My Web application is running in a weblogic server. It is a java based application. Every day from 10 am to 12:30 pm, it is really slow. During initial days, I believed that the user rate is high at that time and so it is slow. But it is slow during weekends alsoI tried force garbage collection and restarting the server but its of no use. I am using 100 threads. After 12:30 the idle thread count could be seen upto 80, but between 10 am to 12:30 pm, all threads are used and my queue length is increasing.
i have had my dir-655 one year now, have never had wireless problems with it until now.my notebook's internet gets very slow somedays, i just restart my router and then internet speed works normally.i have:
The website [URL] started giving me this error : The server at forums.d2jsp.org is taking too long to respond. I am directly connected to my service provider's box (The brand is "Arris"). The issue seems to have started as soon as I uninstalled google chrome (reinstalling doesn't fix it). My last resort with reinstalling windows 7 64bit.
My service provider is Videotron (Quebec, Canada) I can see the front page directly from their IP adress: [URL] but as soon as I hit any link it goes back to the connection time out error.
The tracing route is :

I have a Dell Inspiron 2320 computer. I have only had it for 9 months and it is running extremely slow. If I click on a website, it takes forever to load up. When I get frustrated from waiting, I'll hit CTRL + ALT + DEL and go to task manager. When the task manager pops up, all of a sudden the website that I was trying to load, will finish loading. It is very annoying. The computer is only used for searching the internet, a little bit of internet banking, and a few books have been down loaded from amazon to a kindle.
my switches layer 3 intervlan routing performance is dropping. What would cause this performance drop? I am not pummeling the switch with massive transfers constantly like an enterprise envirnoment would do or a colo center. [code]...
Basic info: SBS 2008 (64bit), XP-sp3 (32bit) workstations, gigabit switch, SEP. App is Sage Masterbuilder.Network config: Server is 1gb to switch over CAT6. All the workstations are 100mb over CAT5. SEP is set to exclude all pertinent files on both the server and workstations.Problem: The program is called MasterBuilder and does job costing and much more. In the job costing feature there is an option to "Compute" job costing. In version 16.x, when the "Compute" was performed the task was done very quickly. After an upgrade to version 17.x it is very SLOW. According to tech support, our network is at fault since it is a database function over the network.Troubleshooting done: Tech support blamed our network speed (100mb) and switch. We had a Netgear 100mb switch so we replaced it with a GB switch however the cabling will not support GB. Being a managed switch I set all the ports to 100mb except the server port. Even tried the server plugged into a 100mb port and no change. I am confident there are no speed issues on our network. All other programs perform flawlessly. ACAD, Exchange, data transfers and many other high data use programs work perfectly. I updated the network card drivers in the server as well. There are no performance or resource issues on the workstations. I monitored the network traffic at the workstations, server and switch with no issues and about 2.5% utilization during the slow "Compute" process. The switch shows no errors at all, no collisions, no dropped packets, nothing. I also disabled the SEP.
During testing and while the slow "Compute" was going on, I copied a large folder (400mb) from the server to the workstations see the impact on network utilization. As soon as I start the copy process the "Compute" process speeds up to normal and zips by as it should. As soon as I cancel the copy process the "Compute" drops right back to very slow.
Every other day and sometimes everyday I have an issue where my network slows down in one area at around the same time of day 12:00pm. I am using Solarwinds and I don't see anything significant showing up.
I am facing a proble in wireless connection speed that is getting very slow at a specific time, i.e., from 12pm to 2pm and from 9 pm to 2 am. The service is unlimitted type contract
When I start-up my computer, it takes over an hour to find my router on my computer (Not on my brother's computer, or the computer upstairs). Once it does, it connect perfectly. This is very annoying because I do not have a lot of time anyway to work/play and when I do, it takes over an hour to find the router.Recently, I have been having HUGE lag spikes, constantly disconnecting from games and skype calls.
Each time I'm rebooting my E3200 device my ping to my ISP is 20ms. Few hours later the ping goes up to 300-500ms.Than I reboot again and the ping is going down to 20ms again.
Having issues with HTTPS sites being very slow after applying KB2585542? Once you remove this Microsoft patch everything returns to normal. It appears that the CSS does not handle the split-ssl requests properly. I have opened a TAC case but am not really getting anywhere as we seem to be the only company that is having this issue.
One of my laptops is having a connection problem. I have 3 other laptops that can connect perfectly with my router, and normally there's only 1 laptop that is connected to my router. The laptop with the slow connection (takes 5 HOURS to load a website, sometimes will not even load), i re-installed the OS, and installed all the drivers needed, and it still wont work. it shows strong connection to me, and im sure the password for the router is right. below is the ipconfig/all information. Having this problem for 2+ weeks now!!! I think this problem started when i restored my router to factory setting, my router is Netgear WGR614v6.
I have a new ASA 5510 running 8.3(1) and ASDM 6.4(5)
I am trying to use the real time log viewer to troubleshoot some access issues, but I am getting delays of up to 30 seconds or more between my client connecting to the ASA and the corresponding events showing in the RT Log viewer. I am using a simple filter for source IP as it's quite a busy device.
I've seen an article that says to turn off certain logging IDs (such as 304001 from memory) which I have done, but no different.
I have WRT54G2 router. All settings are more-less default and the behavior is following. You start up the router. If you do not connect wireless device within 10 minutes, then you have to restart the router. You have assigned IP via wifi, and when you connect cable device to the router, the wifi PCs are disconnected.
I recently purchased a X2000 ADSL modem/router combination. For some reason the current time will not stay set to the time zone. Rebooting clears the discrepancy for a short time before it drops an hour exactly. I'm in the central time zone and the setting are correct on the basic setup.?
Is the WAG320N iPv6 compatable ? ,or could it be with a firmware update ?.Is the X2000 in the same boat in iPv6 terms as th WAG320N ?.Is there a way of retrieving "UPTIME" / "DSL connection time" information from the WAG320N and also line attenuation stats etc.Wouldn't need the above but poor isp needs keeping an eye on.
I have one 2621 router i want to creat time base access list so that one of my subnet user(10.128.194.0 255.255.255.128) use only internet between 11am to 2pm.
I just bought a WAP321 Wireless AP. I wonder why it cannot sync with our time server automatically. Every time I reboot it, the system time become "Fri Dec 31 1999 12:00:00 UCT". I have to do the sync manually by clicking on the "Save" button under the menu Administration > Time Setting.

Ciso 1941 router frozen once a day, sometimes after 2 to 7 days. When the router frozen, no internet connection and cannot login/ping ethernet ports. I can login to console port and copy the error messages below. Reload the router and it will return back to normal operation. Re-installed IOS but still the same.

I have set up a router for wireless internet so I may down load and use my Tablet. When I punch in my 192 #s I get a search screen and I don't know what to do to continue to set up.
I'm trying to reach Celebs4.UsThe first time I tried (earlier today), I was able to access, but when I clicked on one of the images I recieved a "The connection has timed out" error. I have not been able to open the site at all since that very first time.I have done the following:- tested it in both FF and IE- run tracert (seems like the problem is on the site's server end, but everyone else is able to connect fine)- flushdns- clear cachemy tracert: :: pokIt
So recently i decided to try to play some rune scape since i played it through my childhood and wanted to try again, it went fine first 2 days, and after that i can't access the website at all. I've tried to ping it, and all that comes up is that request timed out, tried flush dns, restarting router/modem and even to change ip (which i did not succeed with). However i found this "solution" url... and reading the top comment, it says that "This problem occurs when viewing the same site over a router from more that one computer or application at the same time for a period of time." And i have done exactly that in the past days the site was working.
I can't connect to one website in particular. The website is [URL]All my friends can connect to it.None of the computers (or smartphones and tablets) in the house can connect to it, using any browser.I use Google Chrome usually.I have tried to clear my cache, and reset the router. I've flushed my DNS too. The website is hosted on my friend's server in NY, NY. My OS is Windows 7. My ISP is ATT-Uverse.Every other website connects just fine.
XP.While doing the web-site, the connection/Comcast cut off abruptly. Afterwards, 'error' message popping up whether 'send' to MS or not. After closing and click to open the current web-site, things are OK.
