On Page 16 of my N600 DB manual it says that below the "Router Status Light" and above the "WPS" letters there is a "Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) Light and Button". When I look at my router all I see in this space is a raised rectangular plastic strip. Should I have a light and button there?

I was having problems connecting to one of my usb devices that was plugged into my router. I unplugged the router to reset it and whenever it starts up it flashes green and the green light goes solid for less then a minute before turning red. It's a solid red light. I've tried unplugging everything and restarting it and nothing. Ironically it still lets me connect to the internet but when I access the control panel on my computer it shows as disconnected. Is this means my router is busted. This is my second Belkin Router and the only reason I had to replace the last one is because it was a G+Mimi router and I upgraded to an N Router.

I am trying to set up a desktop computer to have a wireless usb adapter running so I can connect to the Wireless-G Broadband Router. When I run the setup CD for the wireless usb adapter it asks me to push the Wi-Fi Protected Setup Button on the Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router.
I have looked at the Linksys router found an obscure button on the front with the Cisco Systems Copyright logo on it. I pushed this but the wireless usb adapter failed to locate the wireless network. There is also another button on the back of the Linksys Router that is a Reset button.
Can N600 DB Wi-Fi Range Extender have the exact same name as my N600 DB Router or does the extender have to have the additional characters "_xt" at the end of the extender name, when the first part matches the router name?

When the Wrt600N came out, it was said that the "Reserved" button would be enabled by a future firmware upgrade to support WiFi Protected Setup. Surely in the three or so years this has come to pass.Does anyone have a link to information on using WPS with the WRT600n?

When I run the setup off the install disk it attempts to install the driver needed for the N600, but every time it fails the install stating that the device is not functioning. Downstairs I have an older Dell PC that I use for my business. I have an Ethernet run from upstairs to downstairs.
