Cisco Wireless :: AIR-AP1252AG-C-K9 Failed - Cannot Access Via IP And CDP

yesterday I have my AIR-AP1252AG-C-K9 failed, I cannot access it via IP and I also cannot find it via CDP. when i connect the power, the ethernet and radio lights go to red and status light goes orange/amber immediately and keep this all the time.if i try to hold the mode button from when i connect the power, all three lights keep off and never be on unless you leave the mode button along and re-connect the power.and there is NO output from the sierial console.

We have a AP1252AG-A-K9. Everytime we load it up this is what we get (see below). I tried resetting the system ("mode" way) and it did not fix the issue. I tried to reinstall the IOS and it fixes everything up and the AP will work as normal but everytime I reset the modem I will get an error message below. [code]

I have three of these AP that quit associating with the controller after a power loss. I have dismounted one of them and it has an Amber light on ethernet LED and Green Light on radio LED and off on status.It does not respond to reset and nothing happen when i console into it. What might have happened to this AP? It's barely two years. I have tried different power injectors and direct power and still behaves the same way.

We have an AP located on a German site which is supposed to connect to a WLC which is in Germany as well. Our network however is spread to France as well where another WLC is located. Now, the AP can not be convinced to connect to the German WLC. Despite our efforts (e.g. manuel IP configuration, reset to factory defaults) we don't manage to bring that AP to the German network - this is by the way the only AP, all other approx. 200 work just fine.

MGMcc solved my set up problem with my KDL-32ex713 which (i've swapped for a new model - its a long story). I used exactly the same ip addresses for the set up on this KDL-373x524 and got messages "wireless device found, local access failed, internet access failed". As my router and pc are the same as last time why the set up doesn't work this time and what I should do?

My WLAN has been working fine for the past 6 months. Recently it started connecting and disconnecting itself. ANd now it will only connect to the network but wont give internet access. I can connect to the same router using an ethernet cord. And I can connect to the wireless network using my phone or other computer. There are no driver updates for my network adapter, and I tried reconfiguring the router. That worked for a short period of time, but now I have the same issue. I tried a system restore back to before a recent virus software update to see if maybe that update was causing the firewall to block something.

Have an SRW2024 that I was updating firmware and it got interrupted. Now I can't access the switch from either console or IP. Switch will not pass traffic. Is there a way to get this switch completely reset so I reconfigure and use it again?

Just upgraded from 4.0 - to 4.2 then to 4.2.1 15. As you may have seen with periovous posts of mine its not been an esay ride.I have now managed to get it all working - backups AAA etc but for some reason i cannot get the replication to work! Its states the following...
Within the Database Replication active log - Error OutBound database replication failed - refer to CSAuth log file.Other lines in the log state its ok eg - Component logging reports was updated - being replicated to slave...
Please note that the $ is a symbol that i have used because the symbol in the log is strange and i cannot seem to be able replicate here with this text, for example $etworks - should be networks.

I am facing problem in configuration with SF-200-24P Switch . I am failed to configure two vlans on same access port i.e. data vlan and voice vlan. there is an option of auto voice vlan with vlan 1 and i changed to our voice vlan i.e. vlan 101 but didnt work. I tried many options. when i assign single vlan on each
access port it works . I have to configure like to work both data vlan and voice vlan with one access port. I worked on enterprise cisco switches its simple but on small business switch first time i am working.

I decided to upgrade the firmware in my WET200 so downloaded the latest firmware v1.0.10-ESTI filename WET200-ETSI_v1.0.10_200802_fw.img.Update seemed to go well, and the message came up rebooting please wait.Waited about 5 minutes whilst the message stayed the same, decided to try and close my explorer window and connect again, nothing happened.Tried to reset the unit by holding in the reset butting again nothing seemed to happen. The unit had been set up with the ip 192.168.113.4 before the upgrade but this is now unreachable, also tried the default of 192. 168.1 .226. Anything I can do/try to restore my unit, or did the update brick it?

I'm working on implementing a RADIUS authentication for wireless access with the following :
- PCs running Windows 7, protocol used is PEAP (without validating the server certificate to make it simple at first),
- AP 1252 configured to use a RADIUS server to authenticate (it's working good with an ACS server 4.2),
- ACS Server 5.1.0.44.5 running as VM connected to an AD domain and working good with VPN connections,
- AD domain running on Windows 2003 Server.
My ACS VM is working good since a couple of months for VPN (RADIUS) and administration (TACACS) remote access, both using Active Directory. Now, I'd like to use it to authenticate people connecting to a 1252 Cisco access point but I'm getting this error "24427 Access to Active Directory failed". I switched from PEAP to LEAP but this is the same.
All I can get running the expert troubleshoot

I recently bought a Sony Bravia HD TV with wireless internet capabilities.When I try to connect to my wireless internet. The TV finds our wireless router name, but when we try to finally connect wirelessly it gives the following message: TV wi-fi found, local access failed and network access failed. The router we have is a Actiontech PK500.On the TV we have three differant ways for the tv to locate the router they are by scanning, the WPS button and by entering the WPS pin. We've tried all three and got the above message.

picking up on old thread, but same issue: authentification failed because of a timeout
*previously*! i was able to auto connect fine on this home network via wifi.the line and box recently changed, same provider, and now i'm the only one who can't connect.the SSID changed, but i've done all the usual routines, deleting and re-adding manually, etc. but nothing so far...
i *don't* think this is a case of changing gear, but i don't know enough about internet/connection/configuration to fix this. yet!
NB: when i perform the reset on the box as instructed, using the provider's setup software - i am not the account holder - for the wifi, it shows connected very briefly in the animation, and then goes off again; this is the authentification/verification failing, i conclude.
so: with what is said above, i'm wondering if my antivir is to blame, or the windows firewall settings.or malwarebytes.i'm going to study the info i've got off my system, and looking at the router via the http routine, offline, as i now have to get off the internet(...); i'll get the infos together so i can post something useful.

Iv had this problem with two wireless repeaters now. when im connected to just the router, i am able to access the internet. however when i plug in and set up the wireless repeater ( the latest one is a amped wireless sr300) it works for a few min and then i get a "DNS lookup failed" when trying to access sites. this repeater replaced a hawking hwren1. which would work for a few min and then lose the network.i believe this is a problem with our internet connection into the house, but could it be a caused by the router? (wrt400n) our isp says its not their problem and that its our router, but this is the 4th one in under a year.

I'm in the middle of my very first wireless ISE deployment and I'm hitting issues with EAP-TLS based authentication. In short, all EAP-TLS authentication is failing with the following error. Below that is the relevant excerpt from the logs:

I have two WLC-5508 for 50 AP's deployed. One is primary controller & other is secondary.Recently noticed an unknown "authorization failed, no sufficient privileges for user" message poping up while making configuration changes in WLC. Specificly when trying to create an new SSID. WLC Authentication is local. This message poped up earlier once or twice but it didnt prevent from making changes that time.
