files between computers much faster than with the 2Wire.) The setup has worked fine for a few years, but recently both devices were slow. After turning them off and on a few times, unplugging, etc., without much effect, I reset both units. They're working now, but I've lost our network name and password; our Macs (and iPhone & iPad) are now using the default unlocked Dlink network. I tried to input the Dlink's default IP address, 192.168.0.1, but the address never connects. Any suggestions on how I can access our DIR 655's IP address, so I can reinstall a password and network name? If our tech guy (now unavailable) changed the Dlink's default IP address years ago, wouldn't it it have reverted to the 192.168.0.1 when I reset?
