Cisco Wireless :: 4402 WLC Web Interface Missing Buttons When Logged Through Radius?

I have a Cisco 4402-25 WLC with the below information that is having an interesting issue. When you log into the GUI interface with the local account and click on WIRELESS, then choose a accesspoint it brings up a menu where you have three buttons below for the following options (Hardware Reset - Reset AP Now), (Set to Factory Defaults - Clear All Config), and (Set to Factory Defaults - Clear Config Except Static IP). The problem I am having is we access all of our WLC's using Radius and when you enter your AD username and password and go to bounce a access point the GUI interface is missing the buttons, they however appear fine when logged in with the local account.

I have several controllers, including a 4402 running 6.0.188.0 software and I need to modify the Radius servers that it uses. Currently I have three servers listed;
1 - 10.246.194.16
2 - 10.200.31.78
3 - 10.247.50.56
I would like to delete server 1 which is being retired and replace it with a new server 1. I suspect, once i get servwe 1 deleted, the server 1 option would become available when I create a new server. I went into the controller and disabled server one, but every time I try and delete it, I get the "Server in use either on a specific WLAN or Mesh Radius Server Configuration" error. I can't find anywhere this server is still in service and being used, either by a WLAN or a Mesh. I've tried several different variances to modify this. What I hope to avoid is the need to reset the controller. I have a total of seven controllers that I need to make this modification to, and It will be ugly if I have to reboot these units. Hospital mission critical stuff.

When I upgraded my cisco 3750 ME from c3750me-i5k91-mz.122-46.SE to c3750me-i5k91-mz.122-58.SE2.bin all commands for radius disappeared? However, there are a lot of commands to ldap which was missing in the previous version. Seems as if the radius has disappeared and been replaced by ldap?

I have been trying to create a Guest WLan on my 4402 WLC system and have found several confilcting documents explaining the procedure. During this process I have notices that although the current corp wireless works, there was never a virtual interface created for it. Instead it uses the same Wlan/Vlan as the ap manager and managemnt interfaces. Could this by why I cant seem to get the Guest access working? or is this not a problem after all since the wireless does work.

I am writing in from Cuenca, Ecuador. I have a TD-W8901G Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router. I have accessed the interface using the default ip address:192.168.1.1.When I select Interface Setup from the menu, it only shows Internet and LAN as the only 2 options. Wireless is no longer there. It just disappeared! The LED indicator light for WLAN is also "OFF." When you try the Quick Start wizard guide, it cannot complete the setup because there is an IP address error.
I have changed the firmware 2x since, trying to remedy this, I have also tried factory resets at least 3x. Nothing has worked up to this point.

I came across an interesting issue and thought I would see if anyone else has encountered it before contacting TAC.I have two Cisco Catalyst WS-4510R-E switches with a single Supervisor V module in each chassis. Both Sup cards are now running 12.2(54) SG1; ipbasek9 firmware; yes, I plan to move both switches to 15 code but that's another story. Anyways, prior to the upgrade the one switch was running 12.2 (33) code; I suspect the code was never upgraded; running ipbase non - K9 code. The other switch was running 12.2(44) with K9 prior to upgrade to 12.2(54).

I've had my WRT110 for about 3 years or so, and it has worked fine for a long time. Today my computers were connecting to the router, but weren't getting internet access so I did the following:
checked lights on router and modem, they all indicated everything was working and normal Reset Modem,Reset Router,Still nothing. Called Comcast, they said everything was working fine from their end.Plugged my laptop into the ethernet connection on router.Plugged laptop directly into modem and it works fine.I saw the link on here to setup the router, and I have 0s on the internet ip, like it suggests at the end. When I click on the "release" and "renew" buttons nothing changes.

I just loaded the web interface IOS on a C3750X. The first thing I noticed was there was basically no web interface. I can look at things, and do default configurations on ports, but it doesn't appear I can configure VLANs or QoS or anything like that.
Am I missing something, or is this just how the web interface functions?

I keep getting disconnected from the game "Vindictus". I'm not sure what protocols it uses, but it shouldn't require any configuration on the Router, since it was working fine before. I upgraded the firmware to 4.13 in an attempt to fix the issue, but it didn't work. Some people have suggested "Endpoint filtering" to be set to independent, but I cannot find such an option. Where is the option? I was told it was on the Firewall page, but it is not there (Advanced->Firewall/DMZ). The router is supplied by Virgin Media (ISP) but I'm not sure if that matters.

I'm having trouble getting my Ubuntu 10.04 machine (Sony Vaio VGN-SR490) to connect to the Internet by way of an Ethernet cable connected directly to my router.
I'm able to connect to the Internet using this same cable using a Windows machine, way Linux is configured. [code] It looks like the network adapters list is empty. I will now install both Windows XP and Ubuntu Linux dual-boot. I'm still not able to access the internet, even through Windows. I'm wonder if this could be a hardware problem with the computer or a problem with the router itself. Other computers can connect to this same router, and work fine.

I currenly have a cisco AP1142N configured to work with our radius server (It was already configured when I took over the network). I order two additional access points for building coverage on multiple floors. Currently, I uploaded the config of the orginal access point to the new device and I can access the device via web and the ssid is being broadcasted. I then added in the access point into IAS with the radius secret key to our Radius server. When I go to connec to the new access point w/ domain credentials I am not able to establish a connection. I am not very familiar with CISCO products. I followed a video to get the access point up and running w/ an IP from CLI so I could access the web interface and upload the edited config.txt file. Are there any issues with setting up multiple access points w/ a single windows radius (IAS) server?

I'm having trouble getting my Ubuntu 10.04 machine (Sony Vaio VGN-SR490) to connect to the Internet by way of an Ethernet cable connected directly to my router. Is it possible to see device information for equipmnet that is logged into the AP541N access point? I was able to determine a specific IP address was eating a significant amount of bandwidth and was hoping to get the device information (name, type, etc) in the hopes of tracking down who it was.

I got problem with RVL200, it works good on my botch mac's witch OSX 10.5,10.6 and Firefox 3.6 but stops working after last java update. The machine switch 10.5 is working because I don't update Java but the other computer is up-to-date.
Problem is with launching the Java applet ,all the rest is working.- I'm log in to SSL VPN Tunnel- The new window is opening I accept applet to run .It try but nothing happens the window is blank with no connect / disconnect buttons.

Today I installed the 1.0.2.6 Firmware on a RV180W. I only have now two problems regarding the Static DHCP support in the GUI.
1. Via the Networking > LAN (Local Network) > Static DHCP I have no buttons to Add a new static Lease.
2. Via the Networking > LAN (Local Network) > DHCP Lease Clients I can thick a Lease and click on Make Static IP. The result is an error: Operation failed.

I've noticed a strange behaviour in my 2960s regarded to CPU.
CPU level is very high, 70-75% when nobody is logged by vty or console, but it drops drastically to 40% when sombebody logs in. I've been able to discover that this is due to CPU interrupt level, as it shows the output of sh process cpu sort 5sec, just logged in.

I just bought the Dir-655 with 2.00 firmware. I am having trouble with my NAT on my game system and I have tried everything but I have everything setup on my router where it needs to be. I read somewhere, where a guy was having my same trouble and he upgraded his firmware to 2.03na. I have tried with no success whatsoever.
Downloading the file from the d-link website with no problems. But i keep getting the same message when i try to upgrade the router saying the file may be corrupt, the router is to busy, or I am not logged in as an Admin. I am the only one using the internet and I am logged into my router as the admin. it wont even start uploading the firmware to my router..

After some time no using Cisco ACS5.1, I still don't know how I can see all logged in users. I can see logging and check why an log in goes wrong, but in ACS 3.2 I just clicked on Reports and Activity and I could choose to see logged in users, or failed attempts, etc.

I was having users on a Cisco WLC 440x controllers. Some service accounts were logged several time with the same AD-Account.Since I migrated them on the new controller (5508), it seems that we cannot have the same AD user logged several time.
I changed the Radius server with the one we were using on the old 440x but situation seems to be same,I checked the error message when trying to start a second similar connection they looks like :

I have a DIR-655. Whenever I log into the router to review settings, I get kicked back to the login screen. I can't get to any of the menus. I'm running the A3 hardware version and 1.35 firmware on the router. I recently upgraded my computer from Vista 64-bit to Windows 7 64-bit. The problem occurs with Microsoft and Firefox browsers. What I got is a 5505 ASA firewall and I'm connected to it via VPN. I'm pulling an 192.168.169.x address because that's what we set their company's internet LAN to. Which is what we want. What I can't do while I'm VPN'd in is ping from the internet network to the DMZ, and the same when I try and ping from the DMZ to the internal network.
The DMZ is on a 196.0.0.x network.The internet network is 192.168.169.x network.
I don't need them to have internet access on the DMZ I just want to be able to access it from the internal network. What is going on is we need them to be able to VPN into the DMZ and access their equipment. At this point it would just make me happy to be able to ping from the internal network to the DMZ and I can figure it out from there I've setup rules and applied them and when I wasn't having success I referred back to defaults. Right now the rules are set at default, any thing in and anything out, on both internal and DMZ. I'm using a VPN client and going through Cisco ASDM Launcher to setup the rules and static routes, I haven't done anything with the command line. All the research I've done everyone does it command line, I find it easier to do it GUI. This is my first time working with an ASA firewall.

After upgrade to ACS 5.2 appliance , we are trying to configure AAA between Ciscoworks and ACS. Authentication is working but authorization fails , logged user cannot access to admin parameters. I have been testing WiFi devices such as the iPhones and iPads connectivity with the following setup:
1. 3502i AP
2. WLC 5508 SW 7.0.98
3. NGS
The i-devices have iOS v4.2
My goal is to have the guest user i-devices maintain the credentials (username and password) when they login again to the wireless network. Like if the device sleep, I think definitely they would loose those IP address issued by the DHCP. Once the guest user uses them again and connect them to the wireless network the user would not need to type-in those credentials on the Web Authentication page directed by the WLC.
The credentials are issued by the sponsor who created them on the NGS. It seems that there are WiFi problems with these i-devices. But somehow, I'm looking for a solution that would automated the logins like a checkbox if you want to be kept signed in, on Yahoo or Stay signed in for GMail.
