Cisco E1000 router.connecting directly to the router, internet works. When connecting wirelessly, it works for about 2 minutes, then I get no connection and a yellow ! in the connection setting icon. No wireless internet will work until I power down and restart the router. Then the same problem continues.Today when trying it, it won't even connect for a few minutes. It shows as "connected" on my laptop but it has the yellow ! and will not access the internet. So I am no longer ever able to connect wirelessly. I've done a hard reset already.
We are using some desktops as static ip wired and laptops using automaic ip wireless, issue is that in wireless sinal shows yellow marks on laptops no internet but actually getting internet.
network adapter error code 10 in device manager saying the device can not start. window xp/asus mainboard M3A78-CM/AMD Athlon E5200 CPU.Uninstall and reinstall new drivers does not solve the problem.
It has been 4 months my Router " Wag 120n ". The Router Gives Me A yellow Sign on the network Icon Sying " No network Access " and the wireless Led is blinking with 1 sec interval So
- I cant open Router's Home Page - there is No ping to 192.168.1.1 " General Failure or Host unreachable " response - The Only way to get connected again is to replug the router from electricity , it works normally for 5 min and the Yellow Sign shows up again
the Solutions I Tried to fix that up :-
1) Hard reset the 30/30/15 reset 2) Firmware re-flashing 3) Trying an old firmware 1.0.0.12 instead of 1.0.0.16
but nothing of those worked the Only thing that worked for like 20 min the firmware upgrade but after that the problem came up again the problem happens to all Computers on the network wired or on wireless happens on all kind of operations systems win7, xp, vista, (Android for mobiles).
I am using the cisco linksys E1200 WiFi router. when ever I connect my laptop to WiFi, its show Limited connectivity/Yellow Caution sign when connected.
I try to reconfigre it & also in factory default mode it show same.
I have reinstalled windows 7 on my laptop. the problem is that the wi-fi internet is not working anymore. The network icon in the system tray shows a cross sign with a red color. I cant seem to be able to find a solution. Tried all the solutions listed in the forum. When i connect the lan cable directly into the laptop the internet works fine. But as soon as i remove it the cross sign again comes and i cant have internet access. I am having an Atheros Ar9285 Wireless Network Adapter installed in my device manager and everything is fine there with no ? or ! marks. I am using a Belkin router with in built modem.
I bought an EA3500 because I found that I did not need the more expensivbe router. The problem that I have now is when I sign in to Cisco Connect Cloud both the old and the new router show up. I would like to remove the old router from the list. The old router shows as:CiscoA3518 [offline]
I'm suffering from an annoying problem with my E4200 router. I have a DSL connection. I have my DSL modem in bridge mode and I have my router set up to sign into my ISP's PPPoE to avoid double-routing. This set up worked marvelously with my previous WRT54G and WRT610N routers.Now the E4200 signs me out of PPPoE every ten minutes or so. I have the connection setting on "Keep Alive" but it seems to be dropping the connection regularly. I took the router back and was given a replacement. The new router is doing the same exact thing and now I am beyond the 30 day return limit so I'm stuck with the E4200. I'm running the latest firmware 1.0.03
I reinstalled the WRT610N and the connection is steady but the WRT610N has its own problems (devices connected via wireless cannot see wired devices and vice-versa). I'd like my new router to actually work properly. I've ruled out errors on my end and given that two brand new units of the E4200 generated the same problem I tend to believe it is a design error.
I was working on the computer and internet just stopped, checked the router and it doesn't show up in air-port pref on my Macbook Pro anymore. It was still on my iPhone, and then a few minutes later disappeared from my iPhones network as well. I've tried hard resetting etc, network name doesn't show up anymore, on ethernet to the modem now but tad uncomfortable sitting on the living room since I have the router and modem in my entertainment center.
All the lights work fine, and it lights up like normal but network went "poof".
Typing in ip of 192.168.0.1 just says google chrome cannot connect to that page. I had to play with my Mac for awhile as it wouldn't connect by ethernet till I figured out I had to uncheck passive FTP from Proxies.
My Desktop (Win 7) and laptop (Acer Aspire 4830T) were talking both ways (after I fixed a Teredo Tunnel problem!) but have now degraded to the point where I cannot setup a Homegroup.The main issue is that although my wireless internet works when I am home (D-Link DIR-615 router), as soon as I leave, I get the dreaded Yellow exclamation on both Virgin Trains and my client's Unsecured wifi (with password protection). These did use to work in July. Can't detect an event when started to go wrong, though could blame Windows Update! Did try System Restore but these keep failing. Using Kaspersky.
I'm having problem with the router WRT54G2, My laptop - winodws 7- connetcs to the wireless.Then it asks me if I wanna configure the router I saw yes, I give a name to the wireless connection and a password, everything works and come to the end, after that I connect to my wireless connection and a little yellow triangle appears -down right on the signal bar. I resetted the router already and update the firmware.Still won't work. I thought maybe I need to put a static IP but I won't find the DSN Code.
My EA4500 is not working. The power indicator light is on but the green and yellow lights on the Internet port are not flashing and the modem the EA4500 is connected to show no activity on that port. Also, the EA4500 is not broadcasting so I can't even connect to it to use Cisco Connect to troubleshoot. I tried resetting it but it did nothing. This has happened before but is usally fixed with a reset.
I just recently bought a linksys E900 wireless-N300 Router. I installed the software on the disc and followed the on screen instructions. When I attempt to use an ethernet cable as I did with my last router, it won't work. I get that yellow triangle icon indicating no internet access. I tried using a wireless hub to connect wirelessly...I connect, but no internet access. My PC knows its there, suggests that I reset the modem, doesn't work.
I have several E4200 routers deployed in our library district. In one branch, we have been having sporadic problems with computers not being able to maintain a connection. Typically the computer will connect and then the connection will drop and Windows will display the yellow error triangle on the wifi signal strength display.I have swapped the router with another brand new E4200 with the latest firmware but am still having this problem.
I've got my ASA 5505 set up right now so that my IPSec clients have to connect using their token as well as username and password. I would like to disable the secondary username and password. Does anyone know if it is possible to have a token only log on?
my computer is a dell dimension 1100, with a Linksys WMP54G wifi card, running vista home basic.In the wifi thing in the notification area, it shows two wireless networks, One is my normal SSID (Lower Net), and one is "Unidentified network". They are both on one wireless connection (Wireless Network Connection 3). When i try to go on the internet, it says i'm not connected. i tried disconnecting from the unidentified network, but that disconnects me from lower net too.
for two days it will not let me sign into my hotmail account...also two days ago got popup for adobe X?? it would not go away, so I accidently said yes, when it wanted to load onto my computer, I did get it off my computer, but, it keeps popping up and now I cannot get into my personal hotmail account.
I am load balancing Terminal Server Windows 2008 sessions with an CSS 11501. The code version is sg0750004 (07.50.0.04). I am trying to establish a Terminal Server session with Single Sign-On (SSO), but without success. Normal login with Username and Password on the TS are functionning, but never SSO session. The environment is: 10 Windows 2008 Terminal Servers (NTS1, NTS2,NTS3...). In DNS I have a host A named TS with IP for balanced CSS. The problem I see is that the client PC opens a TS session to "TS". then dont work SSO, but if client PC open a TS session to NTS1, NTS2...is working fine the SSO I am not sur if we can do something on the CSS.
I've had a DIR-615 rev b for a while and have had it set up with PPPoE sign on. The DSL modem I am using is a Motorola 2210 setup in bridge mode. All was working well. I recently switched over to dry loop AT&T dsl from AT&T dsl over a voice line.After the switch, I am unable to sign on via PPPoE using the dir-615. If I bypass the router, I am able to gain internet access via modem PPPoE sign on. I've also switched modems (Actiontec DT701D) with the same results. What has changed that would prevent the router from PPPoE sign on? I've verified that all settings on the router were the same before and after the dry loop change (including password).
Following a new HDD & install of the OS my Dell 1525 is not showing wifi or bluetooth and is not letting me connect via wireless. I have tried installing drivers but nothing. I can only connect via ethernet. I also tried removing the card and replacing it to ensure it was in correctly but still nothing. The set up menu on boot shows wireless card present and all enabled to factory defaults.
I just purchased the AP1141N and I have created a logon account to access the device via URL which works fine but after 10 minutes it logs me out and requires that I log back on. Unfortunately it won't allow me to log back on unless I reset the device then I have another 10 minutes before it asks me to login again but then it won't accept my logon again without a reset.
I can logon with my account via the console logon but I don't know how to configure the access point via command line so I use the web interface. I have disabled the timing for security but didn't work.
I haven't run into this before and I can't find anything in the documentation regarding it. (Our 2 4710 were setup prior in a routed configuration although I personally see no reason for it.) Regardless, we have 2 servers that host 4 websites on them. We built everything on the ACE with a new VIP and matching the http header. If we use firefox/chrome, it load balances properly and we are prompted for credentials as those browsers don't support single sign on. We enter our credentials and are able to get to the appropriate website on the server. When we use IE, it fails to open the page. A sniffer capture shows an authentication failure packet and a reset and that's it. We built the ACE both as sticky and non-sticky but neither worked properly with IE.
Is there something else in the ACE we need to configure to get SSO to work?
