I have version A3 hardware with the latest firmware installed. When i use wireless N, after transferring a large file from my PC to my NAS over wireless, the router slows to a crawl once the file is done. The next file i try to transfer moves at about 200-300kB/s as opposed the the previous 8+MB/s. Watching nextflix and gaming is also slow. After i unplug and plug back in the router, everything is fine. It doesn't do it everytime, but does happen often enough to be frustrating.

After experimenting with different wireless N settings, and trust me i've tried like every combination. I set the router to wireless G only, the transfer speeds are about 2-3MB/s but it always has that speed. It's been stable for well over a month now. But i bought an N router, and want faster speeds. What's the warranty period for this router?

My wifi was working just fine this morning, then my 1 yr old pushed some keys when I turned away for a minute, now my wireless won't turn on. I have tried the F2 + Function key several times, I've rebooted and tried to search possible solutions. My other laptop is connected to my router just fine, so I am sure it is just a computer issue. I have an Inspirion 1750. Also, is there any indicator of wireless on this computer? I have to go into network to see if it is on, it seems there should be an easier way (my other computers have a wifi light).

I can't turn WI-FI on in my Toshiba A 665, Win 7. At the biginning worked good ,than vanished. Checking Fn > F8 below main icon (with an antena ) do not show up other four icons below, like they suppose to do. So I'm not even able to try to turn it on. Restarting doesn't do at all. Pushing Wi-fi switch, above the keybord, doesn't even show On/of icon.

My dad's computer (Compaq Evo D500, running Windows XP Home Edition) was having some operating system problems on which we had exhausted all other options, so we backed up his person files, and formatted and reinstalled windows. We got almost everything working fine pretty quickly. The computer is almost always connected by wire, which works perfectly fine right now, but when we have company, we don't like having a long wire laying on the floor, so we like having the wireless available.

We've had this wireless card (Zonet ZEW1602) in for almost three years, and we haven't had a problem till now. The first time we got it, we plugged it in, and it worked instantly. We formatted, and reinstalled with the card still plugged in, and when we installed the software after the reinstall, the wireless client configuration utility says there is no card plugged in.

I am somewhat computer savvy, but I'm more of a software problem kind of guy, so I don't have too much experience with such problems. We have looked into the device manager, and we don't see anything of such a name as the wireless card. I tried the add hardware and it didn't find anything. I tried going into BIOS to see if there was anyway to enable the card, but I couldn't find anything.

I have a Toshiba A665D. For some reason the wireless capabilities is turned on and doesnt turn back on no matter.what ive done

- ive tired fn+f8 but it tells me waireless capabilities are disabled.
- the wireless button on top of the keyboard above the f8 does not do anything but light off then light back up
- in Windows Mobility Center, the turn wireless on button is disabled so i cant use it
- ive even tried uninstalling the driver and restarting the computer
- system restore doesn't work
