Aug 22, 2012I have a facebook account for work and another one personal, and another one for my family, sometimes it's distrubing to log in into the 3 accounts at once, is there any solution how to log into the 3 accounts using a single Skype ID? or a chat webpage such as meebo before instant chat which acquired by google on the 11 of july 2012, I used to log in meebo using my 2 MSN accounts an 1 yahoo account at once, it was a great one indeed?

Nov 8, 2012I had a small issue wherein my pc would lose ALL network connection to my pc, but the network icon showed that i had full signal, no issues. as long as i sign in on skype before the internet drops, it will stay on after it drops and i can still chat and everything, and to fix, i had to restart my pc. well, it had gotten better.And now its back, and WAY worse then before. skype doesnt have time to sign in upon bootup, and wont connect. steam wont connect, NOTHING will conect, but i still show full signal and no yellow mark or anything! I have done the following:
reboot(derp)
reinstall drivers
move wifi adapter
disable IPv6

and no, i am not able to reinstall windows. I am going to try (soon, i am not able to just yet) direct ethernet to my router. all other PCs in the house are working perfectly, even this one that is slow as crap because it has windows 7 and is designed for windows XP.

Had to re-enter internet provider user id and password. Was told I needed to make sure that information was in my D-link router, so I typed 192.168.0.1 as internet address. I don't get a webpage to enter the userid and password.

Feb 2, 2013I've been having an issue when trying to connect to Facebook since last week. Whenever I try to get in the webpage I get a time out error message, on any browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE). I can reach every other website completely normal, and I can even connect to alternate forms of Facebook like m.facebook.com or beta.facebook.com, and the local site (I speak spanish) es-es.facebook.com allows me to see the login screen, but when accessing to anything else, it redirects me to the url...version, thus resulting in a time out. This problem started suddenly, after using this notebook with no trouble for more than a year .I should mention that this happens only in this machine, as there are others connected to the same network, and that I've tested this one in more than one network, from different ISP, by wi-fi and Ethernet cable, everything giving me same results.
- Tried different browsers.
- Two different networks and ISP, both by cable and wi-fi.
- ping'ed and tracert'ed facebook.com.
- Updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, practically anihilated and resucitated both wired and wireless NIC drivers.
- Made a complete system restoration to a week before this started.
- Changed MAC Address from both wired and wireless NICs.
- Completely turned off every firewall.
- Tried Google Public DNS for both IPv4 and iPv6.
- Ran antivirus.

Aug 27, 2011My internet here is fine except for when it comes to facebook. I've tried this laptop which has 7 on, a pc with xp and my iphone all to no avail. The laptop works with it fine on other networks as does the phone. The rest of the internet is accessible without issue. It does work rarely but it seems to be random.

I've tried IE and Firefox on this computer and none of them will get me to Facebook. I've tried to ping Facebook and the request timed out. I've tried turning off my firewall and I've tried turning off Norton. other computers on this same network can connect to Facebook just fine. i'm baffled.

Dec 28, 2012I can't connect to facebook on any browser on this laptop. I can access it from my iphone and from my friends' laptops, but this one isn't letting me get to the page at all. It just turns up with "this webpage is not available" (same with firefox and ie) when i try to go to facebook. I tried running Malwarebytes and Mcafee, but neither of those found any problems. I can't connect to accounts associated with my facebook account either, like Wanelo or Elfster, and I can't connect to downloaded programs that I logged into with my facebook account such as Oovoo and facebook chat. The only thing I can connect to on this laptop is m.facebook.com, the mobile site.

I play world of warcraft and I log on, select my toon, get to the loading screen, and it either loads all the way and disconnects or goes all the way except a little and then disconnects me. It use to log on but i couldn't swithc specs w/o dcing. Also i would have to log off of skype, log on, then get back on to skype or i wasn't going to be able to get on. My brother use to have a desktop which he skyped 24/7 webcam and all, that didn't bother my gaming till he got a laptop. Now that hes on a laptop and only when using a laptop on wireless it makes my internet go crazy. I played wow and my ping was 110 once he got started in a webcam session it would fly up to 1000+ in ping. PS3 would lag to s---. I'm not exactly sure whats causing the horrible lag, I know the program that does it is Skype webcam when ran on wireless. Some people say they use you as a super nod whoring your net out to others. Others thing is too many incoming connections bottlenecking my router. Is there any way to fix solve this problem?. I lag even when QoS is set. He uses a Windows 7 Laptop.
