having the same problem with my Aquos TV. We have a 2wire router, that is directly connected to a home computer. all other computers are connected via wireless with no problems. I have followed the manual instructions, the TV finds the router with enough bars, input the wep key, but it fails to connect. [code]
I purchased the Sharp Aquos TV and it had connected to the internet NO problem. Here I am months later and it is not able to detect ANY wireless networks to connect to (and we have TWO wireless networks set up!). I have even tried to manually configure by entering all the wireless info and it still does not detect. What could possibly be wrong? My wireless is working FINE ~ I'm on my laptop now.
I just purchased a Sharp Aquos Quattron LC-70LE845U with SmartCentral user interface and I can not access any apps because I live in Puerto Rico which Sharp says is not part of the United States. I don't really care if it is or isn't but I do want to check out the apps because right now its not really a smart TV and I kinda feel a little jipped. Any way I want to spoof the IP to think that it is in the United States. However I don't think that I can go the software route because Sharp has its own operating system and browser so I don't know what would be compatible. I'm using a D-link DGL4100 router if that information is useful.
I have an E4200 with a USB hard drive connected to its USB port. I want to use the E4200 media server to stream divx and other video files on my Sharp Aquos HDTVs.I have an LC-70LE732U and a LC-52LE832U wired to my network. Both of them seem to discover and successfully connect to my media server however only MP3s and certain MPG files are detected. None of the AVI files show up.I have upgraded my E4200 firmware to 1.0.03 hoping that would fix the problem but it didn't. I don't want to run a Windows based media server as I don't have a computer that I can leave on all the time.
I've got the power cut while PC was running (w7). After rebooting I'm not able to connect to the internet anymore.
In Device Manager, under Network Adapters there is a "Realtek PCIe GBE..." device properly installed. But under Other Devices there are now more entries with exclamation mark:
I tried updating the drivers, then deleting and reinstalling but no success so far. Still can't connect to the internet. The browser can see the router, at 192.168.1.1 I don't know where the problem is.
I can't connect too any game servers. This is the error i get when i try to log into any acount on League of Legends:Connection Failure: Unable to connect to the PVP.net server.Information regarding what may have caused this error can be found here.Service availability can be viewed on the League of Legends Server Status web page.
I have an issue with the Cisco SG200-50p and almost all of the POE ports on the switch.
We had an issue with the UPS in the server rack yesterday where the UPS failed and turned off all power to the equipment in the rack. It is possible that something was blown in the UPS itself. I was able to reroute power to all devices but the only one that seems to have an issue is the SG200-50p switch. After the power was restored the unit refuses to acknowledge all the IP phones plugged into the POE ports. Running a copper test via the web interface on the majority of the POE ports are listed as Operational Status: Down.
I have tested the affected ports with Laptops, other switches, and simple loop test to verify that the port operational status after a coper test goes back to 'Up' when any of these devices are connected to the those ports. However it fails to recognize when one of the IP phones are connected at all. There are not even any lights on the device for those ports and the status is listed as 'Down' when I plug in any of the IP phones. The IP phone is a Linksys IP Phone SPA922. I know the phones are good because when I connect them through another POE switch they come on and function properly.
I am running 32 bit windows 7 on my mac with boot camp. Normally, all is fine, but for some reason I can't connect to the internet on windows 7, but I can on my Mac OS on the same computer. I ran troubleshoot, but it says it can't find any problems. I was connecting to my home network yesterday, but I couldn't get on the internet, however now I'm just stuck connecting to "Identifying...". I installed a game yesterday, and I'm thinking that could be the problem, but I can't uninstall it because I can't connect to Steam. I tried system restore, but I get the error message 0x80070001, and if i choose to press run system restore anyway, I get the message "Catastrophic failure 0x8000ffff". Everything is plugged in.
I made a lot of tests during some days with a wlc4402 and everything was ok.
One day when I tried to reset the system I had a lot of errors (see attach) and could not go on. After changing the image the following output appeared: "RAM Disk Image Integrity Check Failed (Bad Magic Number) Hanging". Now I have no response from the controller.
We've (an independent school) just bought an SR520 with a view to replacing one of our Draytek 2820s. We need to set up some site-to-site VPN with NAT and the Drayteks won't do it.
I've been trying to configure the SR520 in just the most basic fashion using CCA (3.1) and the CLI but with no success. I can't get a PPP connection with our ISP.
I've tried following the instructions in the software config pdf and also tried replicating the various 'running configs' reported in other posts in this forum to allow connection to a UK ISP, with no success. I don't know how many times I've reset the poor thing to factory defaults.
I have to say that I'm dismayed at how flaky the CCA appears to be. Many of the things I've tried with it simply don't work and often end up in it hanging. Close to useless in my view.
So instead I've tried to use the CLI which seems a lot more solid but is somewhat impenetrable and there's precious little by way of supporting explanation.

I've configured the router using the Easy Setup Assistant CD provided and have a wifi connection between the router provided however when using network diagnostics, while the wifi connection is fine, I am getting "failed to connect to Internet" and "failed to connect to server" messages. I have tried adjusting settings manually but without any progress.
The Lg840g is a tracfone with wifi capability. I get strong wifi signal and connection at home, but receive failure to connect to requested host message when I open the browser. This phone works at wayport wifi, so I assume it's a compatibility problem with the router. Is there a fix? (Router works great with our Acer and Kindle tablets though.)
Whenever I try to open multiple sites, I will get a DNS lookup failure. Whenever I torrent something, websites give me a DNS lookup failure. Watch Youtube and open anoter site, DNS lookup failure. It seems that when I try to use too much internet I crash something... which doesn't make any sense because this problem has only come up recently. The only thing that I can think of is that I was messing around with the DNS to be able to connect to the American Netflix (I'm Canadian). I was using a site called "ZenOK" I believe, which gives you a server to connect to, and then a week later tells you it's no longer free (which they didn't mention in the signup)... so I removed the DNS number in my internet protocols, but I still get American Netflix.
I know that CW Common Services 3.3 does not work with pre-defined roles on ACS AAA. So I followed these forums and enabled non-ACS AAA and selected TACACS+. I have a single rule that is matching in my ACS (after looking at the audit trail):
Authentication Details Status: Passed
[Code]....
As you may have noticed even though it is matching an access service that allows Priv15. That doesn't seem to be passing through as you can see on top I am only receiving Priv 1. What can I do to properly pass through the access service profile?
So we had a PCI scan, and we failed on a couple things where the devices are HP printers. For those that don't know, PCI = Payment Card Industry

service tcp 34862 Linux nfs-utils Overflow
The rpc.mountd service was detected on this server. This is a remote procedure call (RPC) based service that is known to have an overflow vulnerability which can give root-level access to an attacker. Note that this service may have been activated by default when you installed your operating system.

service udp 2049 RPC nfsd Detected
The nfsd program faciliates the Unix Network File System, which is rarely meant to be exposed to the public Internet. Many Unix/Linux systems activate a number of RPC services by default during installation. The nfsd program has also had vulnerabilities which could allow an attacker to gain control of this system.

These 3 came from an HP LaserJet M4345 MFP.What needs to be disabled? Strangely, the other M4345's didn't get these. I compared configurations, but everything was the same that I could see (except for the SNMP setting).
In our company we are using Ciscoworks LMS3.0.( DFM 3.0.1, RME 4.1.1.) In DFM, every day at 8:00 PM we receive alarm authorization failure on Core switch ( source is cisco works server IP).

i have a Echolife HG520c. internet through wireless is working fine but the internet through cable is not. this seems unusual FYI: i have checked the connections and all are fine, i have restarted my system and also the Echolife HG520c and it still has the same problem
Model No.BiPAC 5200S, Firmware: v2.10.1.0(UEO.C2C)3.6.0.0The router was supplied by Tata Indicam nearly 7 years back. Now I tried to configure for Bsnl BroadbandConfiguration is completed as specified in the user manual without any hitchRestarted the system as directed. But rebooting is not fructified. The system did not respond. Hence closed. Later verified the diagnostics and found that the adsl synchronization is failed. I am not a qualified person to analyze the problem.
I can access the internet just fine, but when I try to connect using a VPN It times out. When I ping the desktop in question, I get a timeout, and when I ping anything from the desktop I get "general failure".I've tried allowing echo responses through the firewall, and disabling the firewall, to no avail.
trying to connect studio 540 desktop by wireless connection with homeowners airport extreme. windows cant find connection. sure had wireless card installed at purchase. what adapter do i need? wireless card? what are options for wireless network connection for this desktop
We pay for the 12 Mbps package from Comcast and speedtest.net shows that we get a roughly 18 - 19 Mbps connection. We have 4 computers connected to the network, one hard-lined and three wireless.
Usually it is not a problem for my roommate and I to play online games like TF2, Eve, Minecraft, L4D2 with C3 voice chat on our desktops while I simultaneously stream something from Netflix across my laptop.
Lately though, something has changed.
Now, whenever I am using my desktop and playing a game or downloading something (at roughly 2 Mbps) it seems to hog ALL of the bandwidth from the other computers on the network as Netflix suddenly begins having buffering issues on my laptop (wireless) and on my roommate's dektop.
As an example:
For the past few days my roommate and I have been trying to play Minecraft, we use C3 to voice chat while we play and I ALWAYS stream something across Netflix while we play. So in this instance we have one hard-lined connection and one wireless connection running Minecraft (across the LAN) and C3 (across the web) and one additional wireless connection streaming video from netflix (NOT HD Video).
This is common usage for us and it has NEVER been a problem in the past, but in the past few days this setup causes my desktop to lose bandwidth which forces my friend out of the game and causes latency issues with the voice chat program (sound breaks up and my roommate hears my voice chat nearly a minute after I've spoken).
Also, it seems that when my desktop (wireless) connection is working fine using around 2 Mbps, it seems to kill my laptop's (wireless) bandwidth and on one occasion the other night seemed to also affect my roommate's desktop (hard-lined) bandwidth while he was watching something on Netflix.
I've my ACS linked with AD to give administration access to few network devices and I've created an access policy to link my AD groups with those network devices and command sets.
Unfortunately I found I can use any user from my AD to login to my devices. Only LOGIN, the authorization definition is restricting the command set for those users.
How can I restrict the LOGIN to an specific AD group?
we cant create EoX and PSIRT reports For Job-Log please see attached 1007.1.log.Patch lms40x-win-CSCto46927-0 has been installed already.CCO-Credentials + Proxy-settings in LMS must be oK, because we are able to auto download device packages for instance.
We have several unknown devices within our inventory. When running an inventory report the message I get back is "No Credentials available".
For inventory checks is it just SNMP that is used or is it the standard credentials that are needed ?
I am planning to edit the credentials for the single device manually to see if this makes a difference. Our integration is with ACS and we have a machine account with admin priveleges.
Device Verification for the device states "Device Not reachable" for SNMP and SSH. There are no drops on any of our firewalls but snmpwalk does work from the command prompt from the LMS server.
Are there any further checks I can make for these 2 messages:
* "No Credentials available". * "Device Not reachable"
I manage a small business with 10 computers running off my network. They are all connected to the internet through a RV016. We recently created a new website and purchased a new domain through In Motion Hosting. I have a randomly reoccuring issue, usually in the morning, that seems to resolve itself after a couple hours on it's own. I have dealt with tech support from In Motion Hosting and my ISP who have both come to the determination that the problem lies within my gateway.
When I attempt to log on to my companies website [URL] my browser is unable to locate the webpage. Also, if I try to access the website for In Motion Hosting [URL] or to access our webmail [URL]I am unable to do so because the DNS lookup failed. I can view any other web page on the internet without a problem. I can not ping or tracert either website successfully, however when I called In Motion Hosting and got the IP addresses for the two I was able to ping and tracert them without a problem.
As I said the problem happens randomly and seems to resolve itself within 2-8 hours. However we are unable to access our email during these "blackouts" which is becoming a huge problem.
Is there a setting within the RV016 that might be causing this to happen?
I have Samsung Tablet Windows 8 32-bit I installed VPN Client Version 5.0.07.0410 successfully installed, but I cant connect through the profile always got Driver failure 440.
I'm using the Cisco ANM 5.2 version and I'm trying to import the configurations from ACE modules of Cisco switches. The first step is to import the configuration from Cisco switch and the second one is to import the ACE module in the ANM software. I'm getting an authentication problem to import the configuration from Cisco switch and of course I cannot import the ACE as well. The switches and the ACE are using AAA authentication and I have created a specific username to authenticate and import the configurations in the ANM. If I remove the AAA configurations from the switches and ACE modules it works fine.
Is there some problem with the AAA configurations in the switches or ACE module?
After I upgrading all device packages, inventory collection failure to complete. All devices stuck on pending state and at the end of the job all devices are under not attempted and job result description ses " Timed out. Make shure that ICServer is running". I made sure that ICServer is running.
