Aside from our IOS-based switches we've got a SG200-18 acting as a workgroup switch.
I'd like to set up user authentication on the SG200 (i.e. authentication of users accessing the switch) as well as 802.1x validation of end hosts via our existing Cisco ACS 5.x.
Unfortunately the docs for the SG200 in the chapter "Configuring RADIUS Parameters" only mentions "...For the RADIUS server to grant access to the web-based switch configuration utility, the RADIUS server must return cisco-avpair = shell:priv-lvl=15.... - no examples etc.
Since the WEB-based SG200-interface is absolutely new to me I'm looking for some hints/examples on how to set up the Cisco ACS Radius Server in order to interact with the SG200.
We recently switched from Centennial aircard to Verizon aircard (USB760) for our laptop. We have two user accounts on our windows 7 pc. With Centennial we could switch between user accounts without closing sierra wireless manager but when I switch to another user now, a message comes up saying vzaccess manager running in another account and we cannot use the internet until we have shut it down in the account it is running in - which is a pain. I have tried right clicking vzaccess manager in all programs and it does not have a share option. I also went to properties under vzaccess manager and found a setting to share and set it up but it still will not share

When I go to add a tenth account the interface just hangs and stops responding. I can delete a user and then add another user and this works fine. I can also add other types of VPN users.

The adapter is a DLINK DWA-125 USB adapter.When logged into one of the admin accounts, internet works fine. When logged into one of the limited accounts, internet works fine.If I switch to either of the other accounts, the adapter can't get an IP address. If I switch back to one of the accounts that works, I get an IP right away.

1) I'm using a single subnet eg 192.168.1.0/24 for my wireless clients and i'm assigning them via the DHCP server from the WLC. As the clients are however made up of laptops and scanners, i would like to assign a range from 50-150 for the laptops and 151-250 for the scanners for easier identification. But it seems that from the WLC DHCP menu i'm not able to do this unless i segment them into a different network with different gateways.
2) Is there anyway to change the WLC user accounts password too? I dont seems to be able to find the option unless i delete the account and re-create it with the new password.
My home network is all Windows 7 computers (4 total), and are Ultimates except for my laptop, which is Home Pro. So that's 3 computers with Ultimate and 1 with home pro. I have one computer (also Win 7 Ult.) that's my primary computer, the other 2 computers are mostly HTPC computers that I have set up to stream from my main computer.I do know how to set up Home groups for sharing files, but I could only set it up that there would be full access to the shares or no access at all. [For simplicity: My primary computer will be PC-1, the 2 HTPC's will be PC-2 and PC-3, and my laptop PC-4.]PC-1 will host all the files I want access to. PC-2 and PC-3 will access my music and videos folders for streaming. PC-4 which is my own personal laptop will have full access to shared folders that I DO NOT want being able to be accessed on PC-2 and PC-3.I have tried many and various types of ways to deny access from PC-2 and PC-3, where PC-4 would be allowed access to on my PC-1, but every time it's either all PC's get access or NO access to the shared folders. I also want to keep all my user accounts as admins.

So networking was never something I was into while working on computers at home. I've been handed a significant position at work and I am learning a lot as I go. I want to know how to grant permissions for a domain user to a directory without adding the user to all of the sub-directories and directories. The only way I've figure thus far is to grant permissions to said folder, then inside remove the "inherit permissions..." but then I have to manually remove the permissions to every other sub-folder.I want to add a single path to a folder by adding single permissions to each folder until the directory in question is reached.

The problem we are experiencing is when a folder is created by user A, it cannot be moved by user B (and vice versa), as it says the folder is in use.The exact error is: Error Moving File or Folder.Cannot move <filename>: Access is denied.Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.I have explicitly set full control for both users on the folder. The drive has 70GB of 500GB remaining. I have also used File Server Management to verify the files were not in use when they were being moved.The server is Windows 2003, SP2. Domain environment, with all relevant users having permissions on the folder, and the everyone account removed. Any other operation inside the shared folder works fine.

I have turned off simple sharing on the XP machine. I hate XP!! So complicated to do anything. Anyway, under security, I have tried share this folder, and not to share folder. I have gone into Advanced and messed around with permissions, taking out Everyone, using Admin only, using Network. At one point I ended up not being able to access My Documents on the local computer and had to jump through many hoops to change ownership and disable read only so that the user could use her own files!The problem is, under Advanced in the permissions area, I cannot see the users on the remote pc to choose which one should be allowed access. how to actually find a particular user on the Win 7 pc and give ONLY that user permission to read (not to change) the files in My Documents on the XP pc.

That is: that I have a slow general storage drive that is becoming full. A fast HDD for recording onto with fraps and for programs that I won't use with fraps. I then have an SSD as my main drive which gets VERY full VERY quickly. I then have another computer that has a pretty quick 1TB RAID 0 running and a gigabit network, the network being the bottleneck but still pretty damn quick (120MB/s which is plenty fast enough).
Now, what I intend to do is have my storage drive stay as is; my fraps drive to continue it's job, and then for my old computer to store my big programs to run off, things like games. Is it possible to do this as when I've tried it says I don't have permission even though I gave access to the whole HDD from the network. (I'm installing on this computer but changing to the mapped network drive for the install directory).
