Cisco Switches :: SRW2048 - Cant Access WEBGUI
Apr 24, 2011I can't access the WEBGUI on any of them. they are very busy, the network is working fine, but I can't connect to the webgui on them. I've even had problems with a few connecting to them via HyprTerm. I bought 7 of the 12 just last May. If I'd known they were end of life I wouldnt have purchased these, although they are an awesome 48 gig switch for the price.
I need to be able to VLAN these. How can I get back in? Power cycle?
Cisco Switches :: SG-300 Port Lock By BPDUguard Not Visible In WebGUI?
Jan 15, 2012we are starting to replace low budget hubs by the SG-300's. On the accessports we use BPDUguard and mac security (max 1 user per port).
The newest firmware is used (1.1.2.0).
When i lock a port intentionally by connecting e.g. ports 4 and 5 together (something that happens quite frequently by user-faillure) i do not see this in the WEB gui.
The CLI does tell me that the port is locked:
gi4 1G-Copper -- -- -- -- Down* -- --
*: The interface was suspended by the system.
In the webGUI i can reset the port, but in the CLI i don't get how i should do this. I tried a 'shutdown' followed by a ' no shutdown' on CLI interface level, but that does not lift the suspension state.
Questions:
- Possible to lift the suspension state using the CLI ?
- Is there a way to see the lockdown in the webGUI ?
Linksys Wireless Router :: Restart WRT160NL From WebGUI?
Jul 25, 2009Is there any way yo restart the WRT160NL from the web interface? I've had several routers before this Linksys and all of them had this option. In the web GUI of the WRT I can't find the way to do it and I have no other solution of unplugging it and plugging again.

Apr 26, 2011I recently put in a Netgear firewall, configured it, its running no problem. Then I setup a new Netgear N600 wireless router, configured it, gave it a static IP, connected to it, works like a charm. Thing is, when I try to access the web gui I receive nothing.. Is the Netgear firewall taking priority or something? I went directly connected to the netgear wifi router and double checked to make sure that there was no settings restricting administration from wifi users, etc..

- programs like skype or Y!Messenger work fine
- I did a system restore and nothing
- I uninstalled and reinstalled firefox (that's my main browser, but IE and chrome don't launch either)
- the process shows up for a few seconds in task manager and then just disappears
- sometimes the browser opens but closes itself in less than a second
- I ran a scan with Malwarebyte&Antimalware and nothing shows up

I found an old post from 2008 and replied. It refers to an article talking about it is not possible to enable https server and webvpn on the same interface.
Well I am running ASA 8.0(4) so this restriction does not apply.

I tried to run it, but .. I don't know, button doesn't work.

Oct 28, 2011I'm trying to setup a new Cisco ASA 5505. I performed the "config factory-default" command and subsequently pulled an IP from my ASA. However, I am unable to pull up the ASDM GUI launch page using IE9, Google Chrome, or Firefox using my Windows 7 computer. Using Wireshark, I can see that I'm getting a TLSv1 handshake failure.I fired up a Windows XP VM inside of Virtual Box to see if it would work better. Turns out my XP VM with IE 8 pulls up the ASDM launch page without a problem. why my Windows 7 system can't pull up the ASDM launch page?

Dec 2, 2010i just installed ACS 5.1.0.44 with the latest Patch on a VMWare virtual machine and installed the evaluation license.Everything works fine except for the "Monitoring & Report Viewer"-Tab:When i try to launch the Viewer, it opens a new browser-window/tab, which then again opens another (the same) window/tab, and so on and on. So there would be an infinite number of windows/tabs, if i wouldn't close them all real quickly. Same problem with any client and any browser.I already deinstalled ACS 5.1 and tried ACS 5.2 on the same machine -> same problem.

The biggest issue I have right now is that the new Mobility VPN launches automatically when a user signs into a machine. We would like to disable that automatic connection/launch feature. With the old 2.4 client we simply disabled the AnyConnect Service in Services.msc by default and started it up when a user was ready to connect.

Each time I try to launch the Dell WLAN Utility I get a message:
"Internal configuration is inconsistent. Please restart the machine to resolve the problem."
Restarting does not solve the problem.
The wireless card connects fine with Windows managing the connection. But what about the Dell Utility? What can be done so it will launch and I can let it manage the wireless connections?
I have reinstalled the Driver and utility using R115319.EXE

I use a little tool where I can user a spoofed address, with a cluster shell and attack the firewall interface with the source of 127.0.0.1 ore the ip address of the interface as the source and destination. Then I get a cpu load of 89% with only two host. With IP tables I can use kernel processes to prevent this. But I don´t find anything for ASA.

Caution If you want to upgrade the operating system from Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 to Windows 2008 R2, you must first complete upgrading the operating system, and then install the LMS 4.0.x Windows 2008 R2 patch.
I'm a bit confused because i'm not upgrading the operating system, this is a fresh install.
I tried to run this in compatibility mode, selected 2008, and running it as an Admin, this time I'm getting a Locale error stating that this is only supported in US English or Japanese. I've changed the system locale to US English, still getting the same error.
