Servers :: Logon Failure - Target Account Name Is Incorrect?

i have two servers that is Primary domain Controller and File Server. When i remove the client computer from the domain and try to rejoin the domain again it refuses, when i ping it replies. i can not assess files in the file server It prompt"Logon Failure: the target account name is incorrect" Suprisingly When i logon in other clients its OK. but some clients give ths said error though the communication with the server is fine

I have three PCs in my lan. (A, B & C).I can access shared drives of B & C from A
I can access shared drive of A from C but cannot access B from C
I can access shared drive of C from A & B.
I get error message "Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer".
All the systems are Win 7, A & B are desktop and C is a laptop.I added the C's name in A's "Security Settings -> Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment -> Access this Computer from the Network" too. Still can't access.

sbs 2003 never had updates installed till now and required reboot. it took 3 hrs to startup and now i just logon and it is still applying computer settings. i booted to safemode and changed DNS and still slow logon - going on 45min.

I have configured a Microsoft Server 2008 R2 with Radius Server and connect it with a Cisco SG300 Switch.
If a new device connect to the switch it goes automatically to the guestnet. If a device with the correct certificate and a valid useraccount connect to the switch, the deivce goes in to the local company network.
Now my problem: If I connect a device which is in the domain and which have installed the correct certificate and want to login with a new domain user (which is not cached in windows) I can not login.
The following message appears: "There are Currently no Logon Servers Available"
I think the problem is that the authentication process only starts after a user have succsess logged in in windows.
Now I search for a solution which allows me to conntact the Logon Server for Domain Login before the User has logged in.

I have a wireless network infrastructure that is controlled by two WLC 5508s, Prime NCS and ISE. I have two networks for my users, an employee network and a student network. I started publishing the information for these networks via a group policy and the settings are identical, with the exception to the SSID.
My employees can logon to the employee network with no problems. I can walk up to any laptop, regardless if I have logged on to it before or not, and logon with no issues. ISE correctly profiles my account and authorizes me for the right profile. My students however are another story. Laptops that are designated for student use have the wireless network in their network list, and at the logon it shows that it will attempt to connect to the STUDENTS network. When I enter in a student username and password, it begins to login but then gives an error that says:
'There are currently no logon servers available to process the logon request'
The students cannot login at all. I can use my domain admin or my account and login to one of the units with no problem, even if I haven't logged onto the unit before with that account.
I don't know if this is an ISE issue or some other type of issue. I'm leaning towards ISE being the issue, since its what is passing authentication through to the domain. I have my students all in groups and I have those groups added to ISE, just like I have my employees added.

I was attempting to troubleshoot a logon problem with some machines, when it was finally revealed that there was a managed switch between the host and the target preventing this.
How would I detect this in the future? (A tracert showed nothing between host and target.) Would Wireshark show me this info, with reduced TTLs?
getting a picture of all devices between a host and a target?

My company recently purchased a custom domain name through In Motion Hosting (inmotionhosting.com) which has worked great up until today. As of this morning we are not able to view our webpage online (ronnysinc.com) or any inmotionhosting pages including our email accounts. However, we can view any other website and computers outside of our network seem to be able to view those pages without any problem. [code] As you can see it works fine with any other website such as google. My initial thought was it was being blocked by our firewall but when I log into the router I do not see any firewall settings that would create this block. I also tried resetting the router and flushing the DNS with no success.

I have two ACS 5.2 running as primary and secondary instances respectively. When I try to delete a remote log target under System Administration > ... > Configuration > Log Configuration > Remote Log Targets I get the following error message...."The item you trying to delete is referenced by other items. You must remove all references to this item before it can be deleted".
I have searched the configuration within the web gui and was unable to find anything that reference the object that I'm trying to delete.

I am using an ASA 5520 running 8.2(4). My objective is to get a VPN client to access more than one network on the inside of the network, i.e., I need to VPN in with an IPSec client and be able to establish tcp connections to servers at 192.168.210.x and 10.21.9.x and 10.21.3.x, I believe I am close to having this resolved, but seem to have a routing issue.

I would like to limit the bandwidth available to a different target machine. I have been trying to do this on a Cisco 3750, but first I came across this message:

Is there any documentation, I searched the forum but all I see are complex solutions, I just wanted to limit the bandwidth for a machine that is in a different site. I wanted to apply the policy on an interface SVI.

Today when we run one applcation to access a target server with IP address 10.2.2.13, the application cannot run through and appearing error message related networking.The target server has two network ports whereby another one with IP 10.2.2.14 is running OK with the same application. All these two connections are connected to the same Cisco switch 3750, after the switch then go to Cisco ASA firewall which has no access control rule for this 10.2.2.13 and its subnet, and then the firewall connect directly to the application server.We can ping, remote desktop access and telent port for the application to the target server by using 10.2.2.13.We swapped the cable connection of the ports from one another and try the application again, the IP with 10.2.2.13 is still fail and IP with 10.2.2.14 is OK.We then change the IP from 10.2.2.13 to 10.2.2.12 or 10.2.2.155, all are OK. We changed back to 10.2.2.13, it is failed again.The switch is in running real time production and so we cannot power cycle or reload the switch.

I'm configuring a console server for configuring remote devices. This is working well except for the fact that if a target device is in ROMMON mode, the console server refuses to displays the target device console. It does open the connection but the ROMMON prompt is not shown on the console server . This is essential for this device as we will need to use it to reset passwords remotely and thus need to be able to access ROMMON mode from the console server.
Parts used are a 2951 router and a HWIC-8A serial card. Posted my config below:

I have and 880 W router. The LAN members can get out t o the internet. Now I want to configure NAT such that outside computers can access a couple of the machines using Remote Desktop (RDP). I am using Configuration Professional.
When I configure inside to outside, the remote computers can't connect to the target machines.When I configure outside to inside, the target machines acn't get to the internet.
When I try to use the advanced NAT definition wizard, I can't complete the task because the only inside pool (?) or LAN (?) is "designated" and not available to select. I can't free it up without deleting the one working NAT entry which is the one that enables all computers to reach the internet.

The loopback of the ASR1002 is 2.2.2.2. When I use a browser to access it, I got the authentication dialog box asking for username/password. I input the information and submit. But authentication box comes back again and ask for the username/password.
The username/password is test okay. But somehow, the web GUI just does not use it.

I work in a company that has all our computers on a domain. no one of End Users is local admin. I always use remote desktop to access End Users computers,when I log in with my user name its OK but when I try to log in with End-User user name I got this message.The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively.I do alot of searches and they said I have to add user name to remote access desktop group, which is difficult because I cannot add all users to the remote desktop group.when the user become a local admin to his machine , then I can access his computer remotely with his user name, and of course I cannot make all users local admins because I have to break the local admin group policy.

My DIR-655 has worked well for 3 months; both Ethernet and wireless. Yesterday I accidentally deleted this WiFi router from my Kindle Fire list of WiFi connections. I cannot logon with adsm anymore.when I run adsm, I type in my pw, and the screen keeps displaying "contacting the device". No timeout, just stays this way.I've updated the java version, no luck.I can connect with SSH with no problem. device = asa5550, 8.2(1) asdm 6.2(1) [code]

A customer of my have a ASA5510 and want to use de Cisco VPN Client with the opties start before logon but I can find that option in the client. The computer is running on Windows 7. Does the option is still there or on with operating systems it is supported?
Also I tryed to configure it with the AnyConnect client but I can found how I simple need to configure it. I have installed on my computer the AnyConnect Client and the AnyConnect GINA but I don't seen also the option.

I have an older Buffalo NAS that I use as an FTP server. Never had any problems, even after I changed my ISP to Qwest DSL last week. But I had wireless problems with the modem, and they swapped out my modem, and now with the new modem, I get a 421 Login Incorrect error when it tries to connect to the FTP Server address Though this version of WS_FTP Pro is not really compatible with Windows 7, I have been using it successfully up until my modem change.It keeps giving me a "421 Login Incorrect" error. I have reset the password on the NAS, and the modem is configured to accept FTP traffic via the NAS which is connected via Ethernet to the modem. All settings are the same as on the old modem, but no FTP.

so I've been getting disconnected from the Internet many times in a day,can't even count it and it's starting to bug me as I have online quizzes and assessments that I need to complete each week. Whenver I get disconnected I'll have to connect again to the modem (wireless) and each time I am told that I have the wrong security key but its correct, I am sure! It's only when I switch off the modem or my computer and restart either both or one of them that I can (by luck i guess?) get the Internet back again. I've been told by a friend that my period/session expired so I can't connect..and that the modem keeps relisting/refreshing (sry forgot what the exact term was) every hour or smth?
