Cisco WAN :: 3640 / Load Sharing Between DSL And T1 Link On Router?

i have 2 x T1 terminating on border router cisco 3640 route. (configured using multilink interface). Our IP block is routed on this bundled T1 circuits by At&T. I want more internet bandwidth.
1. Can i connect my DSL (on ethernet interface and using static DSL IP) on the same router and confgure two static routes to internet - one to multilink interface and other to ethernet interface (connected to DSL) ?
2. I have many servers using static NAT to external IPs which are routed on T1 circuits. Will it get into issues when communicating to outside? [for example my exchange server, websites etc?
I have a 3640 router with 4 Fast Ethernet Network Modules (1fe-tx, 1fe2w & 2fe2w-v2) and a Catalyst 2912 switch. I can not acheive a link between the 2 devices. All four will not get a link light and the interface(s) show no errors. If I plug the Router nic into virtually any other switch or workstation it works flawlessly. I put a switch between the catalyst and the 3640 and it works without error.
Steps I have tried...
1. Configure interfaces on both Switch and Router to Auto Speed, Auto Duplex2. Configure interfaces on both Switch and Router to speed 100, Full Duplex3. Try Both Crossover and Straight-Through verified working cables.4. Tried a second 2912xl-en switch
Both 2912 switches are factory defaulted, other then the changes I made to the speed and duplex to try to get them connected.Both the router and switches have been doing other functions (seperatlly) within our network for years?So my question is...Why is the NICs in the router compatible with every other vendor other than CISCO?
Cisco Router 2851 connected with one ISP using 2 serials. the case is :
1)s0/0/1.1 is the only utilized and s0/0/0.1 utilization is zero. 2)when shutting down s0/0/1.1 : the other ,not utalized, link work perfect and forward all the traffic.

I tried the two (2) following commands but they are not supported :-

I have 4 ADSL lines from the same ISP going into one Cisco 887VA router. How can I do load sharing between the 4 lines without getting the ISP involved?
A customer has an ASA5520 and 2 ISP routers with one WAN link each, and wants to split the load over both routers based on source IP ("natted" IP on ASA). I found this excellent doc on the topic: {URL}. Using PBR to achieve this is an option I was looking at, but I have come across a possible loop doing this with 2 routers. Setup:
Both Routers receive default routes via BGP, and customer networks are propagated via BGP as well (i.e. the customer can specify the return path for the traffic). The ASA5520 forwards traffic to a HSRP virtual IP for redundancy purposes. If one router or ISP fails, all the traffic should use the other router/ISP. The customer wants to specify which traffic is sent over which link, by defining nat rules on the ASA. e.g. traffic sourced from the network 10.10.1.0/24 will always use ISP 1, and traffic sourced from the network 10.10.2.0/24 will always use ISP 2.
My problem: if I use route-maps on both routers (CE-1 and CE-2), sending part of the traffic to the other, and one ISP link fails, in my opinion I have a loop, since part of the traffic will get sent back to the router it came from. Is there any other was to achieve my goal without using PBR? I have looked at CEF and GLBP, but I cannot seem to find a way to load share via source IP.
We have our network setup as displayed in the attached. We have 2 HQ offices and 1 branch office. The branch office needs to connect to resources located at both HQs but taking the most effecient path. We have ethernet circuits connecting from each HQ to 2 x Cisco 3560 switches in the branch. HSRP has been configured on the 3560 switches with SW1 as active and SW2 as standby. OSFP has been configured in a single area 0 and the path cost on the link between HQs has been increase to allow 3560 SW1 to route to HQ1 directly and HQ2 via 3560 SW2.The 3560s are connected with a trunk with a L3 SVI for OSPF. This seems to work ok but I have noticed that the branch could become transit if the HQ1 to HQ2 link breaks. How can this be avoided? I realise that if we configure the branch subnets and SW1 to SW2 link in a stub area (area1) then all traffic will route from SW1 to HQ1 and will never share over SW2. I'm assuming that this is because OSPF chooses inter-area routes over intra-area.
I have a internet router 2921 .my isp is providing 100 mbps internet link with static public ip network .I am using a default static route to the isp wan ip .I am planning to upgrade 100 mbps to 114 mbps .Unfortunately my isp doesnt have gig port in their side .So they are ready to provide two 57 mbps line .Isp agreed they will route my public ip networks in both the links .
As a result i have two 54 mbps link with same network with two wan networks .My question is whether two default static route to both wan ip will carry out the load sharing correctly ?

We have a location that currently has one frame T1 and 4 point-to-point T1s. We are looking at adding a second frame T1 to be bonded with the first. Currently, we have an old 3640 router, so I am thinking this would be a good time for an upgrade. Cost is a concern, so I am hoping to buy something refurbished that is newer than what we have now but is not going to cost a ton as buying new would. My thought is either a 2821 or 2921 with 2 HWIC-4T1/E1. I am not familiar with this HWIC just wanting to make sure this a good solution for our situation.
I have 2 x Redundant Guest Anchor Controllers (5508) located in 2 separate Data Centers with all the management and guest user VLAN spanned between two. Everything is working fine with the Guest WiFi access except the DHCP functionality as the Controllers are acting themselves as the internal DHCP Servers.
This is how I tried to distribute : network. 10.1.0.0/23 gateway: 10.1.1.254 Controller 1, DHCP Server pool: 10.1.0.2 - 10.1.0.254 Gw: 10.1.1.254 Controller 2, DHCP Server pool: 10.1.1.2 - 10.1.1.254 Gw: 10.1.1.254
As the user load balancing between the Anchor Controllers cannot be controlled (i.e. they are active/active), the same client sometime getting 2 different IP addresses from both the Controllers (as they do not talk to each other in terms of DHCP) hence depleting the pool addresses.
I guess one way of solving this is to just run 1 DHCP server in one of the controllers but that defeats the purpose of having N+1 Controllers. Is there a better way of doing the DHCP load balancing and having full redundancy at the same time?
We have a quad port NIC on our Dell server.I want to take all 4 ports and plug it into our switch and have it all go to the same IP of the server and just have to share the data load in/out.Do I need to configure anything to do this?
One thing I noticed about this router compared to others is the operating temp.It's very "cool" compared to others I've had, especially Linksys. I have a Linksys E2000 that gets very warm, almost worrisomely so.

I have been confronted with an issue recently with two of my 3640 series router reloading endlessly.Initially i thought it could be a matter of MEM not well seated, but unfortunately it wasn't the problem.i have attached the gibberish produced when these routers are booted up.Be informed as well that these devices are loaded with max MEM.
The Cisco 3600 series (3640) is hanged during booting proccess, the IOS is decompressed, but after some text it hanges and I even cannot go to user exec. ROMmon and bypassing the config setting, but the result is still the same.
I am using a DIR 655 router with a DSL 526B modem/router combo. I always get a message saying "Oops! The page you requested is not available.". The page doesnt load (It sometimes does if I keep refreshing again and again). I read somewhere that it might be because I have to bridge my modem/router with my router

Whenever I use my router web pages often fail to load. Then after about 30 or seconds or so it will start working again. Even worse,if I go to game online I will have lag like crazy. Even if I am the only one on the router.I'm using a D-Link n300 gigabit router.
i have a adsl modem tp link td 8840, and i had this up and running well for about 3 days. then we decided to get a router cause my little sis got a ipad2.the router is dlink dir 61.so basically i followed all the instructions and the internet was working fine.then for some reason ign site stopped working, i thought that it was down for some reason and didn't think much of it and today when i tryed to go into hotmail or facebook it doesn't work either. so i can get into the log in pages of both, but when i put in the id and password, the screen goes blank and just says waiting for .... on the bottom (using google chrome).and it never loads.i tryed with other internet browsers and it din't work so i took out the router and re wired the adsl modem only and voila. all the sites started working again.i want to use my router but i don't know why i can't acess some sites when i have it connected.

Which WORKGROUP does router have for sharing? I need this, because I have WD TW live and want to access routers usb hdd through sharing. Because router media server only supports up to 100 files, I see no other solution.Is there anyway to set the workgroup

which ofcouurse did not work and ASA did not respond to 443 on either Anyconnect or HTTPS. Nothing showing in"show ip nat translations" for the incoming traffic from “ip nat outside source static tcp 15.236.10.0 192.168.4.2” and “ip nat inside source static tcp 192.168.4.2 15.236.10.0”
I have two routers I am trying to connect via the WIC-2T port. I can ping from router to router, but not from my PC (192.168.2.122) to the 3745 (10.0.1.3)..

My OS is Windows 7 SP1 32 bit, I also have Vista on the same Laptop (Duel Boot) with D-Link DWA-140 installed.Was installed on the same day and worked with no problem.Installed D-link DWA-140 on my laptop running Windows7 SP1, no problem with the installation.Clicked on the D-Link icon, up came D-link Wireless Connection Manager this was empty, clicked on new and entered my wireless network, clicked on activate, nothing happened.Went to Network and Sharing Center, On the left clicked on change adapter settings, my D-link Connection is showing Disabled, right click, then on Enable, changed to enabling, then enabled, D-link still Disabled.I have the message, Wireless adapter not found, Please insert the adapter now.I went to Device Manager then Network adapters the D-Link adapter is showing and there is No yellow triangle showing, right clicked, This device is working properly.
i can't access to the router interface page at 192.168.0.1 and not from ddns account. but the internet connection working good, and i'm downloading a lot of torrents in background. i just want to check something on the router and can't access to it, until i disconnect from the power adapter and restart it. maybe he's overloaded or something? how to solve this issue?
I stuck with a DIR-655 so I don't have to re-program all my custom settings.HOWEVER, I am attempting to load the settings file I saved from my A3 into my new B1 and it doesn't work. I have 4 computers using the DIR-615. One of them works just fine (windows 7) the other ones (XP sp3) are very slow, one of which is on the wireless the others are plugged in.
I've been having wireless range issues lately with my dir-615: a lot of holes seemed to have popped up in my house despite nothing changed (house or router location). This is after at least 2-3 years of good coverage and no issues. Went to look at the firmware & found 2.0 installed. Found out online that (I think) firmware is now at 4.11. Tried to download and install but both finding the update and unzipping it proved challenging. Specifically for the latter, unzipping kept yielding more zipped packages, like a russian doll
