D-Link DIR-655 :: Unable To Connect To Particular Website Through Router?

I am timing out when attempting to connect to a particular website for all the computers on my network using my DIR-655. I checked my router's setting but I have no website filtering in place. Is there any other router setting which would cause one particular http address to always time out ? When I try to ping the web address it times out also, so it makes me think it is not the DNS server. Of course it could be my ISP, but why would a single web address time out always whereas my normal web surfing ?

I have a blog and website hosted by X9 Hosting. I am unable to connect to cPanel, the website, the blog, or and X9 sites.This began when saving a WordPress article in the blog. The save hung and then all connectivity through the router was lost.When using the modem (wired) I can visit the above sites. what do I need to do to gain wireless connectivity back?

I have multiple Windows XP and Windows 7 machines. All of the XP machines are unable to connect to a specific website URL and all the 7 machines connect just fine. All machines are on the same network.I have tried firewalls on, off, and uninstalled. I am the network designer and we have no proxy, blocks or routes for blocking.Have downgraded from IE 8 to IE 6 and also installed other browsers such as Firefox and Chrome and those do not work either.

I am currently unable to access the wesite: [URL] I can get onto any other website that I try. I was able to access the website about a week ago, and then suddenly on wed. morning, I could no longer access it.None of these fixes have worked.I am able to connect to the website when I take my laptop to my friends house.

We have a WDR4300 router that works well about 98% of the time. We have a static IP address from our ISP configured through PPPoE in the router and are hosting our own email and web server at local IP 192.168.1.200 behind the router. Port forwarding is enabled and working beautifully.
At some times throughout the day, any computer behind the router on our local network is unable to browse to our own website by our domain name (e.g. www.xyz.com) nor by the static IP it is attached to. We also get e-mail errors with mail client configured to use the domain name or the static IP it is attached to as the outgoing mail server. When this happens, I am still able to browse any other site on the internet without problem... just not our own. Also, I have verified that while this is happening (internal computers can access the internet but not our own website):
1) I can browse to our website just fine from a computer outside of our network (e.g. a proxy or a computer controlled remotely from my home)
2) a computer from within the office that cannot reach our website using the domain name or the static IP it is attached to can still reach the website by browsing to the local IP address of the web server (192.168.1.200)
3) the problem seems to resolve itself sometime within 45 minutes of noticing it is occurring if we do nothing. We can make the problem resolve itself sooner by restarting the router.
I have the impression that this problem MIGHT start occurring when users are downloading files from our website. Of course, if this is the case, we cannot simply restart the router to fix the problem because then we are cutting off their download.

For sure odd reason my DIR-825 won't connect to my website and just this one website. Every other site I go to works. And this problem is happening by WIRED and WIRELESS connections. On top of this the site is being blocked on my desktop, laptop, and my iPod Touch (WiFi). That's three devices!! Neither the router or my anti-virus (Avast Pro) are blocking the URL. Also, I know the site is not down since I can connect to it by using my neighbors open wireless network. Plus, I can pull up the website at work using the same laptop. So, I've reset the router, rebooted it, and even downgraded to 1.12NA firmware and now back to 1.13NA. I pinged the site in command prompt and all four requests timed out.

I am unable to connect my TP-Link TL-MR3220 router with BSNL EVDO ZTE AC8700 modem. There is a website that does not load when the router is in a certain setting. The website I tried to access was url...I have tried the different firmwares and settings and have narrowed it down to the AES encryption.Have tried the original 120328 firmware, works perfectly with all different settings.With the 120822 firmware, it works with all settings EXCEPT when AES is chosen as the encryption method, be it using WPA or WPA2 Personal.
I therefore pinpoint the AES encryption mode in the 120822 firmware to have a bug. I need to use 802.1n with AES, rather than TKIP.Can someone else using 120822, with AES encryption for wireless, verify that this is happening for them too?

1. Any device which is switched off (WiFi turned off) wont be able to connect again without a router reboot. I get a connection timeout error when trying to connect. Happens only when there are more than 3 devices connected. (all my devices are ARP linked to MAC addresses with fixed IP addresses - I thought this would eleminate the problem but not)
2. Streaming videos stop playing after 5 minutes. I have to click on the play button to start the stream again. When I test the internet speed through speedtest.net or speedtest.comcast.net, I get over 40MBPS consistently.
3. The router doesnt recogonize 3TB or above HDDs on either ports
4. As long as all devices connect to one channel (either 5G or 2.4G), the connectivity speed is excellent. The moment a device connects to the other channel, the connection speed fluctuates a lot on both.

I have IIS running in a machine inside my network and I would like to make is visible to the world wide web.To do that, I created a website in the port 8787, which is accessible when the user types 192.168.0.126:8787 in the browser. Of course it works only when the user is inside my network.(IIS running over windows server 2008 OS)Now I want to make it visible to the WWW, so I created a rule to make a port forwarding to it:I went to: Advanced > Virtual Servers and created a rule with the given information:

I have just bought this ADSL router. Of course, the first thing I did was upgrade the firmware, or so I thought.It seems that the firmware on the TP website is older than the one which was pre-installed onto the router.Website Firmware: 3.0.0 Build 120524 Rel.05221 ------------- i.e. 24.May.2012 Release 05221.Pre-loaded Firmware on router: 3.0.0 Build 120808 Rel.28888 -------------- i.e. 8.August.2012 Release 28888.I have foolishly uploaded the older firmware to the router from the website. I wanted to see what version number showed in the Router's Firmware page so I did a ROM backup, thinking I could always reload the "current" firmware. As it turns out, the ROM file is just the user settings backup.
It is sad that TP-Link doesn't provide change logs. Where to find later firmwares, or even what the change to the firmware was?And when we can expect a new firmware to be uploaded to the website?

For a while now my girlfriend has been having problems trying to connect to her school website (my.pitt.edu) with the belgin g wireless router. It used to work a few months ago, tried to fix it then gave up. The only way she can access the site and do her school work from home is it she directly connects from the modem to the pc, but that takes internet away from the other pc in the house.I read a few sites months ago that it could be the school banned the routers IP, she called the school and they said it wasn't banned and that it might be a firewall issue. We tried disabling the firewall on the router and the pc but still nothing.

In my device I am able to browse through & connect to my HOME wifi network ; But after connecting it says 'No Internet Access'.I tried connecting with my SONY Bluray , iphone , ipad , laptops -- everywhere same story.I am able to plug in the ethernet cable directly from modem & able to connect to network.I am not able to open the http://192.168.0.1 -- ( When I am plugged in the modem directly)

I own an E1000. It is hooked up to a Motorola cable modem via Comcast. I have a personal website sohebvahora.com (still under construction) where I use cpanel to administer it. I somehow lost all connectivity to my website midday and have not been able to connect back to it in a few days. Every other site I have gone to works except mine. It doesn't make sense.Also, I tried connecting my laptop directly to the Motorola modem and my personal site loads, so it has to be the router. I have tried different devices connected to the router as well, like my ipad, iphone, and other laptops, but the website doesnt load on them either

I have an E4200. Since yesterday morning I can't connect to a certain website. This happened all of a sudden. I am able to connect to any other website I try to access, but this particular one won't connect at all anymore. There is a website in .com domen and another one international .eu When I try to connect it keeps redirecting me beetwen those two (A loop basically) with Firefox it's like this: Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.I tried cleaning cash, enabling&disabling cookies, i also tried editing hosts file attaching name to ip, using anonymizer doesn't work either. And I repeated all the above with Internet Explorer. I've got Win7 sp1 and my ip isn't static/also I can ping the desirable site and it says it's ok.

I can't connect to the public weater site NOAA.gov, and weather.gov, but have no problem connecting to any other sites, private of public.WRT54Gv6 wireless with v1.02.08 (Oct 5, 2009) firmware..the latest.3 devices, desktop, laptop, and iPad......none of which can connect to NOAA or weather.gov Government websites are up when I tried to connect.I've connected to these sites for years, and as recently as yesterday.Linksys BEFCMU10 cable modem. This blows my mind, since the 3 device all have different OS's, browsers, AV software. The only thing in common in the network is the modem and wireless router. Why only the two .gov sites cannot connect?

I have a media server, running Windows Server 2003, it is also acting as my Domain controller, DNS and DHCP Server, I have a website hosted at UKHost4u.com, and I can also access my media server using the name url, I have pointed this subdomain to my external IP address of my router, in the Cpanel of my hosting acount now my problem is that I can not access my main website from my house, it just sends me to the login screen of my Media Server, it is something to do with the DHCP Server running on my server, as I turned it off and turned the one on my router back on and it cleared the problem.

I am able to access all website except one particular website from my home network. Also, I am unable to access the same website using my ipod-touch. The website is up and running and it is not down. In order to verify, I took the laptop and ipod touch to starbucks. I was succesfull in accessing the website from starbucks using my laptop as well as my ipod-touch. I'm going to list out my problem, to make it faster to understand.1] My domain name is registered with a company, X.2] My webhosting is hosted by another company, Y.3] My web developer, Mr. Z is trying to do his bit and upload my website.Here's what happens:Mr. Z tells me that he's not able to upload my website and is getting the error "Connection timed out" and "Could not connect to server" on his FileZilla or something. He also tells me that there is a problem with my domain registry.Now, Company Y tells me that the domain name's A-records has to be pointed to the correct IP address [which is, of course, the webhosting IP I bought.]Company X tells me to login to my account and add an A-record pointing it to the correct IP address. I did that.But still Mr. Z tells me he's getting the same error and is not able to connect to the domain name.Now, when I ping my website on MS command prompt, I get a "Request timed out" error.
