Cisco :: 3945 / 3750 / 2911 - Cannot Find Applicable Device Package

I have a trouble with Cisco view 6.1.8. I had update offline device package because i don't have internet . When i connect to switch router 3945 and switch 3750, router 2911 on Cisco view then I receive "cannot find applicable device package for 10.1.241.10". Need to reinstall device package. The version of Cisco work LMS is 3.2. I check Active log and receive message .
The Package(s) Selected for Install :
Cat2960, Cat3750, Rtr2900, Rtr3900, Rtr7000

I have added manually the cisco asa 5520 to lms 4.2 , because automatically the lms didn't discover it ,however when i tried to open the device using cisco.MessageCannot find applicable device package for 192.168.100.100This error could be due to one of the following:- The device package for this device type is not installed.- Device support for this device type is not available.- You are trying to open a component inside a device.To correct the problem, either install a device package for the device type, or open the parent device to manage the component.

When I check device update in admin-system-software center. I don't see any available package for the WLC 4400.

I have to replace the 3745 which is our edge router (running (C3745-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.4(23), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)) with (I think) a 3900 (drawing from memory, I haven't actually seen the device yet).In an ideal world, I SHOULD be able to just set term length to "0", do a show run, copy that off to a text file, and then paste it into the new one...

I'd like to establish a more robust border router/switch redundancy plan and would like to know if this seems like it would be reliable.I'm looking at using a couple of 3945 routers and 3750 switches in the configuration shown below.

I cannot ping and end node on my system from my Cisco 2911. I've tried to configure my computer to ping the device and I am able to. It seems the difference between using my computer and the 2911 is that with my computer I am able to set the default gateway as the end node's ip.

I have a network with the following structure
internet ---- cisco2911 ----cisco3750 --- internal lan
I have two email servers on different vlan
192.168.0.1 ----- 1.1.1.2 (public ip)
10.1.1.65 ---- 1.1.1.3 (public ip)
Before these servers were directly connected to the internet with two nics (Nightmare, I know). The Public IP on internet facing NIC and private ip on LAN facing nic. I'm in the process of changing this.I'm able to access internet from my vlans and also able to send emails but cannot receive emails on these servers.
My router congif is as follows:

I had a Linksys BEFSR41 router with AppleTV 1stGen with 0 problems.Now I have a DIR-655 Vb1 2.00NA firmware and itunes now cannot find the AppleTV as a device. I have tried resetting the AppleTV to factory defaults re-installing latest firmware and reinstalling itunes, powering down all devices etc., and no way can itunes find the appleTV although the appleTV is on the net and seen by the router.I have gone to a wired connection to the router too because the router kept dropping the wireless connection to the router too. I just found out that one of our 10 3750's has been assigned with an IP Address that is in conflict with a PC that has been in production long before this 3750 was deployed in our environment. Good thing it is servicing devices on a separate vlan. The conflict IP Address is assigned to the default vlan of the switch so we can connect to it from the core.If I change the IP Address of the switch, will it reboot and momentarily disconnect the devices connected to it?

I am having some issues adding updated definitions for Cisco C3750X-48PS switches.
We have ciscoworks LMS 3.2 and I need to update the definition/device support for these switches. We are conducting a network refresh and are having some issues with ciscoworks polling these devices correctly.
I have looked through the various user guides and searched on google with not much luck as to how to actually do this, the links I have found breifly go into it, but not indepth, and the cisco links I have found, of course have redirects to new pages which bear to resemblance to what is in the original document. Is there a clear guide out there on how to update the switch definiton in ciscoworks? So I can i can try and do this correctly?

We are using Catalyst 3750 switch stacks with software 12.2(44)SE. We have two stacks, only one with IP routing enabled.When we try to run an Acquisition Action on this, from Admin> Collection Settings> User Tracking, the system replies with an error "Failed to start acquisition: Device unreachable. Please enter a valid device"device Center reports "success" on all collector status.Acquisition starts successfully when we try with the other stack.With LMS 4.1 demo, users acquisition runs successfully.

can't find my wireless adapter in Device Manager.I was able to detect wireless connectivity yesterday. After we replaced our router, my laptop says my wireless adapter is disabled.I am unable to find the "Manage wireless networks" in Open Network and Sharing Center. My Fn+F2 buttons used to enable and disable wireless is not working either. I tried setting up our previous router but it still won't work. I am using Windows 7. Gateway NV59C.
